The staff and especially Dr. Kent were so wonderful with Luci! Dr. Kent was so kind and personable and went out of her way to make sure Luci was comfortable. She hadn't been to the pedi in quite awhile so she was very nervous but by the time she left she said she had "fun." Even after 2 shots :) I was hesitant to switch my eldest to Keystone because she has special needs and we are comfortable with our old pediatrician (they are over an hour away) but I absolutely intend to now that we had such a lovely experience. Thank you!

We have always liked our providers at Keystone but Kim, CRNP was fabulous! She had my normally shy daughter laughing hysterically during her appointment. Kim asked all the questions she needed to fully assess my daughter but did so in such a witty, easy-going manner. My daughter has now requested that she only see Kim because that was the most fun appointment she’s ever had (and she said this even after receiving 4 vaccinations this visit!).

Love my daughter's doctor, which I was a little surprised because he is male, thought it'd be uncomfortable but he's been great and down to earth. Past docs have caused high stress over small issues, he doesn't do that but still gives helpful advise. He takes time to listen to our concerns, she's been seeing him for 6 years now and I have no plans of changing that any time soon. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a new pediatrician.

we love working with kyle he is amazing with my kids!! he actually talks and ask how they are and if there is anything that they are struggling on. he also talks to the parent like a human and explains in detail and always says if we need him to call in he is always there to help us which is a big help also most doctors send you away and never check or ask if we are okay and we love his nurses they are always so friendly and amazing with my kids as well.

Dr. Galicia is very thorough and easy to talk to. She is warm so my kids are fond of her. The front desk is nice. This practice gives comprehensive care for my little ones. It's a one-stop-shop where the dental hygienist would see my kids at their routine check ups so that is nice. I do wish they would remind us for routine visits or flu shots etc earlier.

Dr hall was so amazing with my son, she was so patient when she talked with him. He’s three years old going on 30 but she definitely was able to get him to do pretty much the whole exam without any ruckus. She took his needs and assessed them to make sure he was healthy. Definitely recommend Dr. Hall.

We love the staff of Kyle’s! The nurses are always so nice and he is an amazing doctor, so patient with all my boys! He def takes time to talk to my kids as if they human beings and not a children that do not know anything! Trohn is also amazing with all my kids as well, Kyle and trohn work together to help my kids with everything and it’s great to have such great support!!!

Dr colli was able to see my son same day. He was seen in the ER the night before but was released. My son was not getting better and Dr. Colli listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time evaluating him. He was admitted into the hospital right away, which was the best course of treatment for him. We were very happy with Dr. Colli and his team’s care.

I really appreciate how they have streamlined the check in process since Covid. So much less signing and touching everything. We are also always pleased with Dr. Kaufman and his nursing staff. Dr. Hall is very efficient, and she always follows up. She has been my kids doctor for almost 16 years now. She follows up with a personal call with results or questions that we have. She’s caring and kind, and relates to you as a mother herself. She’s very smart, and if she doesn’t know the answer to something right away she researches it and gets back to you. When people ask me who I would recommend at peds, I always tell them to see her. Also, I wanted to note for our visit that the process for my daughter to get her X-ray was smooth and efficient and the tech was really great.

I had taken my daughter in with a fever. My doctor was Mr, Hopkins. He was very friendly and with her symptoms, tested her for the flu. The test came back positive for Flu type B in which Mr, Hopkins took the time to thoroughly discuss the upcoming days ahead and the medicine I needed to proceed with at home. Mr. Hopkins also stated why he recommended in depth the effects pedialyte verse Gatorade in which I had asked, every question and concerned was fully explained. He was amazing!

I have always been happy with my care, prompt service and attentiveness of the nursing staff and the providers. We have utilized the Urgent Care walk-in in their office a time or two as well when we were unable to get a same day appointment and that has been beyond convenient and helpful!

We had a wait time of about 5 minutes in the waiting room. We were taken back to the examination room, and the nurse took Jinger’s weight and height . As she sat on the exam table the nurse toile her blood pressure, and we answered the usual questions ....about 3 min. Then the nurse asked her to rate her pain, and she did. The nurse practitioner came in almost immediately and began the exam. Very thorough very kind. After his exam we left. We were there less than a half hour from check in to check out. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Dr. Singh is always amazing when I bring my children in. He will take the time to listen to my concerns and always does an amazing job with my kids. I trust him and more importantly, I trust him to care for my children. On top of that the check in and nursing staff are always great. I love the walk-in and have used it several times. The doctors at Keystone are great! I haven't found one that isn't amazing yet! Check in is fast and easy with the new kiosks. After I checked in I was called back so quick my son complained he didn't have enough time to play. The nurses double teaming the weight/ height/ questions makes everything go smooth and quick. The doctors are all great! Check out sometimes takes a little because the line backs up, but those girls are so sweet! Overall great experience everytime. Would recommend.

We seen Dr. Hannagan today and she never disappoints in the level of care we receive. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we are listened to and taken care of with whatever we have to be seen for, this time it was a chest cold that we thought might be more. She’s so personable and it’s never a cold Dr/patient experience. We love her!

I switched to Keystone pediatrics about 10 years ago when my oldest was a baby and it was the best decision I could have made for my children. My oldest likes to see Dr. Oreste in the Waynesboro office and my youngest likes to see Dr. Kaufman in the Chambersburg office. They are both amazing with children and are so patient and kind. The nurses at both locations are friendly and go out of their way to comfort my kids when they need to have immunizations. I never have to wait long in the waiting area, and appreciate that the Chambersburg location has after hours walk-in as well as Saturday hours.

Very short waiting. Siri friendly office assistant, and very friendly doctor that I felt I had a high level of medical knowledge, and that’s coming from another medical professional. I had a question about location and he immediately recommended and then got the lactation consultant CRNP to meet with me during that appt and she said up a lactation appt for the following week. Overall an excellent experience!

My children have been seening Dr. Kent for years, and since her retirement, we needed to find a peditrician. Upon a friend's recommendation, I took my children to see Dr. Konannki. He was wonderful with my children. He took his time to do a careful job, and he explained to them what he was about to do before he did it, so there were no surprises. At one time he even asked my son's permission, which made my son feel confident. I highly recommend Dr. Konanki and am glad we found him!

I came to the walk-in for my sons tonsils which had been swollen for a couple days. Beverly was wonderful and took her time. She went beyond looking at the tonsils and looked at him completely even looking at the previous doctors notes. She made a referral to ENT even though I had already made an appointment. So that the ENT doctor would know the size of his tonsils that day
