Everyone we’ve encountered has been friendly, helpful and professional. It’s rare that we wait past our appointment time - the nurses have a system that keeps everything moving efficiently. Dr Hickman and Dr Garnand are great with kids, approachable, and truly listen to parents. They are down to earth and set realistic expectations for kids and parents.

The Doctor was very wonderful. He was nice and caring. Gabriel was very shy with him and the doctor and nurses worked with him and he opened up a little bit. I really like all the people at the Waynesboro office!

The staff here is great. From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, we feel welcome and comfortable here. They all take an interest in my son, even stopping to say hi when we're in the office but assigned to another room. They remember us, take time to listen to what I have to say, never rush us through a visit, give plenty of time for questions. They all take time to explain things. They remember his history, so I'm not explaining the same things at each visit.

Dr Garnand and the nurses are amazing! I have had issues with previous pediatricians ( not in this practice) with feeling like I wasnt being listened to, or felt like my concerns were not taking serious and I have never felt that way with Dr Garnand

We had a great check-up appointment today with Dr. Garnand. The staff is very professional and friendly. I like the efficiency of the nurses to get the vitals, ask questions, and give vaccinations. The appointments are kept in a timely manner and on schedule. I feel comfortable asking questions with the provider and my questions are answered. Overall, the facility is very clean and sanitary. Keep up the great work Keystone!

We have never had a bad experience at Keystone Pediatrics Waynesboro. My kiddo enjoys all the nurses there and isn’t afraid to talk to them. Dr. Garnand is great. So caring, knowledgeable, down to earth, definitely tell she loves what she does.

My daughter has been seeing the pediatricians at Keystone Pediatrics for 5 years now. We have seen everyone there at one point or another and all of the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and staff are amazing. There has never been a time when we couldn't get an appointment when we needed one. It is also amazing to have them really listen to our concerns and address them appropriately and recommend follow-on care (physical therapy, etc.) where needed.

Dr. Garnand was absolutely amazing. My 3 year old loved her and she made him feel like such a big kid. He enjoys going to the doctor, but I think this was by far his favorite visit. I trust her judgment and approach to care. Extremely approachable physician, very knowledgeable, great with kids, doesn’t pressure, non judgmental, compassionate. Definitely, found a physician we like and trust in her.

The staff and Doctor were all very friendly and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. The Doctor didn't make me feel rushed and took his time with me. I would highly recommend Doctor Arnauld Oreste!

We feel so blessed that our sons are patients of Dr. Oreste and the FABULOUS, caring nursing staff at Keystone Pediatrics in the Waynesboro office. Dr. Oreste never rushes through an appointment but always takes the time necessary to thoroughly examine our children. He takes time to answer every question we have and is always respectful of us as parents. He has carefully guided us through the assessment and diagnosis stages of ADHD for our sons and provides us ongoing guidance to optimize our sons' and our management of this diagnosis. We love all of the nurses who exercise tremendous patience with our active boys and who make them feel loved and cared for. We are so grateful for Keystone Pediatrics, Waynesboro ♥️

Absolutely love keystone pediatrics in Waynesboro. They work with getting you in to be seen and if I have two children who need to be seen they will put their appointments together. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere. Providers are amazing and actually care!! 💜

I absolutely love Keystone Pediatrics. You can always get an appointment quickly, the staff are kind and welcoming and so efficient! The doctors and nurse practitioners, and LPNs are top of the line. They remember you from each appointment and just make you feel welcome and always so genuine care for your child.

My son and I loved the waiting room! It was very clean, well designed with a toddler in mind.Their hallway decor was placed with a toddler in mind, and I appreciated that. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is they were too efficient in calling us back. I still had paperwork in my hands to complete. However giving my son the opportunity to play in the waiting room afterwards while I finished, was not a problem. My 18month old was very comfortable with all the staff.

We usually visit the Chambersburg office of Keystone Pediatrics but due to timing and scheduling needed to visit the Waynesboro office. The office was wonderfully clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant. We did not have a long wait whatsoever. It was also the first time that we had met Dr Oreste and he was very nice to work with. He did a thorough job for my sons well child check and physical. He engaged my 12-year-old and my son was impressed with him as was I.

We love Dr. Hickman! She gas always been great with our kids. Our boys are on the smaller side and everyone always gave us crap for it but not her. She always says they're healthy and proportional and growing on their curve. Plus she listened when we had concerns about a tongue tie and got us in to see an ENT that day!

We like this Office. They are quick,efficient and accurate as a team. The Dr's are up to date in current care and i feel they truly do care about our families. They have good bedside manners and they listen to what you have to say or to your concerns. We would Definitely recommend this Group of providers to all of our friends with children! The staff at Keystone Pediatrics -- Waynesboro is wonderful! The doctors are genuine and informative. I have never felt rushed and I feel like the staff is vested in the practice and the well-being of children. The facilities are clean yet friendly enough for children. While I live in Chambersburg, I believe it is worth the drive to Waynesboro due to the quality of care and cleanliness of the facilities. Keep up the great work!
