I was never seen. I showed up to my appointment and you guys didn’t have me down. I scheduled the day before online. I was asked to wait 30 minutes. I couldn’t. Then I was given a March 10 date. I just figured I’d find a sooner appointment online again.

Griffin Eye Care is the best we have had!!! They are very knowledgeable and make sure that you are taken care of 100%. They saved my husbands eye sight in his left eye when they found two tears in his retina. They found us a place in Arlington that could see him THAT DAY and he had emergency surgery the next morning. It turned out that he had a detached retina with 10 tears that couldn’t be seen until the doctor got into the surgery. We are clients for life!!!

I was sent to Dr Griffin many years ago by the VA when they could not schedule me in a reasonable time. I came back to her when I got a questionable prescription from a VA doctor. I am requesting that I can stay with Dr Griffin because I trust her. On the first visit she found a problem that I have been monitoring with the VA. I had good doctors with the VA but not now.

Dr. Griffin is an excellent ophthalmologist as she takes the time to explain diagnosis and recommended solutions. Her care for patients is genuine. Current staff is just as excellent. The young assistant (Christie) is very caring and knows how to conduct preliminary exams very well. Front assistant (Caleb) is also very friendly and helpful.

First off. Let me tell you. When I went into this office I felt like I was home. Everyone was warm and friendly. Even though it was almost 5 o clock, most places are a zombie town when it comes to this time of day and nobody is in a happy mood. Everyone I came in contact with was very genuine. Very knowledgeable. The Doctor really took her time to be personable and take care of my eyes. This staff has great hygiene and made me feel safe. Caleb is ALL THAT and EVERYTHING. He helped me choose frames and made me feel special and it was all about me which nobody ever does. He made my shopping experience everything and more. I am very excited to pick up my glasses and contacts and see everyone's happy faces again. Love this team !

I received the recommendation for Griffin Eye Care from another locally-owned business (Adair Eyewear). I have been wanting to see an eye doctor at a locally-owned for quite some time because I was hopeful about a more personal approach. Dr. Griffin was very personable, took her time to explain my eye heath and review exam results with me, she also helped me to understand the risks personal to me based on family history. She and her staff are all so kind and welcoming. I felt well taken care of! Even when reviewing the fit of my contacts Dr. Griffin took her time to explain that while a slightly stronger prescription would give me clearer vision, it might be more detrimental and cause more eye strain in the future. I appreciated the input and we are seeing how I do with my current prescription before deciding if I should increase the strength!

Dr Griffin is awesome and I felt I received a thorough exam. Caleb helped me with my glasses and was very honest about what frames looked nice with my face. My only complaint would be the overall price (my cost was $805) for my exam, glasses and contacts out the door. I do feel these costs are out of price range any average patient. I have referred multiple people that have made equivalent purchases and their prices were crazy high as well.

Dr Griffin is extremely in tune to details about how you use your glasses, when you notice change in vision, what you like or don't like about your glasses. She does not leave one detail out. Dr. Griffin is fantastic, best eye exam I've had to date, she was able to easily dial in my new prescription and was patient with answering all of my questions, her staff is also excellent. They also have an optical department so if you need new frames/lenses see Caleb, he did a great job helping me with new frames, fitting new lenses to an old frame for computer work and set me up with prescription sunglasses. Overall highly recommended!

Griffin eye care is very professional and courteous. They make sure you won’t leave without the right contacts prescription or give you the chance to try and comeback for another pair adjustment or change the suggested ones. Even when Dr. Griffin hasn’t been there, they have other very professional optometrist to care for your needs. I even brought my dad From overseas to have his eyes checked by Dr. Griffin for glaucoma and macular degeneration desease. After have tried an optometrist in Japan last year with a more modern technology, the experience and level of care provided by Dr. Griffin is superior. TOTALLY WORTH my out of pocket visit.

Everyone was friendly. The Dr took her time to go over everything and was very helpful. I will definitely return to Dr Griffin for my future Eye Care.

Dr. Griffin is very friendly and welcoming. She is extremely thorough and is very detailed in describing any issue with my eyes. She also is the only eye doctor that found a serious condition with my daughter's eyes - even though another doctor did not recognize the serious condition. I will always go to Dr. Griffin because I trust her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism.

Highly recommended! I have had challenges with my eyes for years but everyone sent me on my way saying my eyes are 20/20 and I can see great. The problem is I am far sided and my work requires 10+ hours a day staring at close devices and detailed work. This is the first time a doctor listened and checked me for the far sided and saw the challenge I had to focus closely at work for countless hours. I have never met someone more thorough and incredibly nice! Go see them!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I don't think I've had a better experience at the eye doctor. She really put me first instead of treating me like an ignoramus or take advantage of me. My only suggestion is having a door that is more easily visible from the mall.
