I had an appointment at 9:45, was seen on time with no real wait. The technician that did my work up was fantastic. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Dr Dohogne was great to talk with. He answered all my questions and seemed happy to explain the tests they ran. I will happily refer them to everyone!

I have had several eye procedures, lense replacements because of cataracts, retinal tears and reattachments and 2 strabismus surgeries. I also suffer from type 2 diabetes and so have to check for diabetic retinopathy. The professional care that I receive at Leet is able to do all the tests necessary to check to make sure that no additional eye problems have occurred. In addition the eye examinations are performed in a professional and caring manner.

This was literally the easiest eye appointment i have ever had. The staff is very friendly and they listen to everything you tell them about your eyes and take that information into account. I will go here until I cant. Also the appointment was very fair in price.

I leave 2 stars. Now I will tell you the nurses and Dr. Wood were absolutely amazing during my daughters visit. Very patient and understanding when my daughter was nervous.That's the only reason I'm leaving any stars. I am absolutely displeased with what happened the next morning. I originally brought my daughter in to have her eye looked at to see if she had scratched something becuase her eye had a red spot next to her pupil after just getting over pink eye. We were told there was no sign of infection and most likely seasonal allergies. The school nurse called me the next morning and claimed my daughter had pink eye. I explained to her about my daughters appointment but I guess she didn't believe me. So now we get to the part where I get annoyed whoever the school nurse talked to misread her chart and told the nurse she did indeed have pink eye. What I don't understand, how she was able to just give out that information in the 1st place with hippa laws being what they are. My husband and I are the only ones on the record. The only information that should have been given was yes she was seen. Nothing about her illness or otherwise should have been disclosed. Now when I contacted Leet and explained what Dr. Wood had said that is when she realized she not only should not have given that information out, she gave out the wrong information. Wish I remembered her name. But I talked her around 9am Tuesday morning on the 19th if you want to look further we into it. I had to have her call the school nurse back so my child could go back to class. Absolutely debating on bringing her back to Leet becuase of the misinformation that should not have been given out.

At first I couldn’t find a frame I liked but while I was in my exam the lady was able to find a few more for me to choose from and I found one that looked good and I liked the color and shape. When getting the exam everyone was pleasant and professional I especially likes Doctor Janet.

Dr. Evans is so wonderful with children. Even during a time where my little one wasn't wanting to cooperate she found creative ways to keep him engaged and complete the eye exam as necessary. My son was a little nervous and didn't want to say answers out loud so she started whispering back and forth with him to make it a game. He had a great first experience at the eye doctor.

I had an emergency with my eye and the office got me in right away. Dr. Jacob Leet took care of my problem and explained the problem to me. He even wrote instructions for me in regard to the drops I would need to use. I have found Leet eye care to be caring, professional and friendly. I love having an office in Jackson!

I don't hold waiting times against doctors, especially during a new patient visit with paperwork to be done. Staff were nice and friendly. They made sure I was taken care of, helped me pick out new frames, and made the experience overall a very positive one. The Dr I saw was also very nice, made sure I understood how things were going with my prescriptions and alleviated any concerns I had. Multiple times it was offered that they could order any frames I found from their brands that they didn't have in stock, financial options were discussed, and no question I had was made to feel like it was dumb. Really appreciated that and the staff I met.

Wasn't expecting the attitude/demeanor that Dr. Evans was portraying towards me on my medical situation. I guess I was expecting a more thorough answer about the migraine and my macular degeneration. The picture of my eye looked, as worse as it has ever looked, when it was brought up on the computer screen. She never asked me about my vision, which I see wavy lines when looking at the eye chart, and while I'm driving. No changes in medicine, no suggestions of improving my situation - just come back in one year for your next visit!! Seemed like she was more interested in if I was here to get new glasses instead of helping me improve my eyesight situation.

I had new employees taking care of me during the initial eye screening and then at the end of the process when selecting frames. I think all the staff and, in particular, Dr. Thoma is efficient and very kind. He seems to really care about his patients. Dr. Brost is always through with my exam. He explains all of the different tests that he is doing. At this last appointment my vision hadn't changed much so I didn't need to get new glasses. I am never pressured to buy new frames. Dr. Brost just say, see you next year,unless you experience any changes.

I am always very satisfied with the professionalism of Dr. Thoma and the staff. My only complaint is the placement of the chairs in the waiting area. All the chairs were sitting in the sun. I had had a cateract removed the day before plus I am hot natured.

Yesterday I found out that my trifocals were not measured. I have complained over the past two years that there was something wrong I have to hold the glasses to see properly. Your optician told me that the measurement was so off there was nothing to do. Evidently she can’t balance my glasses enough in order for me to see better through. I bought these glasses in 2021. New lenses would cost me $440.

Dr Thoma was fantastic, as usual; answered all my questions without pause in flow. Check-in process was odd, having 3 desks for what seemed to be the same function but for Dr _____ (name in dry eraser?)… Left check-out desk not sure what to do next; did I have Rx for new glasses? Shop now? Does my insurance cover glasses now or later? Anyway, just different than the last visit, one year prior at the old office.

I am struck by how organized and efficient the staff at Leet Eyecare is. They know their stuff. It is obvious to me that they value your time and theirs! I am an established patient, so my annual visits go like clockwork, but the thing that impresses me most is the money and training they spend to provide the most state of the art eyecare. My first time at Leet Eye Care but I thought everything went pretty smoothly. Only waited a few minutes to be seen. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Spacious office, well organized, and clean. Dr Thoma was very helpful and thorough in explaining all options for vision correction. I would recommend to everyone!

Building is extremely nice. But now patients required to do test that were optional, insurance doesnt cover. And the complimentary cleaning cloths for your glasses now are for sale instead. I would guess costs went up also. I really like my eye doctor, Thoma (5 **,) but dont like these changes. People cant afford luxury over needs.

I was treated with respect upon arrival. Check in was prompt. The nurse/technician explained all of the procedures with the eye exam machines . Dr. Ryne Wood came to the exam room quickly and examined my eyes, reviewed the results with me and explained them with me. He is very thorough with my vision! Thank you.

This was my first time being in your new building Leet Eye Care. I was a previous patient of Dr. Broast. I had an appointment and had to wait 40 minutes. No one apologized or said anything about why they were running behind. Dr. Broast was very thorough and I was happy with my exam. The other thing I did not care for is the way you have your glasses set up. The men's and woman's are not separated. It just doesn't seem very user friendly for me.

First time in your new facility. Beautiful. From the moment I walked in and was helped to find the correct check-in desk until I was checked out - everyone was very helpful. Kristen did an amazing job getting me ready to see Dr. J. Leet. She was so patient with me and helped me with all the different aspects of the pre and post eye examinations. I am sorry I didn't get her name, but the lady who helped me with my lens reorder saved me a ton of money as I had not used my scratch guard lens remake since my last appt.
