The team is amazing. Very friendly. I hadn’t gone to see an eye doctor in over 20 years and I was kind of nervous. They were so kind and made the appointment so smooth and the doctor is very informative. I highly recommend Keaton for your eye needs.

He was responsible for diagnosing astigmatism in our son when he was in 3rd grade and a whiz at getting kids to participate in the exam!

It's getting tougher to schedule appointments because of how well you are treated , keeton keeps getting busier. Im happy again with the selection they had to choose from and the quick return of. Getting my new glasses.

*I am unable to adjust the stars on the rating, but would give a 3 - likely will be looking for a new practice after this year. I was slightly disappointed with the customer service I received. The person at the front desk seemed annoyed that I did not know all of the details of my insurance (eyemed vs. anthem, etc.). I think it is important to remember that while the practice deals with insurance every day, we as customers/patients really only have to deal with it once a year. I would rather have a partner than an interrogation. My exam went well, but the post-exam check out was again met with tension, which I feel is founded in nothing. I did decide to get glasses along with my contacts and felt a little lost picking out frames on my own. The last few frames, before being measured, I was able to get some input and alternatives, but nothing that made the service noteworthy. Again, customers do this once in a while not every day. There was a customer that came in during all of this that seemed to have a mistake with his order (which could have been his). But after he left, the front desk, specifically the person who helped me, kept brining it up and stating that the customer was wrong. As a customer, I do not feel that it was warranted to continue speaking openly about this situation, and leads me to believe that any issue I have with my service/glasses, etc. will not be tolerated well.

My first time in any vision center, and thankfully I chose Keeton. My doctor was knowledgeable and I love his insight into natural remedies. I wanted contacts, but was a bit nervous, who wants to stick their finger in their eye, right? But the contact lens training worker was excellent at her job and made what I was nervous about, into something comfortable and fun. Thanks Keeton!!

Went in for an eye exam and new glasses. The doctor was very nice, and I believe very thorough. He answered any questions that I had, and explained my future vision. The store staff was very efficient and help me pick out new frames, she explained the cost, what my insurance would cover, and when I could expect to pick them up. I’ve used Keeton Vision Care before and was very happy with them, three years ago and this is why I came back. I would truly recommend Keeton vision.

I recently visited for a sore on my eyelid and was pleased as always with my visit. The office staff was helpful and pleasant. Dr. Dowling was his usual friendly, relaxed and helpful self. And I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The treatment ordered has been helpful and I will continue to be a loyal patient.

Everyone in this office is fantastic. From eye care to choosing frames, I'm treated like a person, not just a customer like so many of the other places. When debating between several frames, their honest opinions actually ended with me in a frame that was one of the lesser priced frames of the group. They didn't try to up-sell, but instead gave me real feedback so that I would get frames that really look good on me. I truly appreciate that kind of service.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our visit. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Most important was their knowledge of their many products and how to help us achieve a fit that would be correct for our personalized experiences. I ended up with 3 pair of glasses, I got the Office vision (good for up t0 10 ft for work). I also got a pair of transitional Progressive to replace the ones I have now. And then I got a pair of Transitional Sunglasses for driving in the car. My wife will get the same last 2 items for herself after she settles in on the frames. We were the last customers of the day and ended up keeping the shop open late on a Saturday Afternoon. We felt bad about that, but they did not rush us out the door which we greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful experience.

The only thing I would change about my visit is to have the employee who helped me with my contacts a bit more friendly. I felt like he didn't want to help me and it was an inconvenience to give me samples. Other than that, I didn't have to wait but more than a minute for the doctor which was great and I really enjoy Dr. Dowling.

I had a 2:00 pm appointment. and got to the office early. Two other patients came in after me and were seen before me. One arrived at about 1:55 pm the other at a few minutes after 2:00 pm. I assume they also had 2:00 pm appointments. But, I had to wait 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time to be seen. Really don't understand how that works.

My visit went really easy for me. I wasn't sure if my insurance covered me, but Linda was so awesome. She called, got all the information I needed. They were able to see my the same day. The eye doctor was personable and very thorough. The entire appointment went great !! Would and always do recommend Keeton to anyone looking for a routine eye exam and glasses.
