Emily was fantastic to work with. She was kind, laid back and professional. She made my experience over the top. The frame selection was well below my expectations. Very plain or very weird. I did purchase glasses but I won't in the future simply because of the frame selection and I felt like I was going through a fast food line.

This was my first visit to Lake Country Eye Care. I recently relocated to the area and had trouble finding an eye doctor that I was happy with. I have now found one I am comfortable with. The young lady at the desk was welcoming, and she then started my eye exam. She was good about explaining every step and answered my questions. Dr. Finnell came in and immediately made me comfortable, again explaining all she was doing and seeing. From start to finish I was happy with my appointment. Thank you!

While I was getting comfortable with Dr. Dentz, let me say I was amazingly pleased with Dr. Hansen's patience, thoroughness and interest in my well-being! We had a great talk about my current condition and future expectations. At 63 this made me feel a whole lot better about the path I'm on. Don't stop what you're doing. Thank you all!

Lake Country Eye Care is a great place for your eye care. The thing I like best is the personable, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Everyone from the receptionist/ eyewear fit/insurance person, to the tech and the optometrist. I had a lot of concerns about my eye health and I left there feeling heard and informed. The prices are a bit high but for the service and feeling taken care of it is worth it.

My appointment was on time, and everyone was very nice and knew what they were doing and answered all of my questions. I especially liked that, for a small fee, you could eliminate the dilating of your eyes and they took pictures that replaced the dilation procedure. One thing I would suggest is that you send out the forms that need to be filled out, before the appointment, in an email, to fill them out more comfortably. Otherwise, I was very impressed with EVERYTHING at my appointment. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Absolutely everyone at Lake Country Eye Care was wonderful and attentive. They all actually listened to my concerns and tried to answer any questions I had. Dr. Dentz and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful!!! Dr. Dentz took her time to make sure that I received all of the testing that I needed, and received a prescription that gives me 20/20 in both eyes. I have pretty bad astigmatism in both eyes which makes everything a bit more difficult. Their selection of frames is outstanding. They have current/trendy frames as well as the popular frames that have been around for a while. I found my frames within 5 minutes. That never happens. I am really excited to get my new glasses and contacts!

After 9:00 I watched a couple of employees come in to work. One of the delayed employees was the one to invite me back to one of the exam rooms at 9:13. I would hope in the future the staff would be to work on time and be ready to work when the office is open.

She was going back to college the next day for her first day of class and couldn’t see because of her eye problem and Dr. Dentz not only helped with her major pain, but my daughter was also able to go to her first class within 24 hours without pain and the anxiety that was weighing on her. The staff was very helpful, however, this store needs to keep a selection of tints and polarized lenses for the customer to look at when deciding on the appropriate lens. I mentioned this problem over a year ago and your store still doesn't have anything to show the patient. I worked at Lenscrafters for a number of years and there were always plenty of samples to show at almost every station. I hope to see this problem rectified the next time I visit your store.

Not only does your office use the best, state of the art, equipment for eye tests, but the staff is also very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Dentz has taken care of myself and two children, one of whom had an urgent eye concern which her tests were able to view clearly and she could give a confident diagnosis and care plan for. I also love that they are willing and able to work with us on getting affordable new glasses since we are uninsured. I'll never go back to a chain eye care again!

Very friendly staff the couple times I was in the office. Seem to accept a variety of insurance options. Not the largest selection of frames compared to some other vision places, but still a lot of options. Perhaps they have more options that they just don't display.
