As a parent of a kid with a tough prescription, I was so happy to find this office. We've had issues getting the right contact prescription with multiple eye doctors, and Dr. Sahota-Gill took the time to listen to his whole eye history and alleviate our concerns. She is thorough and has a great exam style that even my teen appreciated. Looking forward to moving the whole family to this office for eye care.

I really appreciated getting a signed prescription without asking, and not being pressured to look or purchase their frames (which is the opposite from other optometrists and offices). It was my first visit and I was welcomed by friendly staff and they were very helpful. The wait was short as the doctor personally approached me and took me into her examination room. She was very proessional, kind and friendly. She explained each process and carried out the examinations thoroughly. She engaged me in a conversation and made me feel at ease.She had concerns about me driving as she had put drops in my eyes for an exam. I was not forced into getting a frame when I told staff that I was using the one that I had.

For my first eye exam in 15 years, I was a little nervous of how it was going to go. I had a great experience here. The staff was cordial and helpful. Dr. Sahota-Gill was a joy to talk with. The exam was efficient and easy. Covid protocols were clearly followed both before, during and after the exam allowing all involved to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend the facility and will be returning annually.

My experience at Juanita Village Eyecare was fantastic! Dr. Karen Sahota-Gill was very relaxed, conversational, and professional. She took the time to show me how things she was using worked and why she wanted to do certain tests/exams and that put me at ease throughout the whole process. The office staff was also very professional and very helpful while I looked around at glasses. They're Covid-19 precautions are well followed by all staff that I saw and it was just a pleasure to be in their office.

Going to my annual eye exam at Juanita Vision Works is something that I always look forward to. Dr. Sahota always runs on time and is always in a cheerful and peppy mood. The optician, Deborah, is always in a good mood and always helps my family and I pick out frames that we don't later regret buying!

Dr. Sahota couldn't possibly be any more personable and thorough. I was referred to her by a friend after being frustrated with my kids' previous eye doctor that wanted to charge us $500-$600 for a program to help with my daughter's vision. Not only was Dr. Sahota able to provide the same therapy by simply using a Popsicle stick, but she also discovered that the glasses my daughter was wearing were not necessary. She takes extra care with her patients to get to know them and provide the best accurate vision care possible. I ended up switching over to seeing Dr. Sahota myself now as well because I truly trust I am in good hands.

When my son was 3 years old and he looked at objects up close, his right eye turned towards his nose. His pediatrician recommended that we take our son to see an eye specialist. I brought my then 3 year old to see Dr. Sahota, who at the time worked at a different practice in Redmond. She diagnosed him with strabismus, and worked with him for years with eye patching, wearing glasses, ensuring that he had the right prescription etc. We drove an hour each way, a few times a year, just to see Dr. Sahota. She explained each test that she was going to do and why it was imperative, not just to myself/husband, but lovingly explained it to my child as well. She also provided a clear plan for follow up and what to expect. Eventually, Dr. Sahota relocated to Juanita Vision Works in Kirkland, and we ended up following her there .... we would honestly follow her anywhere. My son is now 14 years old and Dr. Sahota is still doing an exceptional job taking care of my son. His eye alignment has improved drastically and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for vision care. As an added bonus, Dr. Sahota has the most loveliest staff, who are all attentive and provide great customer service! Especially, Deb, who helped fit my son for contacts. It was a long process, as my son struggled with trying to put a contact lens in his eye for the first time. Deb was incredibly patient and kind, and she had him take a break and treated my son to a hot chocolate from Starbucks. Once his break was over, they tried again and he was successful! She was a complete gem and I'll never forget the extra mile that she went that day. If it isn't obvious yet, I highly recommend Dr. Sahota!!

All three women at the office are so friendly and helpful. I have been going to the eye doctor for over 50 years and my appointment with Dr. Karen Sahota, from Kirkland Vision Works was the friendliest and most informative I have ever experienced.

I've been going to Juanita Vision works for about four years now, and even though I've moved out of the neighborhood, I still make the drive to come here for my eye appointment. Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. It's a great atmosphere.

Everyone here in this office is friendly and helpful, they take the time to explain the various charges and options for eyewear. The eyewear is high quality, with the frames holding their shape and integrity. The examination equipment is state of the art, and Dr. Suhota is very thorough in her exams.

At this time I only need appointments one time per year. However, when I walked in the other day I was welcomed in such a way that seemed like I was there last week! Very friendly and an awesome eye exam!!!
