She spent a long time on our first evaluation, taped up my eyelids and then had pictures taken as she lifted my eyebrows so we could see the best effect.. I had such a fantastic experience. Dr. Chong and her team are the best. I was terrified to get my procedure done and now looking back, I had zero reason to be. Dr. Chong is warm, caring, honest and a perfectionist. No wonder she has a million plaques on her wall with awards. Her staff- every single one was incredibly professional and caring. Nicole took the pics and helped with my post op. Tyler was my first nurse at pre-op. So sweet!! And Taryn was my nurse the day of surgery. She was so descriptive and comforting and just amazingly good at her job. Then there was Jake, the anesthesiologist - he was also incredible. I was comfortable the entire time. I cannot rave enough about this fabulous crew. The pain I felt was so minimal. I was always worried about that and it was like so tolerable. They care so much about your comfort. The front staff - Nancy and Erika were fantastic too.

I’m a physician and did a lot of research before choosing Dr Chong. She took so much time explaining why my previous surgery turned out so badly and explained what she could do to fix it. She’s brilliant, kind, thorough and funny. Her staff was great. I had a consult with a surgeon in Beverly Hills who also had a good reputation for fixing my issue. The whole experience with his office felt like being at a car dealership where they just keep trying to upsell you on this or that. The financial person came in and said ballpark 30k-40k. I said I was not planning on spending that much. She immediately said okay how about 26k to 34k! It was completely off putting! Dr Chong and her staff treated me like a patient. She did not add extra procedures that I did not need. I cannot even explain how great that office is! If you are even considering plastic surgery, go see her!

I have had several surgical cosmetic procedures, and my surgery with Dr. Chong was my best experience. It was my longest and most complex surgery at about 8-hrs, but I awoke amazingly refreshed and pain free. My recovery was also my easiest with discomfort but no terrible anesthesia after affects or strong pain. Dr. Chong and her staff are very kind with extras like washing and braiding hair too. I wish that I had discovered her sooner.

This is my second time to see Dr Chong. The first time I had some laser work done and I came back for continued issues with aging skin. Dr. Chong is excellent at listening to your concerns and assessing what the issues are. My surgery was performed MARCH 6th 2020, one week before Covid-19 shut down. I am Extremely displeased with Breast lift and Implant exchange with Dr. Chong. Doctor Chong chose two different size implants . One implant is 285cc ,the other 335cc’s. So now I have TWO DIFFERENT SIZE BREAST?????? My breast do not look good, they don’t feel good. I need to put a pad in my bra on the smaller breast to match the larger breast. I am 5 months post surgery, Still have tightness and pain when I move my arms and when I put pressure or lean on a counter the implants go under my armpit area, I now have to wait till March to re-do the surgery!!!! All that pain, time healing and EXPENSE only to have to Endure the pain to repair my breast. Not at all what I expected from this Doctor. Great summer, hiding my Breast! I’m very upset!!! We never discussed using two different size implants, was a surprise to me to learn this coming out of Surgery:( If I was informed of the possibility of two different sizes i would not have waited and not done the surgery!!! It was a very bad experience for me. I’m sad every day when I look at my breast.
