From the time I walked in until I left, nothing but amazing service. It was first time getting an exam and they were all very patient and helpful. The Dr didn't make me feel rushed, explained everything in detail to me and didn't pressure me to get glasses. The gal that helped me with my frames (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name!!!) was incredibly helpful! And honest!!! Thank you all! Can't wait to get my new glasses!!

Our visit and subsequent examination was great, But... We have been previous patients of Dr. Meredith and he is one of our very favorite professionals and we consider him a good friend. We were stunned when the payment requested was over $100. I had inquired before the appointment about our coverage and the cost. I talked on the phone before the appointment with a very nice lady who told me that a certain examination would be paid for by Medicare and that the eye examination itself would be $40.00. I came to the appointment fully expecting the cost to be $40, not $109. Why did insurance cover us at one point and not at the time of the appointment. I would have made other arrangements had I known you do not take our coverage. The new office is lovely and staff seem well qualified, and Dr. Meredith will still get our referrals as he has in the past! Many of which are given often to friends and neighbors here in this "aging" community. Merry Christmas from the Holland's.

I have been attending your practice for the past 12 years and the charges for all your services has been the same . Nothing changed since then until last visit last visit I was going to be charged $75 fee for contact lens fitting vs $55 . I was told it was a premium fitting. Again nothing changed for the past 12 years and I was always paying $55. Although it is a small amount increase, nothing worth talking about but it’s the idea after all. I am considering changing doctors because of this

It seems when my family needs Lincoln Optometry, we really need them. From my dad years ago needing very specialized and emergency type help to my father-in-law needing urgent advice after hours, this office has gone way above and beyond for us. And once again this week I got something stuck in my eye it hurt for 2 days. Knowing I had to fly cross country Friday, I drive down from Colfax Thursday after work. They were obviously busy and about to close up and I felt bad adding to the end of their day, but they helped with a smile. In not much time I was in, Dr. Proiette again was so gracious, professional and fixed the problem with my eye. I was not even an existing patient when I walked in and in maybe 60 minutes total I was admitted, fixed up, and had my meds from next door! These doctors really care, they are highly skilled (Meredith and Proiette) and it is refreshing to find this level of service and expertise!

Great experience. Moved here to Lincoln 2 yrs ago and moved to far away to go to my other doctor and office of 25yrs. I opted for LASIK 5 years ago, and every aspect was explained in great detail, and the after care was excellent. Because of my vision challenges, especially the prism, I am very comfortable and secure that Dr. Meredith will get it right. Prior to signing up with Dr. Meredith, other doctors just couldn't get my prescription right. After returning numerous times, they finally got it right. I have NOT had that issue with Dr. Meredith. Doctor Meredith is kind gentle patient doctor. He listens and explains everything very well. The staff is knowledgeable and spends quality time with you. I have been coming here for a long time and will go no where else.
