Last year was my first time coming to Vision optometry, yesterday was the first time this year. Everyone there is very friendly all the ladies at the front counter are very helpful and polite. I loved how Santi Bardisso when trying on glasses she took the time to keep my younger son entertained while Warren looked and tried on his glasses.

Hello. We love you and your team. This last appt was a bit frustrating bc the appt was set for 10:30 am and at 11:02 am, I had to approach the front desk to say that maybe we sb rescheduled. (Unfortunately, we also arrived 15" early at 10:15 am which made the wait feel longer). Still, having to wait more than 30" wouldn't be as frustrating if the front desk were to have communicated w/us well before 11:00 am to just let us know that we were still on the radar :)

Dr. Johnson is always thorough and personable. As always felt like I received the highest professional observations during my visit and left with a prescription that will last for the year. The front reception desk is handled by Marina and receives a high score for her positive friendly accomodating attitude. The first impression sets the stage for the rest of the visit, so good person to have as the greeter.

This Wednesday was the second time for me to come in here for an eye exam. I like the place. IPad a very good experience last year. This time was even better. Doctor Heidi is a fine. Very knowledgeable and just nice and pleasant "agréable" to say it in french.

Dr. Pham-Murphy is very professional and always very gracious and friendly. Her staff are also helpful and professional. On a recent visit I brought in some frames I had purchased out of network. Marina found the frames were available through their parent company and was able to order them for me, so I could return my retail purchase, saving me nearly $300!

It's always a real pleasure to work with Dr Johnson and your staff. It makes the long drive back and forth well worth the extra effort. They all work valiantly and tirelessly to meet my every need addressing my very complex eye conditions, especially Dr Johnson--I don't know what I'd do without her. She has infinite patience with me and my needs and coordinates most effectively with my other doctors like Dr Mannis. And I can always count on reaching her for advice whether at or away from the office and after hours. I truly appreciate everything she does to help take good care of me!!

This Saturday I came in for a glaucoma test. I made a comment that normally we do the test the same time as the eye exam. The associate doing the test consistent asked in a manner that seem as though she did not want to do the test. She asked several times, "Do you want to reschedule?" I emphatically said "no". Why would I drive all the way to do the test and "reschedule"? She doesn't seem to get it. I was not confident in the skills level that she performed. I asked for a retest of the perpheral test. It seemed she rushed through and did not provide guidance to the steps and process. However, I was fine with Dr. Phung's consultation visit. Daniel Panboon

Dr. Johnson is absolutely amazing. I was referred to her from one of Visions sister stores. I needed to see a contact specialist as the previous Optomitrist thought I could of had a degenerative eye condition. Dr. Johnson correctly diagnosed me and was able to get me the best contact lenses for my eyes. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been going to her for years now. On top of that, all the other staff and doctors have been amazing at Visions Optometry.

I’ve been going to this doctor office for the last 7 or 8 years now. I really adore my doctor, Dr. Johnson. I have VERY complex eyes and sight issues and my doctor is ALWAYS doing her best to make sure she is providing me the BEST care possible. She has managed to make some improvements for me over years as well. She takes her time with me and doesn’t make me feel like another number.

Our children had never previously seen an optometrist and we had both of their appointments scheduled back to back. Every test was clearly explained both to us as parents, and the children. The experience was fun for them and there were no complaints or feelings of impatience felt from the staff when the children needed to take their time to settle in. This is a beautiful facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful experience for all ages, thank you Visions!

The exam went great as always. The machine to examine the eyes without dilating them was neat, but not worth the extra cost for me. The selection of new frames was below average, as the woman helping me seemed impatient and uninterested in helping me. That was pretty disappointing.

I tried the digital image versus dilation option and it seemed neat, but not necessary. I have always felt like the doctors were helpful and knowledgeable. The selecting of the new frames was just an okay process. The gal didn’t seem that interested in helping get a great frame, so that part felt rushed.

Dr Johnson is always informative about my historical conditions and willing to suggest the proper list of medications for my dry eye condition. She even supplied me with a small amount of sample wipes to try. I always enjoy visiting with her for my exam and respect the time she takes to answer any questions that I may have. I loved my experience here! Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain what was going to happen. When it was time to learn how to put in my contact lenses my specialist was sooo patient with me and an excellent teacher. Then she was beyond helpful when I was selecting new frames without making me feel pressured to purchase more expensive glasses (this has happened to me at a different optometrist's office). Loved being here and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family! Bonus stars for having the prettiest lobby with the best selection of frames!

Overall visit was a 9 out of 10! The front lobby acceptance and handling, new glasses handling & processes, and the actual exam were great. The clinical environment was one of excellence and warmth in the midst of the on-going pandemic. Had a late start due to patient transfers prior to my arrival.

The office was running an hour late and when I mentioned it when I was finally called back, the staff member reported there were a few patients that showed up really early for their appointments. Staff was nice enough but to be in their office for two hours was irritating. At the end of the appointment, the representative reviewed my pricing and for reading glasses with benefits was really pricey.

Although the company has changed ownership several times, the quality of care has been first rate. The staff is very competent. Prices are high for lenses and frames, but the workmanship is excellent. One pair of eyeglasses didn't work correctly; the replacement was swift and successful.

Dr. Larisa Johnson-Tong is wonderful. Dr. Johnson is literally the ONLY Dr. who has taken the time and expressed and demonstrating understanding of my unique eye condition. I'm new to your practice but am very impressed with the team/teamwork, communication, willingness to be flexible regarding scheduling when needed, and overall personal attention and consideration of my individual needs. The office staff is very friendly and efficient and willing to take the time to gather more information as opposed to risking giving misinformation. When I had an immediate concern the other Dr. was willing to fit me in immediately, since mine was not available, instead of sending me elsewhere.

Checkup/vision evaluation was fine. But the personal service leaves much to be desired. Staff present themselves as aloof and even arrogant. Staff at my ophthalmologist's large practice are far more friendly and professional. I won't use Visions again.

Dr. Johnson is always great at giving exams to toddlers and preschoolers, flexible with strategies for getting the appropriate level of exam depending on the age. And this time around she was patient with my unfortunately interrupting tag-along kindergartener as well.

I needed to get my eye pressure checked and my daughter suggested Visions. I didn't call --- I just walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and asked if I could get this. Fifteen minutes later I was seeing Dr. Johnson --- I had been completing the forms as I walked down the hall. She was just fantastic! She listened patiently to my whole story of why I needed my eyes checked, then gave me a full eye exam. She could not have been kinder, or gentler, or more professional. I had been terribly worried about my eyes. When she finished the exam she explained to me exactly what was going on and what I needed to do --- and not do --- and I understood it all quite clearly. She gave me all the time I needed and never once made me feel hurried or pressed to explain more quickly. I went from a panicked mess to a calm, collected person with a treatment plan. I was not a regular patient; no one in the office had ever seen me before, yet they treated me as though I was the most important person in the world. I would recommend Visions and Dr. Johnson to everyone. What a wonderful island of sanity, quality, and expertise!

Dr. Pham is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough and makes sure to explain to me exactly what’s going on with my eyes. She listens to my questions and concerns and doesn’t make me feel rushed like I’ve felt before in the past with other doctors. She is great!!!

I was very impressed with the help I received at Visions. I was having a problem with my new progressive lenses. Not only did they remeasure but Dr. Pham gave me a very thorough examination to make sure my Rx was correct... which it was not. I will be seeing her for my yearly exams in the future.

The staff was pleasant except for the young women who performed the eye test. She was disengaged, spoke in a monotone as if reading a script and was borderline rude. The dispensing optician was quite the opposite. She was very engaging and knowledgeable. Dr. Pham is very professional and knowledgeable. Interacting with her was very pleasant.

Everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was that I was initially told by the first young lady that I would not be able to use my 15% and my allowance through VSP together. She told me I would have to use one or the other. This was incorrect. I would have liked if my benefits were discussed beforehand so I was aware of all of my possible costs. I also told the first person that I was interested in a CL fitting but this was not told to the Dr so I had to bring it up when she was finishing my exam. The last thing is my eyes were dilated for my exam and I was not given any instructions of how long it would last and that I would not be able to see. I was not given temporary sunglasses upon leaving. I walked out squinting and barely able to see so I walked back in and had to ask for some.

The doctor and staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Thorough eye exam... The eye exam appeared to be thorough but I wondered why my prescription last time improved but this time went back to the previous prescription. Is this to make sure one needs new lenses? It’s probably me; I don’t trust anyone. The lenses were going to cost almost $900 (3 pairs, using existing frames). I was able to purchase new frames and 4 sets of lenses at Costco for $321. The lenses have the same coating, so apples to apples comparison.

I love Visions! I have never used another eye doctor and I never will. I trust them to take care of my eyes and tell me what's wrong or what isn't wrong. Everyone that works there is extremely professional and they aren't one of those places that makes up fake issues just to get more money or business. I trust that Dr. Pham-Murphy will tell me what I need to do to take excellent care of my vision.

I bought glasses that did not work for me and was told I would have to pay for half the cost to return them. So I exchanged them instead and the second pair were even worse. I could not read out of them. So after much frustration and wasted time I decided to get a refund. So I ended up paying $175 for absolutely nothing. I will not return to Visions and will persuade my husband not to return. Thw store is way overpriced and they do not deliver. I got better glasses and service at Costco.

Dr. Pham-Murphy and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job explaining exams offered and financial options for glasses as well as contact lens. The only negative is the lack of supply of hip glasses. I haven't found a pair I loved there for several years. Which causes me to purchase glasses outside of my vision plan. I wish they stocked a better assortment of glasses but when it comes to customer service, having the latest eye exam equipment and software, Vision Optometry is hard to beat.

When I walked into the store I was greeted by the friendly front desk workers. They have a wide selection of glasses to fit your personalities. The waiting was quick and you got to see the eye doctor very soon after coming in. All the workers here are nice and friendly and enjoy working with their customers.

Dr. Heidi Pham-Murphy is awesome! She is knowledgeable and knows the latest in vision technology. Years ago, I saw Dr. Pham-Murphy for my dry eyes, I was so impressed with her knowledge about the subject. She has helped me so much with comfort. Dr. Pham-Murphy knows I have to wear contacts because my glasses are like "coke bottles", several years ago she told me about a new type of contact lenses and she thought about me! She was right, the contact lenses are so comfortable. Dr. Pham-Murphy cares and always wants to do the best for your eyes! Her staff is great too!

Dr Larissa Johnson is amazing! My eyes have been damaged by previous surgeries and are very difficult to prescribe glasses for. It takes time, eye drops and patience and Dr. Johnson offers me all of that. I am always grateful for the time she takes with me because without her expertise I can not see clearly. For years she has been the only Dr. who has successfully prescribed lenses for me. I would follow her anywhere!

Experience with doctor is great. Experience with the non-clinical parts of my appointment less than stellar. Always seems to go that way here. Wait times to see the doctor are long, staff asks the same questions over and over and making an appointment is nearly impossible. I don't want to wait a month and a half for an appointment.

There is a front desk girl with blondish hair that is awesome. I came in unannounced last week because I had a very hard time putting one of my new contacts in. I was a little surprised to be offered new glasses when I purchased glasses only a few months ago. Granted there was a new prescription but the changes were very minor in one eye. The eye drops I purchased I assume are working although there is a bit of itching each morning. I mentioned that the warm compresses twice a day had eliminated the dry eye symptoms for the most part so I am not sure I needed the drops.

I was also not told that I had to use lens and frame benefits together so I had lenses done and went to use frame benefit at other location and Sonny told me I couldn't. That was pretty upsetting. This was my second disappointing visit in a row. The initial tech was pleasant, but seemed very new and unable to use the equipment properly which caused delay as well as discomfort in my neck as she had the equipment to high. After the initial testing with the tech, the visit with Dr. Pham was appropriate and she asked for my glasses at the end to check the corrections while I waited for my eyes to dilate. I was advised it would take approx 15 mins, but this is where the visit went bad. The wait was 40 minutes and while in the waiting room another associate met with me and asked for the co-pay, which was fine, but then she asked what glasses or corrections I'd like and I advised I had not even finished with Dr. Pham as I was waiting to dilate and then talk to her about recommendations. She handed me my glasses and said she'd get me back in again. I asked where my case for the glasses were and she went to check on it. After 5 minutes of looking she came back and said they can't find the case and offered my a different one which I accepted as I had no option. When I went back to have Dr. Pham check my eyes again, I asked about her recommendations and she looked at the paperwork and indicated it was missing information from my current glasses so she asked for my glasses and left the room. Shortly thereafter I heard her having a long conversation in the room next to me with the associate who had collected my co-pay and after they had finished the associate then asked me to follow her out front again and at this point wanted to talk to me about the options for glasses and I asked her to see Dr. Pham again as I had finished my conversation with her and she advised I was done with Dr. Pham. I asked for my glasses and paperwork and left as this was the most unorganized and disappointing visit I have had.

Dr Johnson is amazing! She was able to fit me with a pair of keratoconus contact lenses saving me from cornea transplant surgery. She went through all the details of the new lenses and what I could expect from the first appointment. She is very precise and pays attention to detail in fitting her patients. Anyone with this eye disease should see this doctor, I can see better than I have in years without red painful eye issues. Thank you so much Dr Johnson.

I came to Visions as a referral since my only other option was a cornea transplant if I couldn't get the corrective lenses needed to see. I have been to several doctors over the years trying to get me into lenses that would work for my condition. They were able to fit me with contact lenses to avoid surgery, This place rocks and anyone who has Keratoconus should look into seeing this doctor, ....thanks so much!!!

Dr. Johnson did a great exam and I felt absolutely confident in her skills and personal presentation. The attendant staffing is terrific: very professional, very friendly, very helpful. The venue is lovely to wander about in, feels elegant and airy. The selection of frames is pretty good, wish there was a little more color choice. If you wanted a bright blue frame or a red frame, even a white frame, you'd have to look another place, I believe. That said, I didn't ask about special ordering.

I much more information came my way upon my visit to Dr. Pham. I've been in a large HMO over the last 20 years and my complaints of dry eyes, itching, continuing eye strain and headaches was met with simple 'treat yourself' with hot compresses. Dr. Pham diagnosed the causes of these symptoms and gave me hope and possible treatments in a relatively short, thorough exam. She was direct, positive, informative and highly professional. Thank you Dr Pham and your wonderful staff. Very impressive.

It would have been nice to have been notified that the MD was running over an hour behind, prior to my arrival. Sitting with a five year old for over an hour after our schedule appointment swas not ideal. We could have come in later to allow time for the MD to see us without a long wait. Also I am not able to change the star rating. MD is nice but I would not score my lasr visit a 5 star

I would like to and always have but not sure based on my last experience. After I was checked by the tech and left in the room to wait for the doctor, I waited over 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. While all my interactions we fantastic the wait time was frustrating.

The doctor was very late. Then, when I paid for my glasses and lenses, there was serious confusion. I paid $60 in cash and put the rest on my debit card. Later, I received a phone call that I had underpaid by $60. I returned the call to explain that the $60 difference was likely the cash that I had paid. It was at that moment I realized I was not provided with a receipt. Nor was I provided with either of my prescriptions: contact lenses or my glasses. Luckily, the optometrist I sat with assured me the difference WAS the cash she had received, but then informed me that she had not charged me for the lenses, so the amount due was $159, not $60. I think it is worth noting that this is the second year in a row your office has called me to tell me that there would be an amount due when I picked my things up. Then, when I came to pick everything up, my contact lens Rx was wrong. I had to sit with a doctor to guess about what the Rx was.

I had an appointment but still had to wait for 30 minutes before being seen. This defeats the concept of making an appointment. This has happened on more than one occasion. I came in with the intention of getting glasses yet was seen for contacts. I asked about glasses afterwards and now they are asking me to pay both the contact lens as well as the glasses visit co-pay. I think they should confirm the purpose of the visit at the time they make the appointment as well as when they check the patient in. The staff were all friendly and polite.

The only thing you could improve on is your appointment confirmation process. I received 3 emails, 1 postcard, and a text update-- all asking me to confirm the appointment. I really only need to be contacted once. :) Text is my preference, and it's the easiest way to confirm.

the fee for a contact trial was not disclosed at the beginning...the doctor just decided to give me the trial and did not disclosed the fee. i had to pay $17 additional to co-pay

Having been using Visions Optometry for several years now, this was my first time with Dr. Johnson. She is outstanding: very focused on the patient; explains things thoroughly; didn't make the appointment feel rushed, but rather the opposite in making me feel like she would spend as much time as was necessary. This was also the first time I was invited back for a follow-up to make sure my new contacts were properly fitted and the best correction of my previous prescription. I will be requesting her again for my next annual visit!

Since being diagnosed with Keratoconus in 1989, I have been with 8 optometrists and none of them every did as well of a job fitting me with contact lenses or identifying any better solutions for my condition. After just a couple fitting appointments my eyes have never felt so comfortable. My vision has also improved as well. Thank you so much for doing an exceptional job getting my new lenses to fit so perfectly!

I really like Dr. Johnson. She is very patient and thorough. I did have to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen, however. I am on my lunch break and have limited time, so that is frustrating. Overall I am happy with the service thus far.

I have been a patient for years and love going to your office. My last visit was not a good experience, I waiting a long time to be seen by a doctor. I had a 1PM appointment and didn't leave your office until 2:20PM. I wasn't seen until an hour or so pass my appt time which I think is ridiculous. I had other things to do that afternoon and wasn't able to due to your scheduling. It's making me want look for another eye doctor if this is how it's going to be.

The frame selection was just, really boring. I left without new frames and not using my annual benefit because there were no frames available within my insurance benefit allowance, and I wasn't willing to spend more out of pocket on a pair of glasses that weren't what I was looking for, or excited to wear. The gal that helped me look was really nice, but she even said that what you guys cary isn't much more than the standard stuff. Having a better selection in the $100 frame range would be ideal for folks like me who may want to get some basic frames with our benefit money and then find somewhere else to get something more out there with our own budget. I feel like I'm wasting the $100 my insurance allotted for the year.

Dr. Johnson is awesome. Incredibly patient with a very picky patient. She was dedicated to get the best result possible and actually appeared at every visit liked she enjoyed the challenge. I would recommend her without reservation.

Miguel had a field trip on the day of his exam and I did not want his eyes dilated. I let the person who did the was assisting the doctor know this. I was with him in the room, but then had to step out to do my portion of the exam. When I came back Dr. Pham was already putting dilation drops in his eyes. I am not angry, but being that he special and that I am his caregiver, I want to make sure that my messages are relayed clearly to the doctor that is doing the exam. Miguel had to walk around outside with the sunglass protector to avoid sensitivity to the eyes on his field trip and it makes things challenging for someone who is disabled as he is.

I've been impressed with Visions for years. My only critique would be: the "look and feel" of the new locations interior isn't as comfortable to me as the old location which was carpeted, had darker tones, better lighting, comfortable chairs for waiting...all in all, warmer in ambience) but that isn't really important as the quality of the care and professionalism is why I go to Visions.

I switched from the Arden Mall store because it so crowded in the store, parking is difficult, and I dislike Malls. I was pleased to be in a much more relaxed atmosphere that's easy to access.

My appointment was at 2:45 pm. I walked out of the appointment at 5:30 pm. My time was wasted waiting for the tests and for the doctor. I don't appreciate waiting behind closed doors. Even after I asked for the door not to be closed, someone came by and closed it. No need for closed doors when a doctor isn't present. I know my time is valuable just like yours don't waste it. Maggie explained to me that she's the only one that could do the test requested by the Dr. I'm okay with that but I had to wait until she came back from lunch... 1/2 hour later. Well I could have went next door for a coffee or something, but I had to wait instead of coming back another time. My clear glass prescription isn't correct so I had to leave them to get fixed. I'm not a happy camper! I love the doctors at Visions, however, sometimes the staff doesn't know what their doing. I sit and watch and of course I see things as they are not running smoothly...please see me at my appointed time!!! TY!

I didn't have enough of a deposit to order my glasses. I have been a patient since 2012. I said I can bring the rest on Monday and I would like to get them ordered asap. Because I did not have exactly half, they could not be ordered. I understand policy and it is in place because people do not pick up glasses and company takes a loss. I think we should be judged individually. I felt a bit insulted. So if the office manager could look at each situation, it would make patients like me feel like I am more than just a dollar. Dr Pham-Murphy is fantastic!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by Marina and the doctor who saw me. The doctor patiently went through the diagnoses with me; Marina was very helpful in choosing and fitting the frames and glasses on m. She also methodically went through the finances with me.

We had not been in a few years, the experience so far has been less than pleasant. We had to wait a LONG time for the first visit in May at least 45 minutes. Then it seems as though even though we have VSP eye coverage the prices have tripled. We decided to have our RX filled online. I ordered my glasses and two times the glasses didn't "seem quite right", well upon this most recent visit turns out that the Rx - was different from my first visit. Yes we discussed the quality of the online order which was made poorly. ~ aside from that my glasses (4 pairs) were made with the incorrect specs for my eyes. So I've paid at least $50.00 out of pocket expenses that I was not compesated for. So once I finally decide to let Visions make my new lenses using the frames I provide and pay for my visit, it wasn't until I paid in FULL and arrived home that I get a call saying that if the lab breaks or scratches my frames that they are NOT liable. That should be the first thing discussed

I think that making some more affordable options for eyewear would be nice. I was not offered any frames that my insurance completely covered. I am not big on designer frames, but it seemed like that's all the team offered. I would perfer not to pay more than what my insurance covers next time. I think this may be a factor in me coming back to this optometry. Thanks.

The staff was very friendly and professional. However, I felt rushed throughout the exam and was given little explanation of the process, changes in vision, and etc. The only time I felt truly attended to was when I continuous asked questions and for further explanation. If I didn't have to ask numerous questions, it would have been a 5 star experience.

Impressed, office staff was very calm, cool and collected for it being late in the day on a Saturday afternoon. My only two issues are that not just the staff but myself also forgot that we needed to fix the fitting of old glasses I dug out of my archives as my current glasses had broke and needed to make an extra trip over. But all ended well on 2nd trip to fix the glasses and Maggie was very helpful with some information. The other issue is that my bill was not figured correctly and I ended up owing more money than was quoted. I will pay but feel once a price is quoted, that should be the payment. Felt very comfortable with Dr. Larisa Johnson and will definitely be back for another routine eye exam.

I have never had my eyes dilated in my life. The doctor did my appointment, towards the end he told me he was going to check the pressure of my eyes. he put drops in my eyes checked it with a stick, and then proceeded to tell me that I should wear glasses while on the computer. then he took me to a guy that would show me all the different glasses for it was about five minutes later that my eyes got all blurry and my daughter pointed out that my pupils were huge and my eyes have been dilated then I got placed in a room for 15 minutes with no explanation and I had no idea what was going on. when I asked there was still no explanation so I left I would never recommend this practice to customer service here was

1. Support staff should pay more attention to detail. -Dr. Murphy ordered a genetic test for me re macular degeneration. The staff did not administer the swab test. 2. I said I was due a credit on my payment because I had funds on account. The staffer forgot to provide me the credit. 3. The Lindbergh frames I bought have never performed as they should. The lenses fall out all the time (daily). I have brought the glasses in many times to be repaired. They have never been repaired properly. On the last visit I explained precisely why the lenses keep falling out. (The lenses are not cut properly for the frames. Their are gaps between lens and frame. The monofilament system has never been taught enough. The lenses have never been grooved deeply enough to stay within the frames. In comparison, I produced a pair of $18 reading glass that use the exact same monofilament technology to keep the lenses in the frame and explained that the lenses in the cheap readers never fall out. The only issue I had was I was asked to do the $30 eye scan and was given the impression it was better than having my eyes dilated. Once I saw the Dr. she gave me the impression that she would have preferred to have me dilate my eyes and said next time lets make sure we dilate. So I questions if the extra $30 was really needed or desired.

So far my experience has been not so good. On two occasions I was examined and a new prescription issued. Unable to find satisfactory frames from your stock I had frames and lenses done elsewhere. Sadly because the prescription was incorrect although you provided a re exam free of charge, I was forced to have new lenses and frames made paying twice for the work each of the two times the prescription neede to be redone.

Dr. Johnson is very thorough and knowledgeable, patiently explained all of my conditions and options, answered all my questions, made me aware of how to take care. Great doc !!! Now, Marina, she is one of a kind, extremely efficient, explained all the options and advised how to get the best, helped me to make right decision. She is always willing to go out of her way to help with clients and I am so fortunate to have the excellent service from her, and you are also fortunate to have her as your staff. Dr. Pham took a lot of time with me, which I appreciated. The staff was professional and friendly. My only issue is the length of time my appointment took. My appointment was for 11:30 and I was there until almost 1:30.

It's been a few years since we've been in and it seems like your prices for eyewear has increased quite significantly. While the service was very nice I am disappointed that I didn't get my exam"fitting" for contacts and have to reschedule fir that appointment. Then I had wait for my prescriptions twice then I realized when I was home that I only received one of my prescriptions.

The office was beautiful. The staff knowlegable, friendly and helpful. Brian was very perceptive in assisting me with a frame selection. He listened carefully, asked pertinent questions then presented me with choices which we went through efficiently. The entire visit lasted three hours between exams and frame selection/fitting. It did not feel like it took that long, it felt thorough.

This was a new patient appointment. As instructed, we arrived 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Three long hours transpired until we left at 5:15. I saw that other people seemed to be waiting a long time and others that came and left while we were there. Although the staff were professional and worked at a normal pace when they worked with us, none seemed aware that we had been there a very very long time. When I asked why the appointment was taking so long time, the staff didn't have a good explanation as to why it took three hours.

A lot of things seemed rushed, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before first being seen, then attended to by 2 staff members and one Dr. When I questioned the Dr. regarding type of new contact lenses the only answer was "new technology" works better and promotes better eye health. That may be satisfactory for a new wearer of contacts, I have worn my lenses for over 40 years. Last, I pay cash and want to know if my payment is the same as received by Dr. if it were to be through an insurance provider. If they are not the same, I think it would be a good practice to give me a break - almost $300 for an eye exam is a bit tough to swallow!

We were not told that you had moved to a new location. When I called to say that we would be late because we did not know you had moved, she did not tell us that it was just a building up the street. The gal that helped us with the glasses did not say Hi and introduce herself. We were there for two and a half hours. My daughter, who is 12, said she would not go back, which is saying something. Really liked the doctor, but she did not introduce herself right when she came in, which was strange. Overall, not a good experience, and we have been here before.

Every patient that walks in the building should be acknowledged asap, even if its a nod, eye contact or a smile. A girl was on the phone and totally ignored me. I guess her role was not to greet patients. Also before I saw the doctor, a scribe took my information, she ran a few tests and rambled off what she was doing as if she rehearsed a script. I had to get her to slow down.It was very overwhelming for me and she moved too fast.I almost felt rushed as if she had to hurry and get to other important things. The fact that I had to wait so long and then be rushed didn't sit well with me. She was very nice and professional and obviously very smart. However, I do miss the old girls and their friendly attitudes. They always made me feel like a valued patient. I will continue to patronize Visions because I really like the doctors and I do understand this is a new process for Visions.

There is a long wait every time I have an appointment for my annual exam. Seems funny that I only see you once a year, yet I have to wait about an hour past my appointment time for my 15-minute check. A little ridiculous.

This was my first time at the Fulton location and was very impressed with decor, the receptionist greeted me immediately, the 2 ladies that took me back to do the computer test were very attentive, and Dr. Huynh was very helpful and informative. I definitely went home and told my families and friends about the Fulton location.

The wait time was not acceptable. I waited 40 minutes before pre-tests and then another 15 minutes after pre-tests for doctor to see me. All total I spent close to 2 hours from arrival to departure after eyewear selection. Way too long!

I am very pleased with your services. I especially like that you & your staff consider what the client likes regarding their prescription instead of just adjusting it without input from the client. I have had other optometrists that would change my prescriptions up and down, almost like he was experimenting, which was very unpleasant both visually and as a customer. This is one of the main reasons I will continue to come back.

As my daughter is 4 years old, it was difficult for her to wait in your posh waiting room. I appreciate the measures taken by your staff to help keep her entertained. The color book, mask, and little toy tiger really helped keep her occupied as we waited for her eyes to dilate and for us to pick out and order her glasses. When I had to reschedule to Saturday I was not notified that I would be seeing a different dr. My dr was nice but I have followed dr Pham Murphy from 2 locations because she is awesome. Also my insurance plan was poorly described she kept changing the story.

My appointment was at 2:30pm and I didn't get out there until after 5:00pm. This is the longest I ever had to wait. Also, the contact lens fitting is all wrong. The power is off and the material is hurting my eyes. I ended up with red eyes three days in a row. I can't even wear contact lenses anymore because my eyes turn red every time I wear it. You should refund me the fitting fee considerig all these.

The doctor was running late, and I understand that, so I expected to wait. However, the staff put another patient who came into look at frames, but did not have an appointment ahead of me. It was whispered that she was a very important patient and while she was in for a very short time, I did not appreciate that. If she is a very important patient, what am I?

I did not see the doctor until 45 minutes past my appointment time. And then, at least 50% of our discussion was the doctor promoting some special lens. I understand that things happen and another doctor was sick, but my time is valuable to me and I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this appointment.

Waited over one hour to see the doctor. Left after 2.5 hours and my child still hadn't had picture of her eyes taken. The people were very nice yet no one seemed to mind it took so long -- or was aware of it when I complained. The woman who helped us with glasses was excellent.

My appointment was good. The doctor was knowledgeable and courteous. However, I do not like the new office space. It is too sterile, too formal, the waiting room couches are horrific, it is NOT kid friendly, it is not warm, it is very cold and impersonal, and the parking lot is a mile away. I feel like I am walking into the lobby of an expensive and unfriendly hotel. I have had problems with the lab before. If the lab doesn't do a good job, and the floor staff isn't courteous and friendly, or, fit your glasses properly, then it's all for not. All the technology in the world can't make up for warm, professional service.

I was not happy that after requesting my appointments ALWAYS be with Dr Pham I was seen by someone else. Overall I found the visit cold and clinical. It would have been helpful if the technician explained more about each test ..when inquiring about the blue light test I was told that I needed to be quiet during the test. Sorry all this appointment was not up to your usual excellent customer/patient service

I had a little trouble finding the new location even using my iPhone. I also liked the feel of the old location slightly better, the lighting and the decor. Too much "white" in the new location, but that's just my opinion.

Nice new place. Mostly the visit went fine, but two things were a little disappointing. The first assistant that performed some preliminary tests seemed to be under the impression that the patient understood how to perform the test and did not explain them very well. I had to constantly ask what to do. The other was that I had specifically asked that my eyes NOT be dialated, as I had to go back to work after the visit. Without warning, my eyes were dialated.

I liked the explanations and the recommendations given by the doctor for my eyesight, as well as the nice visual demonstrations on the computer. The only thing that would be nicer is if I was given a receipt on what was being putt on my lenses, such as the bluetech, Trivex etc. Since I forgot.

During my initial visit a follow-up was scheduled. However, within 3 hours of finishing that appointment, I received a text from Dr. Pham's office asking for a confirmation of the upcoming appointment. It would be more appropriate to have this reminder at least 2 days before the appointment is scheduled to occur and not 7 days. I did not receive a printed out receipt statement after the appointment regarding payment and Dr. Pham's recommendations and an appointment reminder. The assistant that helped me wrote the prices of glasses that we discussed on post-its! It would be more favorable if Dr. Pham's administrator had a program set up so that any eyewear the patient was interested in could be entered in one column and underneath the prices of all the amenities that the patient would like. Next to those categories, the assistant could enter in the costs. Then another column could include what the insurance is covering and what the insurance is not covering. A print copy is better.

Generally I have had a good experience, have been coming here for years. However the young lady that helped me with my new prescription was deciding what I needed based on the "recommendations of the doctor" as she kept saying with no explanation as to what it was I would be paying for. There was a conflict between what I heard Dr. Pham say and what the young lady was telling me (relative to which eye had more of a change). I was firm and repeated several times I wanted the exact same lens as I had on with the new prescription. She was giving me no explanations. I had to ask the questions to find out she was actually ordering a lens not even covered by the insurance. Once we got that straightened out, then she adds additional antireflective for computer use as "recommended by the doctor" when I had also explained several times that I have separate computer glasses and these were not used for the computer. I will not work with her when I return!

My only complaint is waiting time to see the dentist, but the wait time ranges from 10 minutes to over 30 minutes from appointment time, so I'm not sure why and how to reduce this waiting time. Dr. H. Pham-Murphy is great- very patient, explains clearly and up to date on eye wear technologies.

I really appreciate the friendly and welcoming attitude of all the staff, the thorough, efficient check up by Dr. Murphy, and his explanations of the results of the eye tests. I especially appreciate the modern technology used in all aspects of the visit, which sped up the process and I believe made for a much more accurate assessment of my vision. Rebecca was very helpful and it really helped to use some daily wear contacts to assist me in choosing glasses frames, as she suggested. I was very impressed with all the staff, and the whole process. I definitely will be a return customer and will recommend you to my friends and family.

I was able to use my coverage to cover the cost of sunglasses since I just had LASIK and can go without prescription again. But your retail prices for the sunglasses are out if control. I went to the office on this specific day to undergo a "special" test to check the nerve response time between my eyes and my brain. This test has been delayed multiple times due to lack of access to proper equipment as I've been told by the office. On this visit, I was not aware until the end of my visit that I would not be having the test. Again, I was given the excuse of the equipment not being set up. I was actually surprised and extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I should have been told before I drove all the way to the office, or at the very least I should have been told at the beginning of my visit. It was obvious to me that Dr. Pham had no idea why I was even at the office on this particular visit. Although I did pick up my contact lenses that day, that was not the primary purpose for my visit. It was also disappointing that my entire contact lens order was not in. This has never happened before. I am usually able to pick up my entire order. Not pleased.

My entire family comes in at the same time (2 adults and 2 children) the childrens doctor is only in 2 days a week and on Saturday there is only 1 doctor. This results in a long day at the office escpecially with walk-ins. Also we had only 1 optical person assisting us it would be helpful to have 2-3 helping a family of 4.

We recently went in for check ups - myself, my partner and our 3yo daughter. Dr. Johnston was great - knowledgeable, good bedside manner and personable. She also helped get my 3yo daughter to complete some initial screenings - showed great skill in dealing wtih a young child. Dr. Nguyen was good with my 3yo daughter in her exam. Nichole from the front desk was also good with my 3yo daughter. Nichole was also the best front desk staff- as far as being courteous and knowledgeable, professional and personable. Others at the front desk could follow her lead. thank you!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Johnson and the entire staff at Visions. Outstanding service in every regard. Frankly, I've been amazed at the length to which Visions has gone, including the number of fitting visits, to ensure that I have the best type of contact lens for me, the perfect fit, and the best vision possible. There's no way Visions made a cent from me this time, but hopefully that will change over time, because I will be a permanent customer in the future.

I was not prepared for the length of time 1.75 hours. I had only planned an hour. If the office could somehow tell the customer in advance how long it would take, I'd be able to plan better and thus give you a rating of excellent because the service was excellent, the doctor was very personal and explained everything to me and the staff was extremely helpful.

My wife and I had a great visit. My appointment was right on time and I think she even got in early. Dr. Murphy was great and Maggie, the associate that helped us pick out our frames and explained our lens options, was courteous, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy--which made it easier for us to buy the extra options she suggested. We both walked away feeling very satisfied and happy to look forward to getting our new glasses! Great job overall to the Visions team!

I forgot to wear my contacts the day off my appointment so I called and spoke to someone and asked if I needed to go home to get them, which would make me late. They said yes so I went all the way home after my appointment and didn't even end up needed them. All in all a good experience and maybe you never know if you'll need the contacts or not but in this case the doctor said I didn't.

We had to leave after our initial pre-testing as the doctor was running 45 minutes-1 hour late. I don't even have to wait for any of my MD specialists that long. I think that wait time is unacceptable, especially with children. My family's time is as valuable as the eye doctor's time. We have commitments and a time schedule to keep as well. If the doctor is going to run that far behind, the appointments should not be scheduled so close together.

It was a good appointment but I felt like the Dr. And the associates that show you the frames were just trying to sell me something. For example, I was shown about ten frames,only one of which was covered by my insurance. Really? Thrtes only ONE frame in your store covered by my insurance???

I love Dr. Pham Murphy, and the staff is friendly. But two appointments ago, I came for photos, and when I arrived they told me the camera was broken. No one bothered to call me that morning. I rescheduled, and I always make my appointments so I can have a follow-up with the doctor at the same time. When I arrived at that appointment, I was told the Dr. had a class to attend. No one bothered to call me that morning. And more than once, I have waited almost an hour to be seen for my appointment.

I will NEVER purchase glasses at Visions as long as Jackie is employed there. She is either wholly ill-informed or is very purposefully untruthful. She has stated insurance related items regarding VSP, which have been verified as categorically wrong and hence documented in my VSP file. She is a liability for Dr. Pham who I consider very competent in her practice.

We love coming here. We usually attend a frame show to pick out our frames then make our appointments to get the exam. Always friendly and very professional. Dr. Pham is just awesome!!! My 3 yr old son had so much fun with the way she did the exam. He was nervous at first but she made him feel very comfortable!

This was a very good experience for me. The reception workers were polite and considerate; the office manager (Jackie, I believe) assisted me with picking out an affordable frame before I even saw Dr. Pham-Murphy! Dr. Pham-Murphy was professional, gracious and highly competent. The optician that assisted me after my appointment with Dr. Pham-Murphy, Maggie, was gracious and knowledgeable, and both Dr. Pham-Murphy and Maggie put me at ease. Maggie's follow-through on a few things has been excellent. I felt very well served and cared for. The waiting area was decorated BEAUTIFULLY for Christmas - kudos to the decorator! My only recommendation - classical music for the waiting area - it definitely helps relax people, too! :-) God bless you all.
