Gabrielle was extremely informative during the quick virtual check in. Due to how high the prices are, I would recommend giving an option for customers to do an extended virtual check, which I would be willing to pay more. To pay $300 for a visit along with the services seems taxing to me. However, Gabrielle was wonderful

I went to Dr. Betty at Living Well because I wanted to look at underlying causes for health symptoms and minimize need for medications for high blood pressure. With her help I have been able to drop a medication, am sleeping better and have less anxiety. I am in year two and all my labs keep looking better. She is an absolute expert and loves teaching her patients how to live their healthiest life!

Working with Betty has been very helpful to me in feeling a more proactive in contributing to my health. Doctors often throw out what is wrong, offer a drug, but don't offer concrete ideas on what I can do to further help myself. Betty's vast knowledge on nutrition (easily beyond what most doctors know) helps me feel more in control. Plus I have managed to see improvement sometimes without a prescription and other times in areas where doctors just didn't really know what to do with me. Doctors often won't even offer tests because of insurance roadblocks. Betty offers ideas while also being cognizant to cost.

I like Betty. She has compassion for those of us with serious health issues. That is something that is lacking (an incredible understatement) in the medical community. I have no issues with my primary care apart from the fact that this doctor is completely insensitive to what my life is like and the difficulties I experience just getting through my days. I am delighted! With the treatment by Dr. Scheinost and Celia. That I am feeling increased energy 1 day after - I might be leaping over tall buildings after the week that I was told that such a response might take! I had pellets inserted, and yes the site is a little sore when I move it, but it has interrupted neither sleep nor work activity. But the pain I remember from sunburn was much worse and I expect lasted much longer than I think this migh last. I am excited by what I expect will be a significant improvement in quality of life -- and my life is already very good. Thank you Dr. Scheinost and Celia.

Betty Murray is amazing! I met with her a year and a 1/2 ago for the first time and got my labs done and found that I had some gut microbiome issues among other things that needed attention. Betty explained everything in a way I could really understand and gave me direction on how to adjust the things that needed adjusting and what supplementation would need help. I just redid my labs and they were almost perfect - SO much better! As well, whenever I have a wellness question she is prompt to give me great guidance. She has such a friendly encouraging spirit as well!

Following a car accident on New Year's Eve I had seen a spine doctor, MD and chiropractor. My only critique is she forgets to write down all the supplement/meds info. ex. told Haley to get CBD oil but didn't write it on her meds form Haley brought home. I think that Betty Murray can help me, but the pricing structure has hidden costs and the expense will be much higher than anticipated. I'm retired living on a fixed income. The portal, in my opinion, should not be a profit center and should be provided free. I have participated in other portals with doctors and never paid a dime for any of it. It is not revealed upfront that exchanging questions or comments with the healthcare provider is an expense and you have to agree to being billed which is absurd to me. I have questions and comments for Betty but I'm not going forward with it because I don't want to be billed for every minute at a high rate!!

Betty Murry is amazing at addressing digestive issues. I have been diagnosed with IBS for the majority of my life. My symptoms increasingly worsened into my 30’s and eventually became borderline debilitating, which is when I met with Betty. So far the content of my first visit was great, but I'll reserve complete judgment until I've actually had my blood tests and lab follow-up. My only qualm at this point is how slow the online responses are. They sent me an e-mail remainder of my appointment time way too late; I was already on my way to the clinic by the time I noticed it in my inbox. Same with answers to time-sensitive questions. Otherwise, dealing with the staff in-person has been excellent, and they showed me some serious blindspots in my thinking about my health.

Brenda is real nice, and comfortable to talk to. But, my Brain Tap session did not go well. She uses her personal cell phone for the audio of the session. She stops working with you to answer text messages. And when her phone rang during the session, the session stopped. Brenda does not stay in the room, so I just lay there with the headset on and nothing happening.

I literally owe my life to Living Well Health and Wellness Center. I was told by my old physician to plan for my end of life stage occurring within two years' time, and the medications that were supposed to manage my autoimmune diseases were making me even sicker: I could not eat, work, travel or function. I am human, so I tend to judge a book by its cover, so to speak. The real deal is the outcome of my treatment which is unknown at this juncture. However, the waiting room and the staff are the first impression. The waiting room needs updated... The staff were kind and courteous! Like I said, the real deal will be the outcome of my treatment but the first impression is " revealing and telling" of things to come, from a human perspective. I am excited and so optimistic that my issues will be identified and resolved. I have hope for the first time in a very long time that someone understands my needs.

I had a personal referral to Jen Broyles and she was great. I wanted to meet with her for an initial consultation. As I explained in my meeting my "skeptical meter" was pegged due to events leading up to the meeting and filling out the paperwork. The meter was pegged so high that I almost cancelled the session. These are listed in no particular order. 1.) Why should I have to pay $36 a year to sign up for a portal that I have no intention of using. I surely was not going to sign that form. 2.) Why do you need my SSN to talk about my diet? 3.) Why did you try to force me to give a credit card number? Twice over the phone and once at the check in iPad. It should be a customer's choice about how they pay for services. At the very least all options should be explained. Your practitioners may be the best but I was not impressed with the lead up at all. I have given you 4 stars only because of Jen. If she was not in the equation the most you could get is 2.

With my intermittent condition, I was worried that Jessica would not agree to see me; but nevertheless she was very brave to provide me consultation to my daughter and I. I am very thankful to receive consultation to be a better communicator in our mother-daughter relationship. The divorce has really adversely impacted our mother and daughter relationship because of my husband's unsportsmanship and among other monetary motivations. Favorable observations in counseling: my daughter adjusted well with Jessica's welcoming smiles and additional comfortable and available resources (pink dice- coloring paper/crayons...etc). She and I are receptive to open up and speak with her emotional distress. For me as the mother, I was able to benefit from the fact that I recognize my share to some of our daughter's new behavioral issues-she observed from our marriage before the separation. the only problem with my visit was my interaction with the lady at reception desk. I was told to check in on a tablet in the lobby. After I entered my name & birth date,I was prompted to enter a credit card. I asked her why & she explained in a pretty "snippy" voice that entering my credit card information meant I agreed to pay $36. per year so I could email with my provider. She also said this information was in the documents I filled out. I understand she was following the procedures in this practice although she could have used a more pleasant tone of voice. I am uncomfortable with a practice that is so money focused, you have to pay $36.00 for the privilege of emailing with your provider. My session with Kaelyn was wonderful. If I see her again, it will be in spite of the interaction I had with the receptionist and Living Well's policy of needing to pay $36. to check in! Susie Morrissey

I had no issue with the $325 cost of the pellet and the $80 cost of the Dim, but charging $300+ for a 5 minute Q&A with Dr. Rice and Stephen getting vitals was grossly unreasonable.

It seemed I was to be introduced to the check-in process upon arrival. I was not so I did it upon conclusion. Not a problem, it's just if that is your standard greeting/check-in, it was overlooked.

I love coming here. Everyone is so helpful and amazing. Dr. Murray is all about getting to the root of the problem rather than putting a bandage on symptoms. Anyone thinking of going...do it!

Everything went quite well and I even commented on how great she was with the local anesthesia and the incision. It seemed when the pellets were inserted, there was a "scraping" feeling that made me jump and cringe. That area has hurt for a week now. My muscles on that right side have been compensating. There is some soreness, tenderness and pain when brushed. I am quite better at this point.

This was my first experience with Bowen therapy, and I was happy with Brenda Briscoe's skill and knowledge. Although my results were not as good as I had hoped, I would nevertheless have returned for additional treatment if not for the long distance I have to drive (over 30 miles one way) to get to the facility.

I think it went great. It was very encouraging to tell my comprehensive health story, get explanations, and an understanding of why I'm getting the tests required and how certain courses of action will help me in the future. Also great to have handouts, since I am a visual learner and like to "study." Betty was absolutely great, super welcoming and comforting1 I'll be back and telling people about this place--and I don't even have my results yet! I can't wait to see ho wmy life will change.

My sessions with Brenda were amazing! The LED light therapy helped my sinuses start moving and it was super relaxing, I almost fell asleep. The Bowen Technique has already started to shift some old injuries in my body. My hips felt better, my right shoulder felt better and my neck lossened up from where it was! I will be back!

This was my first official visit, but my second time visiting (I attended the open house last month). I loved that I was able to move my appointment to an earlier time with no problem. Everyone was super freindly which makes me want to come back for further treatments. Tina Rios was very thorough in explaining my skin treatment options which lets me know she wants me to look and feel glamouras and that's a big PLUS!! Thank you for a wonderful experience ~Mary
