I am pleased with the thoroughness of the exam I was given. I feel confident that the findings are accurate. The staff members are very friendly, polite and go out of their way to answer questions and offer help. I found the office to be very clean. Everyone wore masks. It was a great experience. Personalized care and a staff that truly cares! Came back to I Care 4 Vision because Cary went out of her way to help me when I lost my contact lens while on vacation out of the country. She express ordered my lens and upon my return met me after hours so that I would have my lens to wear for my father's funeral the next morning.

A very quick and easy process for this new customer. Able to see me with <24 hr notice. Walked in and they took me immediately for normal tests b4 seeing the Doctor. Doctor did a few more tests before dialing in on my prescription. Very proficient, but never felt rushed. Received one-on-one help from a staff member choosing my frames, which I was pleasantly surprised to learn would only take about a week for pickup. In and out in just over an hour - on a Saturday no less! Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience when I had my first appointment here yesterday. The office staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I was impressed with Dr Cepansky. She was knowledgeable and very professional, with state of the art diagnostic equipment. She really spent a lot of time giving me a very thorough exam and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated the extremely clean facility. My husband is now going to make an appointment. Since moving to Wheaton ten years ago I have been to five different optometrists and have been disappointed with all of them until now.

The eye exam is was comprehensive and took about an hour. This was the most complete exam my husband and I have ever had. The staff answers all your questions, and you are not rushed. Dr. Cepynski took medical history and made suggestions for eye care. This is an excellent location for your vision needs.

Dr. Cepynsky and associates are the best. You are warmly welcomed by the staff the minute you walk into their new office space. The staff is extremely "hands on" during your visit. Selection of new frames can be daunting, but not here. You can select several frames and have the staff provide honest opinions on how the frames look. The exam is the most thorough exam I have ever had at an eye doctor appointment. Dr. Cepynsky explains each step and then takes the time to explain findings.

Love the office, love the friendliness of staff. I do wish they had told me what the exact vision was--expample 20.40, 20-15 etc, and corrected what it is--My other children wear glasses and have had that explained to them. I do think though that they are very thorough and super friendly and would highly recommend them. 5 stars plus for sure!!! (also is there a warranty offered on glasses, for kids--if so this was not offered or explained, I am not sure if it is exists but someone else asked if they had that and I had to say I am not certain)

Carrie and Meridith are a major part of her top notch staff. They are very welcoming, attentive, helpful, and extremely skilled. I know I am in good hands from the time I walk through their door.
