As a first-time patient, I was totally impressed with the efficient & fast-working, knowledgeable staff...they demonstrated teamwork beautifully! Tracey, the Optometrist, was exceptional...I felt safe under her care. I could sense her intellect in her profession was one of high honor; her presence demands respect, though humble & soft-spoken she may be. It was an answer to prayer...I am thankful for my experience with the doctor & her staff!

Shouldn't have been charged $25.00 for yearly eye exam. I was told my insurance didn't cover this. My insurance called and corrected the error. I mentioned clerk I had never was charged before, she did not check thoroughly my chart.

It was my first time attending Kingsburg Vision Care Optometry and it was an OK experience. The staff was friendly but the waiting was horrible. I did not expect to wait 3 hours just for a check up. There was even people sleeping in the waiting room because the wait took so long! Other than that, I'd give the service a 5/10.

Dr. Bonander was a very nice personable DR. I took all my children there, I am glad to see that even though Dr is gone, Kingsburg Vision Care still holds that warm reception.

I arrived 40 minutes early for my appt because I had another appt later. I arrived at 10:50 am. My appt was at 11:45. They told me they had an 11 appt for a family of 3 scheduled. I sat down and at 11:09 the family came in and they whisked away to the back for their 11 am appt. At 12:20 I had to leave for my appt at 12:30. If they would’ve been on time that’s one thing. But instead of taking the person who came early they REWARDED the customers who arrived late. I took time off of work and now have to take more time off for another appt on a different day!

I’ve been looking for a new optometrist for the past 4 years and stumbled upon Kingsburg Vision Care. What a nice surprise to find such professional and experienced staff. I was very comfortable with Dr. Nguyen and trusted her treatment for me. I’ve had vision issues my entire life, so it was refreshing to have someone I had trust and confidence in. I will be a life long customer.

I received at least 2 texts reminding of my appointment and of a $25. charge if I missed my appointment. I understand your time is valuable. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room. My time is valuable too.

The staff was super friendly and prompt. They got me in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time. Doctor was also super sweet as well. They are under a bit of construction but I am sure the office will look really good once the project is all done. The only down side is I was charged for "fitting fee". In my 15+ years of wearing glasses/contacts I have never been charged this 60$ fee. I had them try and explain it to me and they said insurance did not cover that part. I understand paying this fee if I was going to try a different type or brand of contacts and would have to go through a trial and error process. But it really makes no sense to pay for this fee, especially when the brand of contacts I had ordered are the same ones I have been using for the past 5+ years. I know they work for me and I would not have any trouble with them.
