The team at Probst Dental is always great. Kent is very nice and explains what is happening while you are in the chair. I recently missed my appointment and they called me the next day with a cancelation and got me in as soon as possible.

I always have a good experience on my dental visits. If there is a wait it is very short. The atmosphere is professional and pleasant. Dr. Probst and his assistants are friendly and helpful in meeting my needs. Every dental problem or procedure I have had has resulted in an excellent outcome. The office staff work well with insurance plans. I couldn't be more satisfied.

This is the first dentist office that doesn't try to push expensive procedures. His goal, I believe is to take care of your teeth. So you don't have to have root canals and crowns. Wish I would have had Kent with my kids. Love the friendly employees he has there as well.

I arrived at his office at 10:30 am; within a few minutes i was seated in a dental chair. My broken tooth was x-rayed, Dr. Probst recommended a treatment, asked me if I would like him to complete the work now or make an appointment for a later time. I told him now is fine. He gave me a shot (it was absolutely painless) to deaden the area surrounding the tooth and he was soon finished. I am confident he provided excellent work as he has in the past.

The office staff is friendly and have helped me with insurance and financial situations in the past. Was seen on time (a lost art at Doctor and Dentist offices nowadays). Hadn't been to the Dentist in years. Everyone was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Didn't do any work until costs and my portion of the same was explained. Got x-rays and a cleaning, saw Dr. Probst who explained all to me and was on my way. Highly recommend this office if you're looking for a new Dentist.

From my 1st call with Amanda in setting up initial appointment to being greeted by her, very impressed with friendliness & courtesy! The 1st exam, teeth cleaning with Laurie was less stressful than I thought! She was friendly, professional & explained thoroughly procedures to be done. I finished with being examined and talked to by Dr. Probst who had a relaxed friendly and professional demeanor! Overall, Dr. Probst was recommended to us by a neighbor. I'm relieved that we found a Dentist in Heber and impressed enough that we decided to make his office & Team the place to go for our family's dental needs!

I usually only come for cleanings, so didn't follow up at front desk about the charges for my daughter's tooth extraction, so I'd welcome someone to followup with me via email or phone to let me know what I should do. I went in for a teeth cleaning and hadn't had one in an embarrassingly long time. Lori (I think that was her name)was excellent! She was so friendly, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable. I am very impressed and pleased. Amanda, (if I am remembering her name correctly as well) at the front desk, was very nice and helpful too! Thank you!

It was my fault that there was almost a year in between my last visit so I understand that my cleaning may have been difficult due to the delay but I would hope my next cleaning in 6 month is not a rough. I've gone through a lot of cleanings in my time and most have been less painful. I know she tried and I'm not giving up I just hope next time is less painful.
