Jackie is the best dentist I've ever had and I'm old enough to have been to many over the past 70 years. She is kind, gentle, caring and her work is fabulous. She has tiny little hands which is a great thing too. And she always remembers me.

The teeth cleaning was great. However, I really don't want to pay the entire amount of the bill at the time of service. I do not like you to push the insurance burden of getting reimbursed by the insurance company unless you are also reducing the cost of the services.

Dr. Schafer and her office staff are SUPER STARS! I have been impressed with Dr. Jackie since the day I met her. She cares about each one of her patients. She knows her patients and their individual needs. I am impressed with her remembering the connections of our referrals. You feel like a part of a community that they all care about. Excellent updated procedures and equipment. I have referred many of our friends to Dr. Schafer's practice. I wish my family lived here as I would recommend them too.

I value the Healthy Smiles team on so many levels. Shannon my hygienist was very sensitive to several issues I have. She remembered these things from previous visits and checked in with me about them before we started the cleaning. Dr. Jackie checked in at the end as she always does. This team is rare in its ability to be a dental practice that cares about the whole person, not just a set of teeth. I am so grateful to have Dr. Jackie and all the Healthy Smiles team guiding my dental health.

Everyone at this office is fantastic. I feel as if I'm visiting friends and look forward to my dental appointments. They are all so skilled. I have complete confidence that they will give my teeth the best care possible. Dr. Jackie is an incredible dentist and her staff is extraordinary. Every time I smile in the mirror, I remember the fantastic job that Dr. Jackie did on a very ugly tooth. That was years ago, but my "fake" tooth is gorgeous. I am so grateful to have found these wonderful people.
