Always had very good service there. People are friendly. Doctors are super helpful and this time I went in for issues seeing my computer because I sit in front of it all the time. My vision really did not change a whole lot, but I’m getting a pair of computer glasses so I can see my computer screen and my paperwork. Thank you to the awesome staff and doctors

Check in was super easy and fast. I was very pleased with everyone. Met with Jen first who was a pleasure to work. I don’t recall the doctor’s name but he was outstanding. He spent the time to explain everything and recommend what to do to maintain good eye health. Last but not least is Kim, she was very informative and asked questions from the other employees to make sure she was giving me the correct information. I would like to have more options of glasses with clip on sunglasses to try on though.

I can't recommend them enough. From helping me get in within a day to helping with a referral to see a specialist that can address an issue that came up on my eye exam. Most importantly the understanding that kids are hard on glasses which I had to have my daughters replaced twice within 6 months.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 4:00 pm appointment. I wasn’t called in to my appointment until 4:30. A long wait but Dr. Monk is worth waiting for. He’s an excellent doctor that genuinely cares for his patients. I would highly recommend him.

I set up an apt for my 6 month old to be seen to make sure everything was developing properly. We saw Dr Boran and he was outstanding. He did so well with her. I will continue to bring my business to them. The front staff and all the techs were amazing as well. Very friendly and clean.

The correct spelling on my name is.... DeAnna. Capital A in the center with no separation between the De and the capital A.

First of all, they brought me into the back area within 5 minutes of my appointment time, which I really appreciate. The technicians were very friendly and Dr. Boran was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to an issue I've been having for 15 years that is most likely medical but affects my eyes. He gave me pointers on what to ask my PC. Very helpful!!

Lifetime Vision Source of Lebanon is an excellent facility. Everyone I have interacted with are professional, energetic, and upbeat. I recently met Dr. Wyatt and was delighted with his knowledge and the way he explained the results of my exam. Additionally, he actually took me to the window so I could look outside with my prescription to make sure it improved my vision. He is the best optometrist I have ever had.

I really liked Dr. Wyatt, he was very thorough and patient. My first exam felt rushed and I didn't feel I was answering the questions right (my first time ever at an eyecare specialist). It was all new to me and I didn't feel like I got the right prescription for my eyes....I felt that Dr. Wyatt was much more helpful and the tests were much better than my first time. It was a very comfortable experience this time around. I look forward to getting the new prescription....

All office staff is friendly, courteous & quick to help. The tech.'s are friendly, & free to explain each step of the processes for "reading" the eye condition. Dr. Munk is very open to explain also, & wants to assure the exam is thorough, complete & understood by the patient. He is free with both technical as well as "laymen's" terminology when explaining.

Polite personnel from time entered until time left. Didn't rush client in any place .... great customer service. Not a 9 or 10 only because of time to receive product (est. 12 - 15 days.), and cost. (understand not always your fault, things take time and in this era inflation is in outer space. At our ages (80's) we don't get many pay raises)...

Dr Munk is one of my favorite Docto to ever see he greets me with a smile. Everytime I see him the staff is always helpful and nice. I never felt rushed. I love everytime I go in to his office he is always keeping up with new technologies with the machine to check your eyes out. my family goes to Dr Munk and will keep going until he decides to retire. That will be a sad day and a loss for the people he has helped with all of there vision needs thank you! life time vision.

Easy to schedule and appointment and friendly reminders. They are very comfortable to talk with and answered any questions I had. Very complete eye exam and not pressure to buy from them. They have a great selection of glasses and extremely polite people to help you get what you need and wanted. Great experience.

Comments about the Oregon DMV vision limits, not beneficial- especially the fact that you notify the DMV about a patients exam result near their limit. It's NO-ONES business, and if I should nearly reach that limit - I will disappear.

Dr. Munk listens to and understands my needs and concerns. I had two cataracts removed and came back to him for a final check on my adjusted vision. After telling him my concerns, we decided to try a progressive lens. His staff was helpful in deciding which pair of frames to order that would work well for progressive lens and the price was much lower than I thought it would be. I would recommend Dr. Munk and Lifetime Vision Source to all.
