Optometrist great … office staff not. Receptionist Told me incorrect info on insurance I corrected her and she argued with me and told me I had to check on it. Then I can put and she checked it again and I was correct. Poor interaction. She could have said let me recheck that versus arguing and telling me to check on it.

This was my first time at Dr. Kings office and I will 100% be going back every year! Not only was Dr. King thorough and explained everything to me in detail, the ladies at the front desk explained all my charges to me (what insurance doesn’t cover because it’s cosmetic) and I don’t mind one bit having that extra $39 for the photos, I really don’t like having to do the drops!! Overall, a very pleasant experience. See you all next year!

I called Dr. King’s office in a Sunday afternoon. He got back to me immediately and, while concerned about my symptoms, made me feel calm about them. The next day they made room in the schedule for me to come in. After examining me he sent me to a specialist-the office arranged that appointment too. I’m very grateful and feel that I was in good hands during the whole process. Thanks!

While the Doctor and the staff are courteous and professional, my recent request to re-check my new prescription was scheduled for 10 days later. Another request shortened it to 7 days, at which time the Doctor found a substantial error. My newest prescription is a big change from not only the erroneous one- but also my previous one. As I wait on my new glasses, I have lost confidence that this pair will work properly.

I find that each time I go for an appointment it is always a pleasant experience. The staff have smiles for each patient & work to ensure the appointment goes smoothly. Plus Dr King is excellent is his work & knows his patients well & puts forth every effort to provide the best treatment &/or course of action. Our family has solid confidence in his skills & knowledge. It is always an encouraging & positive experience. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Thought $189 for an eye exam was extremely high but I wouldn't know for sure since I last had an eye exam in 2015 in Williston, ND when I worked in the oil fields. The exam was very thorough with lots of checks for different issues..

I highly recommend King Family Eye Care! Dr. King takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I never feel like he is rushing to the next patient. He has been watching me for glaucoma and uses all of the necessary tools available to monitor my vision. His staff is courteous and friendly. Masks are worn at all times. I feel fortunate to have found a doctor that I can trust!

After relocating I began researching eye care. I know that even if your site is ok, eye exams are important. The reason I chose to call King Family Eye Care was because of their detailed information on their web site which included education, history and interests of the providers. Once I called, the customer service was friendly and welcoming. I was treated as if I mattered and served well. The person on the phone took her time, was patient, and thanked me. At my appointment I was greeted with smiles and big hello's. I didn't wait long for the Dr., and he was able to provide an exam that went smoothly and quickly. He taught me many things about my eyes, and also provided me with the opportunity to wear contacts and let me know it would take time to get used to them and won't be perfect. I left the office with contacts in my eyes and am still so happy with them! It's changed how I work! Schedule an appointment and be sure your eyes are healthy! My job is to research health and wellness providers and bring them into virtual health fairs. So I know that King Family Eye Care, LLC is high quality care.

I had a phenomenal experience with King Family Eyecare. I can’t tell you what it was like to go in and learn that I had been prescribed contact lenses and glasses from a doctor in another state that were so overly strong that I couldn’t see correctly. The doctor not only reduced my prescription so I could see clearly, but then he changed my contact lenses so that I didn’t have to wear reading glasses! I have been in the military and no other doctor at any other time has given me the option to wear contact lenses so that I could read up close. (I’m extremely nearsighted). It’s like I had a new lease on life and I have told everybody I know that they must see Dr. Lavoie! I am impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and I can promise you, I won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you so much!

First of all this practice didn't realize I was a return customer. Multiple sign-offs needlessly done, for CYA purposes? No statement for patients expectations or rights. A statement about their not willing to commit fraud by misdiagnosing to obtain a cheaper rate somehow. Outrageous. We must assume they were spanked for doing this before? A forced add on optimap type screening to pay for their purchase, rather than an offered service one might choose to have. OK office appearance.

From check-in to check-out things couldn't be more smooth. Dr. King (my optometrist for years) does a very through exam and will explain how the tests work and what he's checking for. His exams are not rushed production line affairs and he doesn't try to sell you anything. If you are curious and have any question about your eyes, the exam, or just eyes in general he'll happily leave you with a lot more eye knowledge than you came in with. Recommended.

From the time I walked in and even after I left the eye doctor portion (shopping in LensCrafters), everything was fantastic. The friendliness of the staff was nothing I have experienced before in other settings (to this extent); everyone was in a great mood, super friendly, and helpful every which way I turned. The staff was also super knowledgeable and was great at explaining things. Highly recommend to any and everyone and as long as the dr, the front desk staff, and assistant do not change, I can see myself going here for a very long time. In LensCrafters, Ronald was excellent too. I am so thrilled that I made this move over to this office.

I had Dr. Lameroux yesterday and she was fantastic. She answered all of my questions. She shared one of my concerns and directed me to the correct specialist to address the issue. She took her time and was thorough but efficient. She printed me out my new prescription, called in Ristasis eye drops for my horrible dry eyes and set me up with the staff to fit me for new glasses. I will only use King Family Eye Care and I recommend them to everyone.

I have fought for years to get doctors to listen to me. Dr. King was the first to do so and because of that I am now able to care for my eyes, with his help, accordingly. I love everyone in that office, they are extremely friendly, generous with their time and knowledge, and have a great sense of humor. Not only is the experience always pleasant I can see better and my eye-related migraines are gone!

DrLavoie barely said hello. Looked at my eye for maybe 1 min. Spent 5-6 min typing into the computer never speaking to me or looking at me. Was punitive the only words spoken to me were “ well I guess you now know the hard way what happen when you sleep with your contacts in”. He has zero personality.

I would recommend this facility as it was overall very efficient. Signed in with some papers; had a pretest; saw the doctor who was very thorough in describing the current state of my eyes. Taken to the front with my new prescription, selected my glasses. Had them done within an hour when I returned.

I have consistently found top notch eye care at the King Family Eye Clinic. The optometrist was able to clear a bad case of contact dermatitis on my eyes that had existed for 6 months and had not been cleared by 2 other allergists and a dermatologist. My husband has had more serious eye health issues and they were appropriately identified and stellar specialists were recommended to resolve the issues. I highly value the opinions of this business regarding eye health.
