Great and friendly staff! They were ready and willing to answer all of my questions, I did not feel rushed in any way, the doctor was through and took her time and even helped me pick out my glasses as well! I have been going to Infinity Eye Care for several years ,and I can say that I haven't been treated as nice and as welcomed as I have been there.I went to several eye care places before I seen DR Farley and I am so glad I started going to her. Great service. Friendly. So sweet to my toddler who accompanied me. Brought her puzzles. One staff member even sat on the floor and played with her so I could get my eye exam. I was blown away by their kindness and patience. Thank you!!!

This is my second year going to this place. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. The eye doctor I visited was actually explaining to me what my eyes are doing and how they are doing it. Definitely recommend this place.

The Doctors are great and the service is great but I was charged an extra $55 above my co-pay for a contact fit. I have been wearing contacts for 30 years, so I don't need a contact fit, I just need to know what my prescription is. I was asked to sign a form about the charge and when I asked if it was covered under insurance I was told yes.

It was such a pleasure going to this eye care center. What struck me at first was the playing of Christian music. How wonderful to be affiliated with a group of Christians. Everyone was full of smiles, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and helpful. The optometrist explained everything to me so I could understand what was happening to my eyes. I will surely recommend this group highly.

I came into the office with no appointment but with an eye problem that I wanted the doctor to look at. I was so nicely accommodated and was seen by the doctor with hardly any wait. I am so pleased with the professional, caring staff and the expert eyecare they provide me with.

Everything was great. Only exception was I wasn't told I would need a driver to drive home or back to work. I got back to work and couldn't see at all. Got real lightheaded and had to leave work for the day. Wasn't sure if it was the eye drops or all the lights doing the tests. But I was a wreck the rest of the evening with dizziness. Other than that everyone was great. Thanks.

Often you get to a doctor's office and you feel they are actually doing you a favor to help you. You feel you are treated as a number, or very artificially or sometimes even with a feeling of no or not much respect. My experience was just the opposite in this office. Actually from the moment I made the appointment over the phone. I was treated with professionalism, kindness, with respect, and staff really cared about who I am. I called with concerns regarding my latest contact lense prescription. The receptionist was able to get me an appointment within the hour. Dr Farley and the tech that worked with me spent a great deal of time in the attempt to get the best prescription and fitting for my contact lenses. I am awaiting my new trial lenses that needed to be specially ordered.

I came in last Thursday for my eye appointment and was told my lenses would come in about a week. I got a text message to remind me of my eye appointment but I DID NOT receive a text message or a phone call to tell me my lenses where there but got an E-MAIL to tell me. An E-MAIL that I did not see until a day after my lenses came in. I was off on Thursday and Friday and could have came in and picked them up but because I got an E-MAIL to tell me they were there I now have to wait until Monday to pick them up. I do not check my email everyday. I however would have answered the phone or saw a text message had either one been done. I'm very disappointed and upset in the way I was notified.

Infinity Eye Care in Radford is awesome. I lost my glasses and called for an appointment and was able to get in the next day. The appointment was on time and everyone was so professional and friendly. I really appreciate that I was able to get my exam and pick out my glasses all in under an hour. My daughter broke her frames a few months ago and they had her a whole new frame at no cost (under manufacturers warranty) in just 4 days. Would recommend these guys to everyone. -Michelle

The staff was so courteous and friendly it is a joy to come there. I am a new patient , 2x , and am amazed at the top notch level of care that is provided. Staff and doctors are fantastic, diagnosis was thorough, and overall I felt very welcomed and cared about! I was especially happy because I'm taking summer college classes and assignment required me to complete a health diagnosis form. The doctors were more than helpful in assisting me so I could complete my assignment. Fantastic quality of care!

It was a very comforting experience . From the time that I walked in and filled out my paperwork and then found out that I was there on the wrong day. They were very accomodating and were able to see me that day. They explained everything that they were going to do and it was very easy to be there . Also the choice of radio station was incredible , I was so happy when I heard it playing .

Everyone in the office was absolutely friendly and accommodating, from start to finish--with as many questions as I usually have, that's no small feat. Grace and Chelsea, the ladies who checked me in, performed my initial intake evaluation, and then assisted with ordering glasses were very informative, very patient, very helpful, and were willing to work within my budget. And Dr. Erwin diagnosed something that's apparently been present since birth, yet which not one single optometrist has ever mentioned in the nearly three decades I've been going to optometrists for glasses. Seriously awesome. Would totally recommend. Thanks, you all!

Came in for a routine eye exam. Dr Farley found a detachment in my retina. I was referred to Vistar and they performed lazer eye surgery. They reattached my retina. Without the surgery I could have went blind in my left eye. Thanks to the thorough medical eye exam of Dr Farley!

I was very satisfied with experience. The professionalism was excellent. Not sure why you check the vision after you dilate the eyes. My prescription seems to be slightly off. Can not read the phone number on the back of a credit card. Also, need to get very close to computer screen to read. Need to make a return visit.

This being the first time I have been to Infinity Eye Care, I showed up about 25 minutes early to turn in all my new patient paperwork. Before the woman behind the counter could even get my I.D. and Insurance information copied another nurse had came out and brought me back for the pre-test stuff along with going over my medical history. Just as that was done, she took me on into the exam room. As she left she told me that doctor would probably be in as soon as she could, but it shouldn't take her longer than it would take my eyes to get dilated for the exam. After about 3-5 minutes the eye doctor pops in. My appt. was at 2:15 pm I showed up early just to be safe, never expecting that I would be done, paperwork in hand, and all my questions answered (Their were a lot too!), and was leaving about the time my 2:15 appointment was. The doctors and staff are "Top-Notch" in every aspect of their work ethic, extremely knowledgeable of their job, and can't express this enough.....Friendliest and Nicest people you could ever hope for the entire time you are there. Not once did they ever push or pry trying to get me into glasses or contacts, just a great explanation of what I would be responsible for when I did decide on which eyewear I would be going with. Thank you Infinity Eye Care for by far the best experience I've ever had in any kind of medical office!!! More places need to take a page out of your customer satisfaction book! Will be seeing you again.....and again THANK YOU for the best appointment ever!!! INFINITY EYE CARE will always be mine and everyone that I know that could ever be in need of your services!!!
