I went to see Dr. Cerny Leecock and the visit when amazing. Dr. Cerny takes her time understanding and listening to what you're going through and addresses all of your questions or concerns. unfortunately there was an incident after the doctor's visit that left me extremely mad I had to get some blood work done and they sent me downstairs to get it done after I got home they called me and they said that they forgot to include one of the tests and then I had to come back and get them done again I was really mad because I don't only have to take time off of work to do that but they have a really hard time drawing my blood so the fact that they're going to stick me everywhere again define blood makes me so angry and the girl was like no big deal at all it was no problem like just come back no problem at all she doesn't understand that this gives me serious anxiety and that she should have been careful and look at all the tests required this was not a small mistake it was a huge mistake

I have seen Dr. Jennifer Jacobs for years. I will be turning 70 this month. I am so grateful for Dr. Jacob's wonderful compassion and caring manner. She has been sensitive to a woman's body changes with aging, and thorough exams as a breast cancer survivor, always reviewing carefully my mammograms. She takes extra time to check my status due to many other health issues. She does not hurry the visit, allows for questions and is very tuned in to emotional issues. I have never had such a wonderful gynecologist, I am a retired nurse, without any reservations I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobs.

I’ve been using Lonestar OBGYN for about 4 years now and I absolutely love them. Dr. Kethireddy is my Doctor and she is always very sweet and kind, listens to your needs and concerns and gives you honest feedback. After your first visit, the check in process is very easy and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be brought back. Usually in and out of my appointment in 30-45 minutes!

My appointment was for 9:15 and I was seen by about 9:25. I was glad for the relative punctuality of the office, as I have waited over an hour for doctors at my previous OB's office. The only thing I wish was more clear was the online pre-registration. I got a text a few days before my appointment but I didn't realize it was necessary to complete in advance (I actually thought the text was just an appointment reminder-didn't even realize there was an action step because the text didn't say anything about the online registration until the END of the text). It was relatively quick and easy to complete while in the waiting room, though so not a huge deal.

Best midwife practice ever.....I am biased though as they have delivered 6 of my 12 children. The energy and flow of the office as always encouraging to me. I have always felt respected and confident to be the best mom I can be with support from the midwives. I always recommend them. They are the bidi bidi bomb bomb in my book. If you ever have a concern, these women are also some of the most humble and willing to learn and grow to the benefit of the families the serve. That is hard to find!

This was my second visit to see Dr. Flores. The experience was, yet again, great! I came in for a not so fun procedure, but Dr. Flores and her entire team made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in what they were doing. She is patient, warm, and does a great job breaking down what is going on. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Waited two hours to get an ultrasound and see a doc. I was told this was a typical day and they always have a long wait, it wasn’t due to an unforeseen emergency it’s just the norm that they have excessive wait times. Dr. Schwope was great once I met her, but it’s just not feasible to wait two hours to see her each time I go. I have a job and the wait is super inconvenient.

Awesome staff and great practice. I love Dr. Schwoppe and all the nurses at Lonestar Obgyn. As a first time mom in a new city I was very apprehensive of seeing the right doctor who would listen and address my concerns. Not only does the staff listen and understand, they make you feel at ease from the time you show up to the appt till you leave. Would recommend it to anyone. Only cut off a single star because sometimes the wait is long but that is understandable.

I chose to bring my minor daughter here because I saw a doctor here when I was pregnant before. We got a different doctor but stayed with same clinic. When we arrived, I explained to front desk that I need to speak to medical assistant or doctor in private before they saw my daughter. I was taken back and placed in a exam room while my daughter was given vitals and shared medical history. I, again told the assistant that I needed to speak with her in private or with doctor and was told to wait. Finally, doctor came in and began her visit with out speaking to me first in private. My daughter has past history that affects how she thinks about herself and reacts to physical contact and I felt it necessary to share this with doctor before she saw my daughter because it affects the treatment she will receive and how she will take care of her self in the future medical care. I was disappointed that my request was completely ignored and disregarded. It’s hard to find quality care and professional staff, especially one that accepts our insurance and has availability. So, can’t simply change doctors and wait again to be seen somewhere else. I just hope that moving forward, staff are more considered and take into regard my daughters mental history and circumstances in her future care there.

We had an appointment at 830 and didn’t leave until 10. The wait room time was more than 25 minutes and all the paperwork is via phone. Staff were courteous but when you have a toddler with you, it becomes unbearable to wait so long. The receiving clerk was very friendly but I did not like how there are 2 other random patients around you that can hear all my medical history as she is asking me questions. I would prefer this be done in the room with my husband privately. The dr was courteous enough to come let me know she’d be in the room in a few minutes and was very friendly and easy to talk to.

When I showed up I was told I need to check in online. I wish this was something that would be communicated outside of an email or text. I waited for over an hour outside and over 45 minutes in the room. I spoke to the doctor for like 2-3 minutes (small talk) She was in there 5 minutes tops getting a papsmear.

The staff are very professional and efficient from the receptionist, to the scheduler and nurses. There is not enough room for all the wonderful things I can say about Dr.Osowo. I absolutely loved every moment with Dr. Jacobs and staff during my first pregnancy. It was a must for me to return to them for my second. The moment Dr. Jacobs walked in to greet me I was met with a hug, and how happy she was to see me again. Also questions of my daughter and that she would be turning 2 soon. Any worries from my pregnancy were met with an immediate response, the most personable and professional bed side manners I have ever received.

This is my first pregnancy, I'm very excited and when i heard about the Lone Star midwife program I was very interested and excited. I had gone to visit a different ob/gyn was treated coldly, was upset that I was even remotely interested in midwifery and was dismissive to my questions. Here I was treated with kindness, respect, warm smiles and tons of wonderful information! Every question we asked was answered and then some. All the staff was very kind and treated me like a friend or a family member. I was encouraged to ask as many questions as I wanted to and was given all the time that I needed. It was wonderful! I cant wait to continue my pregnancy journey with them. I know I made the best decision for me and my baby by choosing this group of amazing people ♡!!! Thank you so much!

I have been seeing Dr. Cerny-Leecock for many years and have always received exceptional care and service. At my most recent visit for my annual exam, the doctor was running late (delivering babies) and there was about an hour wait for my appointment. Her staff, Rose, took the initiative to get orders for me to have my mammogram taken downstairs while I was waiting. This saved me from making a separate trip to have the mammo done on a different day AND kept me from sitting around the waiting room the whole time. When Dr. Cerny-Leecock arrived she took great care of me as always! I also used the online check in for the first time and truly appreciated not having to fill out the forms as part of my check in. Thanks to ALL of you for the great service.

Dr. Kethireddy's office is the nicest obgyn's office I've been too. It's not impersonal like most, is has a cute black and pink theme with matching gowns, pillow, and privacy sheets. She has a changing area separate from the exam area which is really a nice touch. The changing area has padded silk hangers for you to hang you clothes up during your exam, plenty of tampons and pads to take if needed, a padded bench, and a mirror. Dr. Kethireddy is very chill and professional. You can be open with her about sensitive topics and she remains neutral and non judgemental. She is very smart and has been able to answer all my questions, no matter how weird or random.

This place has always been of great service , keeping me scheduled according too my health condition. Staff is great Downfall time of visit I checked in online 1 day in advance Arrived 15 mins early prior to appointment time and waited over an hour to be called back. Visit was pleasant, my doctor listens attentively even when her phone was buzzing away the entire 20mins I was with her. Suggestion OB/ GYN Alternative ways to schedule lower acuity of care appointments on same day to avoid long wait times I love my gyn doctor but nothing has changed to fix this issue

Was told i would have a pap smear, breast exam, pelvic exam, ultra sound, urine test during first pre natal appt. Only had urine test and very quick ultra that didnt show much. Felt pretty rushed while in the office as well.

My first visit here, not a big fan of this office. I had an annual appt, went quite early but still waited about 40min after my scheduled time. I asked the very rushed MA if they were busy, she said no... I also told her I wanted a pregnancy test but was put in a room to wait for the MD who immediately told me to go out to do one. The (other) MA just pointed down the hall. I had to ask, where's the bathroom? And where are the cups? And what do I do with it, bring it out? Turns out I am pregnant. But that was literally all the pregnancy related info I was given. I had to ask, so you want me to be making an appt to come back right? No one told me a due date, no healthy pregnancy info, take prenatals, foods and OTC meds to avoid. Luckily I happen to have been a OB/GYN RN before I stayed home with my daughter. So I personally am fine (and have a wheel at home to calculate my due date) but I cannot imagine having a newly pregnant patient walk away with zero education given on healthy pregnancy. The MD herself was fine, the annual part of my appt was fine, the support staff were lacking and the 'yeah you're pregnant, ok have a nice day' part was no good. I'm looking for a different office for the rest of my PN care.

Not even one star. Extremely dissatisfied. I checked in and updated online. I was 5 minutes early. I was kept waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time. I could not wait any longer, so I went up to the window to let them know I was still waiting. Both receptionists were on the phone and made no attempt to help me. I left without seeing the doctor.

Dr. Suber is one of the most understanding doctors I’ve ever had. She has never made me feel bad that I do not want children, nor has she made any comments that I’ll change my mind. She also takes my concerns about breast cancer running in my family very seriously and does not dismiss them because of my age. I have had doctors in the past do all of the things I have mentioned and I am so happy to have found her.

Dr. Suber and the entire staff are excellent! It was not my first visit to the Lonestar OBGYN office but it was my first time seeing Dr. Suber. She listened, was very informative, clear, and gentle and I was extremely satisfied with her, the staff, and the overall experience. This type of visit is not one generally known for comfort but Lonestar and Dr. Suber certainly did everything they could to make me feel as comfortable as possible and I truly appreciate them for that! I am always pleasantly surprised how well the whole office functions and the entire visit usually averages me an hour which is excellent for a medical/physical-exam type of visit. They are very easy to contact and they have always responded to my calls within hours. Thank you to Dr. Suber and the Lonestar OBGYN office who I highly recommend!!!!

I’ve only been in for appointments three times. Each time the wait was over an hour. Waiting area could be more comfortable (reading material, maybe a TV) and a little cleaner. Maybe an area for kids to sit & play; so many patients have small children.

If there was a way to rate doctors vs. office management or office procedures, the rating would be different. I have been a patient of Dr. Cerney-Leecock for almost a decade. I recently had to switch doctors because I am an educator and don’t get off work until 3:30. She doesn’t see patients passed 4, according to the receptionists. The past three years every time I have an annual I have waited almost 2 or more hours just to be seen. This last visit I waited 1hour and 22 minutes before I was seen. I understand that emergencies come up and doctors are called out for deliveries but this is every time I go in. As a patient, I arrive early, check-in prior to my appointment and make my appointments months in advance. It is my understanding that the receptionists should be offering you the option to reschedule if the doctor is running more than an hour behind but even this is in my opinion is extremely empathetic. We take time off from work and simply can’t be constantly taking days off because of the inability to effectively schedule appointments that will ensure patients are seen in a timely manner. According to the receptionists, the doctors are double booked which doesn’t make sense given they are constantly called out for emergencies. The entire process and experience had left me feeling as though my time and schedule are of no concern. The receptionists are also not friendly at all. No one smiles or looks happy. As the first faces you see, a patient should be greeted with at least a smile or kind tone. I love both doctors and they truly are the only reason I keep going but I really wish they would use the comments in a reflective and constructive manner that can actually improve their scheduling so that patients don’t leave.

I waited for an incredibly long time (over an hour) before being seen. This includes about 15 minutes of being naked and cold in the exam room. I also find it highly inappropriate that the nurse asks very personal questions in the hallway prior to going into the room. Your staff needs laptops/iPads so they can gather that information in the privacy of the exam room. She actually whispered when she asked me about STDs but do you really think anything else would be answered honestly by most people? Painful sex? Depression? Come on, ask those things in private to get more accurate patient care information. I was actually super annoyed and thinking I would never return there as I waited, but it turns out I really liked the midwife I saw.

I am very pleased with the care that I am receiving with the Lone Star Midwives! They are great and make you feel very comfortable. The only thing that makes the experience negative is that the office seems to run almost an hour late. It is a bit frustrating to get there on time and end up waiting for almost an hour before being seen. Other than that, I am very happy with the care!

My husband and I love this office! We switched from our old doctor to the midwives and within the first 15 mins of our first visit we were convinced we had found the right place for us. Everything was explained in detail and all our questions were answered without even having to ask and it continued to stay that way. They are great and provide amazing support! My husband and I are planning on adding to our family, so I wanted to find a doctor that fits with what I need. My appointment was on a Thursday at 4:30pm. I waited for about 90 min before the nurse asked if I wanted to reschedule.. I wish she would have told me after 45 min or less of waiting but it seemed to be unusually busy. I rescheduled for a 'first thing in the morning' appointment at 8:45am. Was seen almost immediately and out within 30 min. I definitely recommend the first appointment! The doctor really helped me with my concerns about being pregnant since I have anxiety and can't take my meds. I felt cared for and understood.

I can actually say that I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Schwope. She takes time with me if I need it. She is always looking out for my best interests. Of all the "lists" on my list of Drs. (i.e., cardiologist, gastroenterologist, etc.), she is the one I trust most. The staff is efficient, busy, but never too busy to answer a question.

This was my first time at Lonestar OB/GYN and I found the entire staff to be very pleasant, professional and kind. Unfortunately, I have been at other OB/GYN offices in San Antonio where I did not feel welcome by the front office staff or physicians. I loved being treated so nicely! The office environment was very inviting and comfortable. Dr. Cerny was exceptional. She introduced herself to me using her first name which I found very heartwarming. She took the time to visit with me for a few minutes and then explain the exam. OB/GYN doctor visits are of a delicate nature and I appreciate being treated very sensitively.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Jennifer Jacobs when I found out I was pregnant and she also delivered my baby boy. Her as well as her staff are all so very friendly and caring. Dr. Jacobs is so sweet, caring and has a beautiful heart. She always listens to your concerns, is very patient and answers all your questions. Unimpressed. I chose this practice because it has a reputation for being more focused on patients vs numbers & I left wildly unimpressed. Everyone I encountered had a dull and flat affect. The doctor was short with me, talked over me, and cut me off. I left feeling like I wasted my time and that I was basically blown off.

Loved everyone from the front desk to the nurse who took my assessment and of course Dr.Leecock! Very personal and friendly at the same time professional. I understand why my sister has been going here for over 10 years now. I just moved to SA and also loved that everything was done electronically! From receiving a text message to remind me of my appt to filling out all the personal information. Great set up you all have at this office.

I appreciate the efficiency and care with which my visit was handled. This office is about 30 minutes from my work or my home, but the travel time is well worth the attention to detail I experience when I have an appointment.

The staff was all very friendly. My doctor Dr.De Los Santos was very informative, showed me exactly how to do a at home breast exam and gave me all of my options for birth control. I was unsure about the office since there are so many doctors and they see so many patients but everything was extremely efficient. I was called back right at my appointment time and my doctor did not keep me waiting. I would highly recommend Lone Star OBGYN.

Dr. Flores is the best! Although I am certain she is extremely busy, she takes the time to chat and always makes me feel like she has all the time I need to devote her undivided attention to me - not only is she communicative about medical information, but she takes that extra minute to get to know a little bit about me personally. I've never been more comfortable going to a GYN than I have coming here. Dr. Cerny-Leecock has also been my OB for my 4 pregnancies. The staff is awesome especially Grace. I would and have recommended Dr. Cerny to every and anyone that needs an OB/GYN. Best place to get care for pregnancies, annuals, etc.

Dr Lara Haun is not just a doctor, she’s a wonderful human being and a friend. She takes time out of her busy day to ease worries, she listens to problems, and she follows up. In a vulnerable moment that a gyn visit usually is, she helps In the best way possible to feel as comfortable as one can in this situation. She delivered my son, and I would trust her with all of my pregnancies if more were in my future.

First visit with this doctor; I have found my doctor ! Long wait but well worth it. Very patient; listened to my concerns and took her time to answer all my questions.
