The ladies up front are just so nice, professional and helpful. Dr. Orgain is personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I trust him with my eyes. The atmosphere is friendly and professional! The clean facility means a lot to this nurse.

Dr. Orgain and the team at InVision Eye Care are clinically competent, genuinely caring and willing to spend appropriate time for your circumstances. It would be nice to have more frame options that are not made in China.

All of the staff were friendly and willing to answer questions. The doctor was very good about explaining everything he was doing (and my son had an appointment directly after mine so I got to hear just how automatic his explaining-patter is, but so many doctors don't bother!). I love that he takes the time to show every patient the pictures of the inside of their eyes and explain what they're looking at, what is good, what is normal aging, what is worth worrying over and what is not a problem.

Dr. Russ Orgain was able to get my prescription almost perfect. I have had trouble seeing things afar and even more trouble with up close things, looking over under and anything but through my lenses in the past. Invision was able to help me fix that by helping address the issue and not avoid it to just get me out the office. I felt the whole staff really cared and seen me as a friend and family member not just another face.

I’ve used InVision for a few years now and each time I experience friendly people in a business-like atmosphere. Dr. Orgain is amazing with his accuracy in prescribing glasses! Staff are caring, professional and provide education and follow through very well. My refraction needs are very challenging. Dr. Orgain has been thorough and willing to explain details. He talks fast and offers several explanations which causes confusion at times.

I discovered InVision after a negative experience at another local eye care business. The difference was night and day. Dr. Orgain and his friendly staff take the time to make you comfortable, make personal connections, explain everything, and get all the various assessments and measurements just right. I always know I’m going to walk out of there with my perfect rx, even as my eyes change. I have recommended them to friends, and I will keep on singing their praises.

One of the office staff was wearing her mask appropriately. With the dramatic I tease of COVID-19 cases in our area, it frustrates me that she was in close proximity and/or touching items related to my care. As a healthcare provider, I know how easily germs can spread. What is the point in wearing a mask if you aren’t going to wear it appropriately? It would be nice if I could trust that my health and safety was as protected as possible when I go out—particularly when the visit is related to healthcare. Other than this however, the visit was great. Staff were very friendly and respectful and the doctor was very helpful.

I just went for annual appointment but with all this about Covid-19 had concerns. Nevertheless, I was greeted with staff all wearing masks and hand sanitizer freely available. Dr. also wore his mask and all the instruments were wiped in front of me. Excellent service and I have already asked my two sons to get their annual appointments scheduled.

Everyone at InVision is very kind, professional and helpful. This was my first visit, since we are new to the area. At other larger city clinics, the feel is cold and you are only another patient. InVision makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend InVision to anyone that needs optical assistance.
