I have been going to this office for many years now. I have severe astigmatism and while other optometrists have been afraid to offer help, Vision Source has been on top of their game. They are extremely knowledgeable, genuine, understanding and reliable. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. I've recently moved further from their facility but the hour drive is well worth it. Keep up the great work!!

The experience here is always fantastic! The staff are friendly and helpful, they always remember you, visits are quick but thorough with questions asked to ensure everything is addressed, they are knowledgeable and helpful and overall everything here is done well always. My family and I have been going here for nearly 10 years now and have never had anything but great things to say. My children both wear glasses and contacts and my wife and I both did previously and have gotten laser surgery and everybit of these things have gone through the wonderful staff here with nothing but great results!

I have been using the services of Iverson-Tomasino-Goerss Eyecare for the past 15 years, beginning when I first relocated to this area. The team at this center are professional in every regard where patients come first and are treated with the best possible eye care available. This is particularly important since I have transitioned from a mature adult to a senior citizen in need of more specialized care. Dr, Goerss is, without question, a perfect example of what a "doctor" is meant to be in a doctor-patient relationship. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. All the staff are very generous in their time and answering any questions I have. I feel very comfortable with any need no matter how large or small. When my glass case broke I knew I could just drop by and get a new one.

Absolutely Positively 100% Positive Experience. I did not have an appointment, walked in with and what felt like something in my eye and was able to get in right away. I was referred to Iverson-Tomasino-Goerss Eyecare by my regular eye doctor who was not in the office that day. On my next regular checkup Dr. Goerrss may very well become my regular eye doctor.

I saw Dr Ladd to address an eye infection with an underlying ongoing problem I have been having. She listened, did an exam and came up with a game plan to fix the problem, along with a plan B should the first one not work. I really appreciated a doctor listening which seems to be a rare art these days with other doctors I’ve seen. I have faith that she will be able to finally fix the problem I’ve had for quite some time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I feel I have received excellent eye care with all of the doctors I have seen. I have spoken of a difficulty I had with receiving a prescription. It was not sent to the drugstore on the day of my Friday visit. I called during office hours on Saturday and had to leave a message. I called on Monday morning, and the script had just been sent, so I received the eye ggts on Monday evening. I hope this process can be improved in the future. Thanks to Dr. Ladd for giving this attention.

My past office visit was excellent. The person at check in is always welcoming, courteous, and professional. I have seen doctors in this practice since the 1990s. The staff has always been caring and knowledgeable. My wait time was approximately 8-10 minutes which is more than reasonable.

The attitude of every person in the office, from the receptionist to the check out, is astonishing. The assistants work so well with the doctors, and that makes me feel good. There is no animosity or belittling between the doctors and the staff. The available technology in the office to diagnose each patient perfectly is amazing. Everything was great about my visit. The Drs., techs, and front desk staff all do a great job and are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that I got there on time for my appointment and had to wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes past my appointment time--although compared to other doctor's offices this is still good! Iverson-Tomasino-Goerss Eyecare is a great Optometrist Office to visit. First thing is you can see the same doctor every time you go visit and they take their time to learn your history and concerns. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful. The eyeglass fitting staff in particular takes great care to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. They also help you find items that will fit your budget nicely.

I have been loving this place for years, and don't expect to ever change my sentiments. Everyone hear is professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive. When I came for my appointment last week a strange thing happened: the doctor treated my left eye lid for an issue, but but it was the eye itself that is bothering me... and still is. The eye lid is crusty and vision is very blurred. I'm hoping for my next appointment it can be fixied. Patricia

My first visit to ITGE in 2009 was due mostly to the close proximity to where I was living at the time. I no longer live in that place, and they have since moved as well. But after the first visit, I knew I would be coming back not for convenience of location, but for all the right reasons. Every single one of the doctors and staff make me feel like I'm their only or at least their most important patient. They're prompt and timely, courteous, welcoming, thorough, competent, resourceful, and oh-so-patient and caring.Their new state-of-the-art office, chocked full of the latest, greatest high-tech equipment, is just icing on that delicious cake. I was unable to see get to them for a few years while I lived in St. Louis (since I don't drive). I am extremely happy to be back in O'Fallon and to have transportation resources that allow me to be in their good hands once again. The office is very clean and well organized. The waiting room was spread out well so you don't feel like you're going to hit the person next to you with your bag, or step on a few toes. I was so impressed with the tech who helped me! She was nice, yes, but very professional! I would have thought she had been to school for years the way she moved thru the motions of my screening. The rest of the office staff was excellent, and not all fake in their hellos and good byes. Of coarse Dr. Ladd was wonderful! I would love and still hope to rate them higher, but my last trip in was very disappointing. First off, the expectation they set was that my insurance would cover everything left. The option they wanted to try for me de not work, yet they expected paymen for the failed fitting. Rightly so, I refused. Secondly, they have failed to pursue all options with my insurance to cover the medically necessary contacts I require. I do hope this will be resolved or I will have to look for a new eye care provider.

What a great place that takes care of your eyes. They are interested in much more than just fitting your for glasses or contacts, which they do quite well, but also making sure your eyes are healthy. They do the simple checks of eye pressures and then if there are issues follow up with more extensive diagnostic tests.

I have never found an optometrist that I felt truly cared about me, until I met Dr. T. He truly went above and beyond expectations when I came in to see him for an eye infection while Dr. Ladd was on maternity leave. He made me feel like family and even politely asked me to come back for another test because he was worried about potential issues behind my eye. He stayed after hours to make sure I was okay before leaving for vacation. I truly felt like family and that they cared about me as a person and didn't just see me as another "patient" or "money". I highly recommend this practice.

Woman with Red Hair (wish I could remember her name) who is tall and thin, is Wonderful! Girl with tattoos in optical area, and girl at "check out", not so much. Neither are very friendly and come across as being almost annoyed at the customer for being there. Just not as friendly as the ladies who worked for you when you were still at "the old place". Dr. Ladd corrected my vision problem when no one else could. I have had 4 lens refractions following cataract surgery in one eye that resulted in double vision & poor depth perception. She added a prism for better depth perception. It was exactly what I needed but the other office had not even mentioned or thought to try. She's thorough and down to Earth.

I always feel like our family receives a very thorough exam; however, I feel like we wait forever. We have been coming here for years and I cannot recall ever leaving the waiting room on or before an appointment time. Then we sit and wait forever in the exam room. I always allow at least 3 hours for an appointment here. Love....love....love the doctors; otherwise we would switch. It would be a more personal experience if the staff reviewed our charts prior to appointment time and said things to make us feel like they knew us.

I did not like sharing the testing room with other patients. There was a lot of talking and joking around, making it difficult for me to concentrate on my own tests.
