We didn’t expect to get helped immediately, but a woman (super kind with black hair) took her lunch and helped my husband choose a new pair of glasses. I was very impressed and satisfied with my visit. The business was highly recommended by friends of mine and they were spot on. The gentleman who did my pre screening was very professional and knowledgeable. He was engaging and let me know everything he was doing. The doctor conducted a thorough examination and I was very satisfied with her diagnosis. She took the time to make sure if I had any questions or concerns. I have always HATED picking out glasses. I would feel pressured, and insecure, and by the end of it, I would just settle even if I didn't love them. Then, I switched to LaCroix and met Nancy. Nancy was patient, not pushy, and gave me a feeling as if she genuinely cared. The glasses I picked out I actually really liked and now that I am wearing them I have come to love them. On top of that, they were extremely affordable which was a great surprise.

My eye exam was very thorough, the doctor was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The lady that helped me pick my frames and lenses was very attentive very helpful. I know I took a lot of her time and was a little needy. I appreciate you gave me your time and helped me pick frames. The last time I bought new glasses it was at one of those large franchise places. I wasn't given any help and when I asked for help or an opinion, the response I got was "it's your choice" and didn't receive any help. So I really appreciate that you helped me choose my glasses even though it took a while. When I picked up my glasses, the lady adjusted them perfectly and addressed my concerns about the lens angle. The staff made my mother in law feel very comfortable. I let them know she was anxious about coming and could potentially be difficult. The staff took their time to explain each test and what they were doing. My mother in law denied having allergies or difficulty seeing, both are not true. Some of that is due to denial and dementia. Despite my mother in law denying she has allergies, although her eyes were puff and red, the physician explained ways to help with allergies. The entire experience was wonderful. When we left my mother in law was calm and said it wasn’t that bad! Thank you to the entire staff.

I had pain in one eye and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Tessa was very thorough in looking for the cause of the pain, flushing out my eye, and she answered all my questions. Though she could not see the source of irritation, it feels a bit better. She gave me drops to use and I will give them feedback in a couple of days. It gave me great peace of mind to be able to get on that day's schedule and have such a thorough exam..

I had an unusual eye emergency (got hit with a golf club) I called and they squeezed me in. I saw the doctor, several tests were run and I saw the doctor again. She was able to determine there were no injuries to the eye. She told me what to watch for and what to return to the office for. A wonderful experience all things considered.

I have always had great, professional eye care and service at LaCroix Eye Care, and have been a patient/client there for many years. A recent purchase of new lenses resulted in them becoming quite "scratchy," way too soon, especially with the coating they had on them. I use the special eyeglass spray and wipes to clean them, so I didn't think that I treated them too harshly. I placed a call, and they ordered new ones, under warranty, and replaced my old ones today, with bright, shiny new lenses and the tech said that perhaps it was just an unusual circumstance that caused the old ones to get damaged way too early. Problem solved, no issues at all, and I'm seeing great again!

Since moving to Michigan nearly three years ago my wife and I have been searching for a good eye care team. We found LaCroix last year and had a great experience. So we came back again this year and had just as good if not better experience. The staff was great, the doctor thorough, and our picking out new glasses was the most stress free time I've ever had. Getting my eyes examined is always a positive experience. The staff is always kind, patient and helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and explain everything they are doing. Even the waiting area is pleasant and so we’ll decorated. I was looking at the magazines and they have made the effort to see there is something for everyone. Customer service is top notch. When I leave I feel almost as though I’ve hard a visit with friends.

My husband and I both came in for routine eye exams. This was our first time there and could not be happier. The entire visit from the minute we walked into the door was very pleasant. All of the staff that we dealt with were super friendly, helpful and professional. The eye exam was very thorough and we were informed of everything that was being done. Dr Tessa Fredal was amazing and made us feel very comfortable through the entire exam process. When it was time to pick out new frames it could not of been easier. I can not remember who helped us with this step but she was fantastic. She made the perfect suggestions for our new frames, which we never had at the previous eye doctors we have been to. We were both super impressed with our entire experience and will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

I love my optometrist but I do not care for the American way of addressing people now. I was raised in a Polish Catholic home and am fluent in French, Polish and speak Spanish and German fairly well. It is very rude to address people by their first names unless you are a close friend. And as for the comment by the woman who measure my IPD, in Polish, you address God as "Pan Bog" or "Mister God." The same used to be true in English where we addressed God as "Thou" and not "Thee." It is a shame that etiquette has been tossed into the round file because of HIPAA and identity theft. Dr. Carey Vigor-Zierk if you don't know a doctor at least call me Mrs. Vigor or Ms. Vigor.
