My wife first discovered Dr. Mairani. She thought he was excellent. He has now become my dentist, too, as well as my parents'. He does very high quality work, always focusing on the needs of his patients. If only all professions were, well, so professional. And he's a great guy.

Dr. Mairani is very friendly, loves to chat and tell stories, and clearly loves dentistry. He explained my current dental situation, explained potential risks, and even gave me a quick floss and brush tutorial. Everyone at my office refers to him lovingly as Dr. Dan.

Professional, efficient, and the doc does all the hands on work. You do get what you pay for... One suggestion, if it's a service other than your usual cleaning, I think it would be helpful to explain the costs and insurance coverage. Just helpful so there are no surprises.
