I'm a new patient at Keiser Family Eye Care and had a wonderful experience. The office is modern, clean, professional, and well organized. I was greeted warmly and seen promptly by Dr Benacci. The exam was thorough and Dr Benacci explained the significance of each test and provided important details about the results. She provided options for me to consider and I felt that she was looking out for my best interests. I did not feel pressured in any way and very pleased with her care. All in all, it was a great experience!

As Always THE KEISER FAMILY EYE CARE PC is just like coming home. Their office and equipment are always clean and dust free. Everyone is at the top of their game. They're always up to date with the newest technology to test our eyes. Dr. Lisa has saved my eyesight. I have Glaucoma and ONLY have a small blind spot in my left eye. It would have been worse IF I DIDN'T have Dr. Lisa.

When I go to Keiser Family Eye Care in Waterford, PA., I am ALWAYS pleased with the professional eye exam i receive. It is obvious Lisa Keiser and her husband have been trained in all areas of proper eye care, such as how to keep eyes lubricated, proper lighting for reading, computer use, etc. to prevent eye damage, etc. As one gets older, Lisa Keiser is very skilled in looking for macular degeneration, glaucoma, astigmatism situations, or allergic conditions. You are seen almost at the exact time of your appointment, and treated respectfully. KEISER FAMILY EYE CARE services is a definite asset to Waterford, PA. !

I have worn classes since childhood and examined by many optometrists and eye surgeons. I never had such a thorough exam by anyone. I was have symptoms of blurring vision worsening as the day proceeded. She explained the problem was with my left cornea. She instructed me and i have a follow-up in October. She explained that the wrinkles on my forehead were from raising my forehead to open my eyes wider due to the drooping eyelids. We are following with insurance. Most likely not covered. We have all been there ladies, cant see because of droopy skin. But thats cosmetic. I iften feel tired because of the weight on my eyelids. The dr covered things and equipment i had never even seen before. Great confidence in her skill

How can you improve Dr. Lisa, Erik and Tammy? They run like a well oiled machine. When you walk into their office, well, it's like walking in the front door of home. I never get nervous knowing that my appointment is coming up. Dr. Lisa is very through with her testing knowledge. I might not be able to see today if not for her. I'm so thankful that she's my Doctor and that she took this path for her career. Tammy is so efficient from sending us reminders, setting up our appointments and all things involved with the insurances. Erick is also very efficient when it comes to buying glasses, from they way they sit on you face, color, frame design and up to date styles. I'm forever thankful that I was led to you to have my eyes checked out by Dr. Myers. Thank you all for everything that you do for us.

Prior to the appointment information was requested that very much assisted with our meeting. Filling out the information on the computer was done in a timely fashion. Collecting the information needed to fill out the forms took some searching on my part. Aware that the information will be on file at their office is a great benefit to me when I compare this to other health care offices that request the same information over and over again. I was very satisfied with the appointment. The amount of professional care I received was impressive. I had some understanding of what the eye examination can involve but the care and details that were a part of the exam went well beyond my expectations. I would be more then happy to refer a family member or friend to you.

We have to drive some to get to an appointment with Dr. Lisa Keiser, but I'd drive further if we had to. And Tammy, the receptionist, is so efficient and is friendly. And last but not least is Eric, Lisa's husband, he helps us to find the best frames & adjusts the frames to fit. He has other jobs of course, but he's quite the "walking book of knowledge" and other facts. You've got real friendly and honest folks there. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
