Dr. Feifke is a true professional. He took the time to diagnose my vision problems, was supportive, soft spoken and helped me make informed choices regarding my corrective lenses. In the past, l had been a patient in a large "patient mill" practice and presumed it was the normal. I was pleasantly surprised at how this practice is run so so differently. I experienced absolutely the best "Eye Exam". I feel priviledged to have been accepted into this practice.

Dr. Feifke's examination was very thorough. He put me through several different tests to get a complete sense of my eyes' functioning. I have an unusual and complicated situation, with astigmatism. I picked out new lenses, which I thought were reasonably priced and looked good. The staff also explained the various options for lenses. By the way, I'm glad the practice has finished its transition to electronic records, which promotes convenience and accuracy.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Feike for many (~25) years. I’ve always received the most professional and complete exams and during this recent visit he was able to allay my concerns about newly appearing “floaters’, defining exactly what they were, their origin and their ultimate (natural) dissipation. The office was immaculate, the staff were very professional and deliberate in ensuring that my visit during this Covid 19. Crisis was completely safe. I recommend Insight Optical to everyone who wants to ensure good eye health as well as good vision.

My husband and I have been patients at Insight Optical for over 15 years. When our kids were born we moved to North Andover and after a number of years decided to try a local eye doctor, instead of driving to Burlington. We are now back. It's worth the drive. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the doctors go out of their way to explain any issues with your eyes, why they are doing what they are doing, why they are recommending what they recommend, and you never feel rushed.

I can't say enough for the personal treatment that I've gotten at Insight Optical in the almost 30 years that I've been going there. Having "tried" two other facilities during that time, I have something to compare with. There is no one at IO who doesn't give me top-notch care and attention, taking their time to be sure that I'm informed and understand everything, from the tests to selecting my frames and lenses. I could write page after page, but this paragraph will have to do. Best in Middlesex County!

Yesterday, 8/21, both of my daughters had eye exams. As always, Dr. Soll and Ryan were incredibly helpful and wonderful with both girls. What was striking yesterday, we the behavior of the woman who did the pre-tests. I would describe her behavior as difficult and quite rude. I watched her greet both girls without looking either one in the eye and appearing put-out that she needed to conduct the tests. When we got back in the car, the girls said they were relieved that they had done the tests before because the woman did not explain what to do and had difficulty with the equipment. This is the first time that I have ever submitted a survey but I think it is really important because this is not the vibe I have ever seen at Insight Optical. I certainly would not want her working with any of my children in the future.

A very smooth, quick eye exam... I needed an updated prescription for new contacts during my work lunch break. Dr. Leigh Russo at his office has provided thorough & wise (truly insightful - no pun intended) care for my eyes for many years. Although visiting Insight Optical requires driving almost an hour, it is entirely worth it, to get such important care. Highly recommended.

5 stars have never had a problem with any glasses from them. Insurance had changed had to go through another place could not get the glasses correct went back to them and said they are wrong was told I was correct and they resubmitted to make another set of glasses picked up and was the same way, after that I called here and made an appointment and once again they are great I can read easily once again.

My pre-screen and examination by the doctor was very thorough. I think the pre-screen technician could use more experience so that s/he can answer questions that the patient may have about the test or the optical equipment. I think the doctor forgot to review the results of the pre-screen tests with me, but I assumed they were ok..

Dr. Feifke has been my eye doctor for at least 10 years. I'm 67 years old and until I started seeing Dr. Feifke, I never went to the same eye doctor more than twice in a row. He's always explained everything that's going on with my eyes very plainly so I can understand and answers all my questions. Not only that, but all the people working in the office are incredibly nice and very helpful. I can't see going to another eye doctor.

I had the procedure done for dry eye. And I must say it was quite delightful. I would describe it as a nice, warm massage for the eyes. I would put it more in the massage category the the procedure category. Dr. Feitke (sp) explained everything in advance, and thus I was completely relaxed throughout the time. DR Feifke and his office staff are kind, courteous, professional and welcoming. I drive almost an hour to come for my visits, and its worth it. Most Drs offices, I feel like I am just a number, waiting my turn. At Insight Optical, they always let you know you are important to them, and if they happen to run a few minutes behind (because of excellent customer care) they apologize for it. I highly recommend them!

The office staff are professional and the services I received are excellent. However, I have only given my rating two stars because I was charged for a contact lens evaluation when I didn't have one. The doctor couldn't get my lens in and I did not have a contact lens evaluation. The office staff person who checked me out insisted that I had a contact lens evaluation even though the doctor herself never answered in the affirmative when she asked. I felt bullied into paying for a contact lens evaluation that I didn't have. My opinion about the matter didn't matter. I will be changing my optician based on this experience.

Dr. Feifke is always very thorough and comprehensive in reviewing test results, explaining observations, providing advice, and performing an accurate eye refraction exam. Office has the latest test equipment for assessing eye health, with well-trained staff in using the equipment. Staff is very helpful in selecting and fitting eye glasses, with a broad selection of frames to choose from.

When I called I found out that their Dr's are usually booked out for 2 weeks plus (yikes), and they don't accept my eye insurance ( double yikes). I was in desperate need of a new prescription ASAP but hear great things about this place so I explained my situation to the extremely nice female to took my call (my apologies I do not remember your name). She looked up my insurance info and found out I qualify for a partial reimbursement/coverage (score!), but I still couldn't wait 2 weeks plus for my exam. She sympathized my situation and knew I needed a new prescription ASAP so she told me she would take my number and call me back if something opened up sooner and I figured why not. Then in less than an hour or so she called and said she had several cancels that she could squeeze me into (score #2!) When I arrived for my appointment everyone there was super nice from the second I walked through the door. The entire experience was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had the pleasure of having. I spent most of the 1.5hrs I was there browsing their extensive collection of many styles of eyeglass/sunglass frames to choose from. Never felt pressured to buy a single thing, and everyone was pleasant when it came to answering all of my many questions, the sales person was super patient with my indecisiveness of choosing frames. TLDR ( Too long didn't read) : short version is this place and its staff is everything you want and need it to be. I can't say enough great things about this place! They have earned a new customer for years to come.

I just had my second visit to Insight Optical. This is the best optometry office I've done business with. I've seen two different doctors (Dr. Russo, Dr. Franzone), both of whom were very capable, personable, and thorough. The office has state of the art equipment and the technician who performed my testing seemed to be very knowledgeable about the process and was also very pleasant to deal with. During each of my visits, I selected new eyeglass frames. This is something I find very hard to do on my own. In both cases, I was assisted by a wonderful woman (I wish I knew her name to give a shout out). She really knows the stock, and took a lot of time to select frames she thought would work for me. She freely offered her opinion of the choices, which was extremely helpful. The office has a very good selection of high quality frames - many brands, some classic style, some more trendy. I also filled a contact lens prescription, and they came in within a day or so. I was notified promptly. All in all, great service and professionalism and I look forward to doing business with Insight Optical for the foreseeable future.
