I had a wonderful first experience at Le Cabinet. Since my wonderful dentist of long standing retired, I have been looking for a dentist with her/his own practice, as opposed to someone working for a large, impersonal corporation that calls the shots and motivates its staff to increase profits. Let Cabinet is just what I was looking for: a lovely, spotlessly clean space, beautifully appointed, with the latest equipment and warm, caring staff. I had one of the most thorough exams by a hygienist that I have ever had. She stayed around to assist the dentist when it was her turn to examine me. Dr Guberman seems highly competent and professional. Her office goes to some length to find out the nature of the care you are looking for, whether conservative or more proactive and focussed on cosmetics & appearance in addition to sound dentistry. I will definitely stick with Le Cabinet—my search for a new dentist is over.

I really appreciated the care that my hygienist Sylvia took to make sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. When I told her I had some tooth sensitivity in certain areas, she made sure to apply a desensitizing product before she began the cleaning, and she checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. I also appreciated how Dr. Marcil took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained any issues or potential issues relating to my teeth. I am always impressed by how friendly and caring all of the staff and dentists are at this office. Thank you very much! :)

Dr. G and the Le Cabinet team are absolutely wonderful. The entire experience is a full 5/5. As someone who worked in the industry for many years and have been a patient at many dental offices, I can attest that this office is the real deal. Carmen and Kyle are the best mix of friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, and always welcome us with a smile as we walk in to the beautiful, comfortable office. Dr. Guberman and Susan are an awesome team. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in the front of my mouth and BY FAR the most comfortable and gorgeous, quality work was done here. Our hygienist visits are always gentle, thorough and treated with care. The staff are all knowledgeable and kind - as well as understanding and provide options and explanations. If you are looking for the perfect blend of quality, trustworthy, professional and friendliness in a dental office - this is the place for you. You just have to walk through the doors to see that this is the unicorn of dental offices.

I WAS afraid of the Dentist. Not anymore. Everyone was so incredibly kind, proffessional and helpful. There were stains on my teeth for years that my previous hygenist shrugged off, but Jamina got them out like it was nothing. I have had nothing but the best care and attention from Dr. Guberman and every single member of her staff at Le Cabinet Dental Care. From the moment that I enter the office, I am treated like their most important patient. In my 65 years I have never been to see the dentist and felt like I do at Le Cabinet Dental Care. I have without doubt been blessed to find Dr. Guberman and her wonderful, caring and attentive staff. Sounds odd when thinking about going to see your dentist and feel like you are at complete ease and at home, but that is how it is for me. I have been looked at by a number of Dentists, hygienists and assistants on staff over the years and found them all to be highly skilled, supportive, personable and above all compassionate. As well, it would be hard to beat the front desk staff and not be made to feel very special. They are wonderful. Thank you, thank you, thank you. PS... And the decor! So Mediterranean chill with relaxing clean lines and all those white sandy beach photos take me back to memories of Isle of Pines in New Caledonia in the south Pacific. A nice bonus for me.

The team at Le Cabinet Dental Care are truly a magical team of professionals. From the moment you walk into the office, Kyle and Carmen welcome you to this beautiful space. Our entire family (parents + 3 young children) moved to this dental practice three years ago, and we are so glad that we did. I would like to particularly mention the way the staff welcome, interact with, and care for our youngest child who has special needs. He has both cognitive and physical disabilities, and everyone goes out of their way to ensure that his needs are met for the entire time that we are at Le Cabinet. In particular, Dr. Saray has a special way of working with our son to ensure that he feels safe, relaxed and happy throughout the appointment. My intake appointment as a new patient was the most thorough and careful I have ever experienced. Both Fran, the hygienist, and Dr. Guberman were patient, professional and clear in explanations. I have returned to see Fran for a second hygiene session, and the excellent impression from the first visit was confirmed. The office is beautiful, equipped to the state of the art, and easily accessible with free parking. All staff with whom I came in contact were delightful personalities, and extremely efficient in all aspects of my treatment and administration.

The dentist suggested that if I needed a break from my mouth being open to wave my hand. I'm 74 and I've never had a suggestion like this which is a very good idea. Also I broke my tooth on a piece of popcorn so the dentist said that she'd reduced the corner of my tooth so that a stronger part of my tooth would bear the pressure. A great idea

From Kyle at reception, to Sylvia my dental hygienist, to dentist Dr.Saray - Le Cabinet is the most warm and welcoming experience. Kyle is incredibly helpful, thoughtful and a genuinely kind person. My cleaning with Sylvia was the most thorough I’ve ever experienced, with every step along the way explained clearly. She took the time to make sure I understood everything she was doing and gave me great tips to take care of my dental health. Dr. Saray was very knowledgeable and empathetic to the busyness of mom-life and forgetting to take care of myself. She made me feel understood and heard when I had anticipated being told I wasn’t doing enough. Discovering Le Cabinet dental has by far been the greatest discovery for me. I suffer from dental anxiety and genetically have "bad teeth". Over the years I have been to other clinics where I haven't always felt understood or respected. This is not the case at all at Le Cabinet. Every single staff member at this clinic is exceedingly kind, helpful, thoughtful, respectful, professional, and patient. I have recommended this clinic to several people I know who have also had similar journey's at other clinics and everyone that has moved over to this clinic shares the same feelings of relief and joy as I do. Today was my toddler's first time at the dentist, and I couldn't have asked for a better visit. Every staff member was so kind to him, not making a fuss when he expressed a bit of trepidation but taking charge calmly and respectfully. Dr Guberman clearly knows children well: she explained every tool and procedure in a way that makes sense to a 3-year old, showed him how things worked and even let him handle some tools. Normally, I wouldn't characterize a dental appointment as enjoyable but it's actually a pleasant experience going to Le Cabinet for an appointment! The office is VERY clean and also calm. I never have to wait very long before being called in for my appointment. Cleanings are very thorough but gentle, and the staff are very pleasant and professional. My last appointment was for a filling replacement, and Dr. Guberman did a great job with the freezing and filling (my tooth feels great). Additionally, I never have an issue with getting an appointment in a reasonable time frame, which I've experienced with other dental offices, and their technology is rather impressive (e.g. 3D scanning of your teeth instead of impressions - wow!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone seeking a top notch dentist!

Dr. Guberman and her team are excellent! Very communicative to ensure that the patient understands every step of their procedures. They have the utmost in COVID-19 protocols - air cleaners, isolation between each patient, masks at all times (except for the patient, while in an isolated room), temperature check on entry and hand sanitizers everywhere. The staff are friendly and very gentle whether cleaning or dealing with a filling.

Two visits back your office indicated not having my dental hugienist’s report. I checked with her and noted that it had indeed been sent to you. Again this time your referred to the most up to date report received from her, stating it was her Merch report. I have again checked my records and note that she did send the results if my July 13th visit to her. (She at the time also send me a copy of her report). Something is wrong, …at your end. In both of the last appointment reminders received I noted concerns re: meds sent/ not sent to my pharmacy ans asked for confirmation re: same. No pre-visit reply or confirmation.

I started with Dr Guberman and her excellent team while living and working in Ottawa, and even after moving a couple of hours away I continue to drive into town when needed for my own (and now my child's) dental care. The vibe and ethos are highly professional and humane, and the whole team is superb at putting patients at their ease, children included. But, I would like to say that Dr. Guberman and her staff are the best that I have had to deal with in the last 10 years (before that I had the same dentist for 33 years. He was excellent also and I left him because he was retiring. Pointless to say that the next 10 years search was painful). Dr. Guberman and her staff are professionals who are extremely competent,caring and very tolerant of difficult patients (clients?). I am very grateful that I have found Dr. Guberman (and her staff, of course). And, then, there is the office which is gorgeous but, most importantly, it is obvious that every effort has been made to protect everyone in it from the ravages of the current pandemic. After a recommendation, I switched over to Le Cabinet a few years ago after moving to Westboro and away from an older dental practice that I had been with for many years. Dr. Guberman and her team are just wonderful. The office staff are super friendly and efficient. The office is welcoming and high tech including automated appointment reminders, viewing your x-rays on a large screen in front of you along with an explanation of the work being done, and being able to watch TV on the ceiling during your appointment. Dr. Guberman's professional care is absolutely top-notch! I've never experienced such easy and pain free experiences at a dentist before. Most highly recommended.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 4 years, so partially didn’t know what to expect, and also anticipated a much more stressful appointment. The hygienist (Camila) was absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Kind, receptive to my questions, invested in my comfort and understanding of what was happening. Made this a positive experience, and has made me want to keep up with regular care. The Dentist was pleasant and informative, but definitely a short amount of her time spent looking in my mouth, not sure what time frame to expect from the dentist, so I can’t say anything negative here. The front office staff that I interacted with via email and in person were polite, but I was able to obtain the information I was looking for (costs and a treatment plan) from the hygienist much more easily. Overall will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you!

My last check-up was at a large practice nearby and I left feeling like I had been herded through, unlike Le Cabinet where everything felt very personal. My dental hygenist, Jen was very professional and personable throughout, explaining everything she was doing and ensuring I was comfortable. Not to mention my newly cleaned teeth felt amazing aftwards! Le Cabinet Dental: Dr. Gubberman and her Staff are exceptional human beings and professionals! The office has uncomplicated, Covid procedures in place for everyone's safety. They are very helpful, kind, and patient with whatever your situation may be. I have never experienced pain free dentistry before I met Dr. Gubberman and her staff and I know they cannot guarantee this, but even when they say I may experience some pain and discomfort afterwards, it was so minimal as not to be a concern, and so I did not need to take any pain medication. I always walk out of their office feeling like I am important and that I matter, I feel so cared for every time I visit and I feel so incredibly thankful! :D Thank you guys!

Everything went smoothly and proper safeguards were in place in accordance with the Canadian Dental Association recommendations for opening under COVID. The one change which I did not like was paying in full at the end vice paying the difference between the Dental coverage. I would have assumed that the Dental plans would have direct deposit option for dental offices.

This was hands down the best experience I've had at a dentist's office, and I've had good dentists in the past. Although I care about my dental health, I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile due to a cross-country move and having a baby. I have been a patient of Dr Guberman's for quite a few years, but this was my son's first visit. I hadn't realized, until I walked in the clinic, that this could potentially be quite a terrifying experience for a little one: the big machines, the sounds, the strange (to him) people. I started panicking a bit when I saw how intimidated he was, but that feeling did not last long: Dr Guberman and her staff are EXCELLENT with small children, and made my son feel at ease instantly. They got on his level, explained the special chair, let him pick a toy to hold during his consultation, etc. Thank you!!

Very friendly hygienist and receptionist. I came with my 2 kids. Would have been great to be told there was a kids play room. I would even promote this on your website. However, no one told us, but we found it ourselves when walking around. Hygienist was very kind and friendly, but didn't seem very comfortable around kids. She was not rude, but wasn't sure how to talk to them (like be very bubbly, smile, get down to their level, introduce them to the treasure chest if they have a good appointment, etc.). My only constructive feedback. Otherwise it was clean and nice.

Dr. Guberman and her staff make going to the dentist as enjoyable an experience as it can be. They are always friendly, easy to chat with, wonderful with children and great at giving advice and listening to any worries you may have. The office is beautifully designed and always a clean and welcoming environment.

If your looking for a dentist that cares and is kind, this is the place for you! It even looks really nice inside. They have a tv on the ceiling for you to watch as they work on your teeth. When there is stuff going on in your mouth they are kind about it. There is no yelling or lectures. They just say what’s happening, help you figure out why if needed and work with you to come up with the best way to fix it all up. Hands down best dentist I have been to.

Since day one it has been a pleasure to get my dental work done at LeCabinet. The ladies have such a fun vibe, it’s like visiting a friend (who sticks their hand in your mouth) They are also AWESOME with kids! My 4yr old whonis scared of everything had such a positive first experience only a week ago and now wants to come to all of my appointments. These ladies are the best!

I was impressed with every aspect of le Cabinet. The courteous phone receptionist was happy to find an appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. The office is comfortable and beautifully appointed, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. I am happy to report that every staff member, without exception, was welcoming and thoughtful. The hygenist with whom I spent most of my appointment displayed remarkable knowledge and skill, complemented by kindness and humour. (And, unlike every other hygenist I've known, she asked questions only when my mouth was unobstructed by tools, and always listened attentively to my responses.).When Dr Guberman arrived, her genuine smile and relaxed manner immediately put me at ease. She is as truly unpretentious and gracious as she is experienced and professional. I am delighted to entrust my dental care to le Cabinet!

Thank you to the team at Le Cabinet for making it such an effortless experience. As someone with strong anxiety, the staff were very caring and reassuring during the whole appointment; I've never had waiting room conversations come so easily. They also took the time to help with my insurance issues that arose at the end of my appointment. It was such a refreshing change to go to a dentist office that actually care about their patients well being! Another big thank you for being so accommodating and taking a new patient in on a last minute/same day basis. I'll definitely be coming back for any of my dental needs, I'm so glad I was referred. :)

We bring our three year old to Le Cabinet Dental office and they are amazing with kids. The office is incredibly clean, bright, and suitable for patients of all ages. They have a fantastic play room for young patients and are so patient and welcoming to little ones who are just getting comfortable with the environment.

I have worked for 25 years in the Dental industry and patient satisfaction was always our focus. I have now been retired for 2 1/2 years and decided to find a dentist closer to home. This was not an easy decision for me as I had always been treated by dentists I worked with. I walked into the Cabinet and had the opportunity to meet Dr Guberman. I mentioned to her my concerns and she put my mind at ease. At the time of my initial visit I was greater with a smile by Rachel at the reception. Chloe, the hygienist, performed my initial exam folIowed by the dentist. She was very professional and answered my questions regarding various dental services the office offered. Let’s just say it was Le Cabinet’s dedication to offer consistent, exceptional dental care that has affected my maxillary first premolar to improbably erupt after all these years! Seriously, this is no joke; the incidence rates of impaction and eruption are both quite low. Dr. G also did an unexpected follow-up over the phone during her parental leave after my emergency visit, WOW. And just as importantly, all Le Cabinet’s members have always been courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you everyone! And I will continue to recommend Le Cabinet to my colleagues!

From the moment you enter you are greeted by the front desk with a warm smile and all other staff who are present. Followed by the most professional care in the dentist's chair. I was "lucky" enough to have a filling replaced and my six month cleaning and all was painless and done with the utmost care. Dr. Guberman has this special method of injecting the freeze without you even feeling it! All in all their care actually makes going to the dentist fun.

From the minute you walk into the office, Dr. Guberman and her staff make going to the dentist feel as comfortable as if you were going to a spa. Over the years I have frequented a number of dentists for routine cleanings, minor emergencies, and more in-depth treatment. Dr Gruberman's clinic is far and away the best I have seen in terms of humaneness and friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. Dr Gruberman and her associates took the time to explain the options available to to show with state-of-the-art technology where the problems and solutions lay. A major concern I have with some dentists is their eagerness to resort to drilling as the only solution but Dr Gruberman is open to less invasive treatments wherever feasible.

Really appreciated the thorough cleaning by Christina, Dental Hygienist. Only thing I would do is tighten up on privacy of patient info. Please don’t share info even between spouses without consent. Please stop sending texts to my spouse’s phone (even though he asked you to) about my upcoming appointments. I am receiving texts on my phone which is sufficient. Thanks!
