My girls love going to see Dr. Jaime and Dr. Andi!!! We pulled into the parking lot and right away they yelled “the school bus!!!”. The staff is amazing and every single employee said hi to us. The hygienists made the whole process seem fun and exciting, and knew how to get my girls to listen and feel comfortable. I would recommend Just Kids Dental to any family!

We had a FABULOUS experience at Just Kids Dental! I was blown away the minute we stepped into the door. Everyone was happy, cheery and smiling! I feel it is very rare that you go anywhere nowadays and see people smiling, laughing and truly feeling their happiness they have for their job. The facility is clean and adorably themed. We had so much fun, we stayed to play a little after our first cleaning. I look forward to going back in six months for my sons second checkup! :)

My daughter counts down the days until her cleanings. She has severe anxieties which make most medical procedures difficult and we have had traumatic experiences with other dentists. The moment she came into Just for Kids and the kid-friendly space greeted her, she became excited about her appointment. The staff is amazing and so helpful. We love this place!

As always, ALL of the staff - starting with the front desk all the way to the end of her appointment were absolutely wonderful. Becky, McKenzie and Dr Andy made us feel so comfortable. Charlie absolutely loves going to the dentist and asks if she can go back the next day every time! :)

I'm actually a little disappointed in how your technician talked to Emma- who in your records shows she has high anxiety and ADHD, being told she was acting worse than a 1 yr old who didn't cry and telling her she would have to make her mom leave wasn't helpful.. So if like to suggest that Mackenzie learns how to deal with special needs children or looking at their paper work to see. We loved the other technician, and of course Dr Jamie has a great way of dealing with all children.

Dr Andi has the best bedside manner and is an incredibly charismatic person. She is great with my (4) kiddos and yet is able to relay information to me in a way that I can understand! I would not want anyone else to take care of my kiddos' teeth! Also, her staff are amazing too! Even if we see her at the end of the day, all of the staff have smiles on their faces and they greet us and treat us like we are the first patients of the day. We never feel rushed or like we don't matter. Thank you for being amazing Dr Andi and Staff!

Hard to believe a visit to the dentist (especially with a special needs 12 yr old) could be so enjoyable. Everyone, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, and especially the doctors are nothing less than fantastic. Sheboygan is truly lucky to have a dental practice of this caliber! We have been the luckiest family to be able to go here for our children's dental needs, both in the office and surgically at the hospital.

Late on a Saturday evening our daughter hit her mouth and moved her tooth. I reached out and Dr Andi actually replied on a Saturday night, calming this mother's nerves. We were able to promptly get our daughter in for x-rays after the weekend along with consultation. You are ALL incredible and no wonder our daughter loves going to the dentist!!!

Walking into JKD for the first time felt very friendly. I got a welcome right away with big smiles as if we already knew each other. JKD was amazing I've never been to a dental care that was set up just for kids. The coloring station, basketball, etc was very nice for the kids however I was more focused on how they treated my daughter and myself as a parent. They all were very wonderful. I especially want to thank them for helping me as a single mom find insurance care and work with basically nothing I had. JKD were very patient with me very respectful and of course understanding. I highly recommend JKD to every child in need of care to keep their smiling faces smiling.

When you work with Just Kids Dental you will receive great care consistently. Many organizations attempt to have repeatable and reliable great care but it is hard. You have to have a team that is all on the same page from greeting to goodbye. The care involves listening to you, sharing thorough details of care, and giving you options so you are empowered to have control of your child's health. I could go on forever, but rather than taking my word i encourage you to experience the wonderful experience for yourself.

The building, the entire staff, all the well thought out details, This Place is Amazing! My 2 yr old can't stop talking about her first visit to the dentist and she can't wait to go back! The hygienist was the Best, she made my daughter laugh and feel comfortable the entire time, and they described what they were doing in words a 2 yr old could understand. She loved brushing the stuffed animals teeth, and was thrilled to get a brand new toothbrush with Dora on it! Because of the wonderful first impression Just Kids Dental gave my daughter, hopefully she will never be afraid of the dentist like i was/am. I wish that there were dentist offices like this when I was a kid! Too bad they only see kids, I would love to go here myself!

So grateful for both these doctors! My children are long-time patients (14+years between the 3 of them).Dr. Jamie and Dr. Andi are dedicated to the best care for their patients, which includes not only extremely competent services, but also a strong compassion for the children they serve. They are also willing to answer any questions or concerns the parents have to assure their comfort and understanding. All of the staff, from the ladies that check you in, to the dental assistants, to the doctors, are all so friendly and gentle with the patients and their families!

Kids love it. As a parent, and the payer for the kiddos obviously, I wish treatments were explained before they were done. I went in with a couple kiddos and one went back for X-rays and I was not made aware of it. Also, another kiddo needed sealants and were supposed to get done that day. I mentioned it and they only did it because they had time. It was supposed to be scheduled for that day. Glad they did it, didn't want to pay for an additional visit.

I love how this office is so kid friendly - the secretary let my son "check himself in" versus having me talk for him - I loved that! All the secretaries are so friendly and genuinely interested in us and making us feel welcome. They even remember things about us that we told them last time! The dental staff made my son feel at ease and he was so happy he got to watch scooby doo while he got his cavitiy fixed. They do an excellent job of describing treatment plans and take time to answer all my questions. Superior customer service from beginning to end!

My kids beg me to go to Just Kids Dental. They love the family friendly atmosphere and that there is lots for them to do while they wait. It's also very easy to get an appoitnement and the staff is always willing to help as best they can. It doesn't hurt that the cost is also very reasonable with my insurance. My kids are getting better care more affordably then they were at our previous dentist. I will be sad when they are finally too old to visit.

We truly enjoy this office! All the staff is friendly and make the children feel comfortable with their atmosphere and how they interact with them. We were greeted promptly and quickly went through the check in. The wait time was minimal. We almost wanted to wait longer so that our son could play! :) The staff explained what treatments they were doing to the child in a way they could understand and they made the visit fun! I highly recommend this office to all parents of young children!

I love Just kids dental. We were referred here from another dentist office that was just horrible with my daughter, made her fear the dentist completely and they didn't even do anything. Just looked at her and she wouldn't stop freaking out and wanting to hold my hand and they got irritated and basically referred us right away... which I'm VERY glad they did! After worrying and worrying about coming to Just kids dental, the minute I walked in the door the first time I was greeted by very friendly faces, explained everything in a very understandable matter and my daughter was big eyed and bushy tailed by the way the office was made and designed JUST FOR KIDS! She LOVED it! Now she's not afraid of the dentist anymore and every time she has an appointment she says ''We aren't going to the mean dentists are we? We're going to the nice people with the big bus?!'' It's awesome! haha I love this place and the people in it and I would definitely refer anyone I know to them. Keep up the good work! :)

From the minute we walk in the door at Just Kids Dental we're greeted and treated like family! The kids love having a chance to play in the waiting room and I appreciate the free cup of coffee! The hygenists are always so patient with the kids, even for my two year old who was a little hesitant for his first visit. My kids look forward to going for their cleanings/check up rather than dreading the dentist. My son is autistic and already has a hard time at the dentist. The hygienist was very pushy with him and appeared visibly agitated that he was having a hard time with the cleaning. Also the movie volume was so loud that even my child who was in the room (non-autistic) was having a hard time with the sound. The dentist was great though.

Using the iPad for the forms was a bit of an issue. It wouldn't upload correctly and I had to redo one of the seven forms three times. I was emailed a link before the appointment and the link wouldn't work. I tried on different computers at different times. I spoke with other parents and they had issues too with it.

Like I said, I really do! The piano on the floir & the basketball room are so cool! And I couldn't have asked for a more receptive, kid friendly staff for my kids. 2 thumbs up!
