I had an eye concern and was worked into a Monday morning schedule. Luckily, the issue was minor and didn't require any meds.Dr Long was very professional. She is very caring and knew I was concerned.She assured me if was okay.She is a very calming ,sweet force to their practice. She and Dr Lindley are the best.

I have been a patient here since moving to Jackson twelve years ago. I do not have any plans to ever go to another clinic. I have received the best eye exams I have ever had in my 71 years. Dr. Lindley is very professional, but also extremely friendly. She asks questions to explore anything new in my life that might affect my eyes, and fully explains all exams and procedures she is doing. In addition to Dr. Lindley, the past two times I was there, the technician, Jessica, has done my initial tests required for the doctor. She has the same personality that Dr. Lindley has, and also fully explains all procedures she is doing. I highly recommend Lifetime Eyecare in Jackson, TN to anyone wanting a really great eye exam and treatment.

I arrived several minutes before my appointment. Staff was friendly & I was called back quickly. I had my prelim tests done.My exam and results were explained and were thorough. The new doctor got my prescription correct. For over a year, my prescription was too strong, causing blurry vision close up, requiring readers for me to even see my fitness watch. The new doctor switched my contacts from a -6.0 to a -5.5. Because it's not as strong, I'm not nearly as dependent on readers like I once was.

I love getting my glasses from lifetime eye care. This is my second visit to the office, my first was in 2019. I get insurance limit spend once a year and I chose this office. Never has to wait. They never over book there office like many other offices here in Jackson. Your in and out. They show u many different options with your insurance. All the staff are friendly and loveable to the clients. If there is a wait it’s no more then 5 mins. I would recommend eyecare to all family, friends and associates. I also grabbed a couple of them $20 discount referral cards to give out yesterday before I left.

The doctor (he is new) and Tammy (I think that’s her name), the one who helped my pick out my glasses were wonderful. I left information with them about the receptionist and my encounter over the phone a couple of weeks ago. I became annoyed through that conversation, which caused me to seek out another avenue to get glasses. The only reason I ended up back with you so quickly was because my daughter couldn’t make her appointment on Monday and I was able to fill it. The ratings I provide will reflect me encounter with the doctor and the one who helped with the glasses. I won’t include anything regarding the receptionist unless a specific question asks.

Dr. Lindley always explains all aspects of the examination and answers any questions you may have. I priced a pair of glasses, but haven't purchased yet. I was a little confused on the second pair offer. First I was told if I purchased a second pair, the frames would be free and the lenses would be 50% off. But apparently this does not apply to safety frames and lenses? I'm not sure.

I am always impressed with how thorough her exams are and how patient Dr. Lindley is in answering all my questions, especially the ones concerning my glaucoma. Her office staff is impressive as well. Mrs. Brittney at the front desk was very friendly and Mrs. Leslie, who administered my numerous test, explained what each test was for and how each test was to be administered. When I had an eye problem, I was told to come on in that morning to be checked out. Dr. Samantha Holland saw me even though I did not have an appointment. She worked me in - examined my eye - and gave me a prescription for my eye. The receptionist, Brittany, was so sweet to get me in.
