Loved coming here. Janette the hygienist was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and the cleaning was painLESS. Dr. Kupchik was thorough and really took time to look at my xrays and figure out where my pain was coming from. I am actually looking forward to my root canal.

1. My appointment was never on the schedule 2. The hygienist was very dismissive after I complained about rinsing my mouth with water from a cup instead of “sprinkling” water in my mouth 3. I salivate a lot and the hygienist showed frustration every time I used the suction 4. I explained to the hygienist EVERY visit that I have tiI much blood on my mouth fi just rinse my mouth out; I prefer to rinse my mouth with water and mouth wash

A little disappointed that I was charged $30.00 for a so called exam. I have insurance that covers my cleaning appointments and I am allowed to have an exam once a year. As this so called exam was a pop in from the doctor I feel it was not necessary and caused me an out of pocket expense. This appointment was a scheduled cleaning and definitely not an added expense. So disappointed and upset about this.

Dr. Kupchik is by far one of the best dentists I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few in my day. She is a perfectionist, is caring & everything has worked out wonderfully so far. I’ve had extensive work done due to previous medical issues and she has instrumental in repairing that damage with state of the art advanced treatment options. I love my dental assistant too! Everything clean & safe, you feel well cared for.

Mostly quite pleased with my first visit. Hygienist and Dentist were professional, kind, and patient. Office was clean and professional. My only suggestion for improvement is that I wish I was notified prior to billing was services would not be included with my normal copay. Wasn't a huge amount but still something I'm not used to in dental services.

Dr. Kupchik is just great! She did a couple heavy duty procedures on me (extraction and implant). Not once during or after either procedure did I feel discomfort! Aside from her wonderful skills as a dentist, she is also kind, considerate and personable! She takes the time to actually talk with you and get to know you. She is pleasant and professional. Something else I noticed was that her staff all seem to enjoy working there and when she interacts with them she does so with respect and treats everyone as a team member. All of this helps patients feel comfortable and confident in that team.

Disappointing!!! It has been now 6 months since Dr. Kupchik even physically looked at my teeth. The hygienist is okay, nothing great. Well it also appears that the office is only interested in money first and patients second. They want the entire amount up front for two crowns in full at the first visit before Dr. Kupchik even sees me.

Good part, saw Doc quickly. Bad part, treatment was quick and not gentle at all. Diagnosis/treatment wasn't explained. Doctor said she would meet me out front after exam but never saw her again so I left with a lot of questions. When I first went to Dr. Kupchick 4 years ago, it was a small practice with excellent personal care. The number of employees and patients has grown but sadly, the experience has deteriorated.

Dr. Anna and her staff are wonderfully, skilled, understanding and compassionate. She outlined my options one extraction for sure and a second tooth that needed a root canal but might turn into an extraction. As my visit unfolded, she keep me up to date on progress and explained what she would be doing. I left the office about 1:30 and I was feeling human by 8 p.m. It wasn't fun, but it was better than you'd ever expect.

Visiting Dr. Kupchik's office is as pleasant as visiting a denist's office can be. The staff is always professional and friendly. There is almost no wait time at all. Everyone explains exactly what is going on, all your options and your next steps. They are extremely transparent and comforting through the whole process. I left a dentist of 20 years and have never been happier now that I have joined Dr. Kupchik's team. My whole family has also transferred over. I highly recommend this practice!

The entire Kupchik team is professional and friendly. Dr. Kupchik explains what work is necessary and what work can wait and is not emergent. You always know up front If insurance covers procedures, what percentage and what your out of pocket costs are. There are no surprises. I am able to drop my kids off and come back to pick them up. I know they are in good hands. The only reason for the wait time to be seen is due to the office following Covid safety procedures. That is a plus in my book.

Staff is attentive and caring, especially during this pandemic. All staff examining patients were in full PPE, and desk ladies had masks on as well. They got me in and out quicker than I could've ever imagined. Great experience. I did wait to be seen passed when my appointment was scheduled for, but during these times I understand things get backed up with cleaning, etc. I loved that they limited the amount of patients actually being treated. I believe I was only in the office with one other person.

In addition, Kayla made sure to regularly check if I was experiencing any pain (which I was not!). I’m very unhappy. I seem to ALWAYS be quoted and then there are extras or I’m told they made a mistake. This time I was told a mistake plus how my insurance doesn’t cover it all. The young woman with red hair had an arrogant attitude about it and said no dentist’s in Rockland took my insurance fully. Plus a number of X-ray’s were taken during my cleaning while no one asked if I wanted them or that there would be a charge. Even the hygienist didn’t know why there were X-rays needed. While I believe Dr. Kupchik is an excellent dentist I always feel ripped off somehow. I am actively looking for a new dentist that fully accepts my insurance.

Dr. Kupchik gave us a written recommendation for the removal of our daughter's wisdom teeth. Then, when we made it clear that we would not return to her office because we were not satisfied with our visit, she called our daughter's orthodontist and told her that our daughter is too young for the same procedure she recommended in writing. This is not only unprofessional, it should be considered malpractice!

For the first time in my life, I needed a major dental procedure. Dr Kupchik performed a root canal on me yesterday. I have two more visits before the tooth is fully restored. Even though Kupchik Dental sends multiple reminders via text or email about appointments, I still forgot about my 2:00 appointment on 12/28. I happen to look at my phone at 2:14 on 12/28 and noticed that the office called me. I called back immediately, very apologetic of course, and ran to their office and not only did they honor my appointment, but I didn’t have to wait to be seen. I love the appearance of the office, the front desk is always welcoming, this visit I had the pleasure of meeting Irene who was extremely personable, pleasant and most importantly-informative....I am 50years old now & she gave me helpful hints that I have never been advised of before such as using my Sensodyne rapid toothpaste at night (2-3 wks) to decrease gum line sensitivity, to use a soft brush (not hard-that I've used for years), to brush UP & to use my left hand a s well as my right to get diff angle & reach untouched areas in mouth for better removal of food/tarter, and she suggeted using the purple listerine to continue to fight bacteria...she gave me a wonderful feeling abt my personal hygiene-which I take VERY seriously-& her kind mannerisms and information has inspired me to use my waterpik & floss more ofter....i have shared these vital pointers w/family members & look forward to my next appt. with Irene....my only negative note is the wait...i had a 12;30 appt. & was not seen until 1pm, this happens often when i come in-my time, like everyone else's, is very important & waiting that long is unacceptable to me-I hoping better scheduling on your part will rectify this issue for my future visits

Office is beautiful and staff is very nice. However i came in on a Sunday in extreme pain and told the woman on the phone the situation. All that they did was tell me i need a root canal and send me on my way with ib profen and a anti biotic. They literally did nothing to treat the pain. And gave me Nothing medicinal to treat it either. I already had ib-profen which i stated, I left in the same pain with the same Issue. To say i was Upset is a understatement. I realize that not all practices provide root-canals through a crown but i should have been told that when i made the appt. I specified that it was under a new crown. I ended Up leaving there and having to find another emergency hour dentist. He thankfully called in something to ease the pain and relieved the pressure in my tooth. Anywho. I was Impressed with the office decor and how clean it was. But that was about it.

Dr. Kupchik was very nice. They were able to squeeze me in Her office is beautiful. My reason for giving her 4 stars Was because when I called her receptionist asked me if I was in pain. I said yes. And she still tried to make me wait a several days before giving me an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for 25 mins later.

Dr. Kupchik and her staff are fabulous and professional. Going to the dentist is usually not one of my favorite pastimes. lol but everytime I go there, I become a believer. Dr. Kupchik is a wonderful doctor and I have total confidence in her abilities.

Anna and her staff are wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. I am getting an invisalign treatment with Anna and it has been great so far. I still have 8 months of treatment left, but thanks to Anna it has been an easy 10 months so far. Can't wait to see the end results.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. ANNA KUPCHIK AND ALL HER STAFF. THEY ARE ALL SO CARING, FRIENDLY, AND VERY GENTLE! I AM NEVER SCARED TO GO THE DENTIST BECAUSE OF THEM. IT IS NICE TO LOOK UPAND SEE THE SKY AND GET A LITTLE SURPRISE FROM THE TREASURE CHEST TOO. THIS IS THE BEST DENTIST EVER!
