Dr. Verbeck and her staff sincerely care about thier patients! Last weekend I had an accident and scratched my eye. I called Harmony and spoke with Ann on the phone. After I descirbed by symptoms, she called Dr. Verbeck on her day off. Dr. Verbeck came into the office to examine me that very afternoon and her remediies improved my condition 90% in 24 hours! Last year my daughter had a really severe eye emergency. Dr. Sievers examined her and worked us in to see a specialist the very same day. This place is outstanding.

The entire staff is super nice from the front desk all the way through to picking out frames. I love that I never feel pushed into purchasing anything, which has always been an issue at other offices. I feel as if my exam is very thorough and the physicians are always looking out for the best interest of my eye care in both the present and future. The best part is that I leave being able to see well and feeling great about my new look!

I have been going to Dr. Christine Verbeck since 2019, when she opened the office. Ever since day 1 it has always been a plesent experience. Each visit you are cordially greeted by the professional staff who are very friendly and helpful. Then when being taken care of by the assistants and Dr. Verbeck, you are always aware of what they are doing and why they are doing it. Then before leaving the office she always explains in detail her findings from the exam and offers recommendations and direction as needed. Truly, an excellent experience from beginning to end. I wish more businesses were like this today.

I have bad eyes! I've had Lasik surgery twice and still need correction. It's hard to find the right Rx for my eyes because one eye sees far away, and one sees close up. It's hard to find an eye doctor that will ask the right questions and give a thorough exam so that I can see properly when I do all the various activities that I enjoy. Dr. Seavers took her time and asked a lot of questions, listened to my concerns, and was very helpful. Now, I have the right Rx to enjoy life, thanks to her. Haven't seen this good in contacts in 5 years!

I was very pleased with the very thorough examination I received, including equipment that I had never seen before to check the health of my eyes. The technician performing the pre-exam testing was kind and very well trained; Dr. Seavers was also kind and took care to answer my questions and explain my eye health very thoroughly. I have ordered new glasses. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was kind and briefly went over my costs relative to my insurance coverage. Although I don't understand all the financial details, overall, it was a very good visit.

I've only seen one eye doctor in my lifetime (until this week). My previous doctor retired and I moved away from home, so it was time to find someone new. Luckily, a friend and coworker recommended Dr. Amy Seavers at Harmony Eye Care. Dr. Seavers is the ideal physician! Her knowledge of and passion for the field are apparent, she treats her patients with the kindness and care they deserve, and she takes the time to explain your results while answering any questions you may have. Because of Dr. Seavers' care and prompt attention, I learned of an issue with my retinas and was able to have the problem treated via referral the next day so that the issue did not continue or worsen. I would 110% recommend Harmony Eye Care!

I went through the normal process of the different test to determine my prescription. I selected a frame which seemed to be a smaller number of choices. The technician went through the associated costs for the various items. She asked if I wanted a text receipt or an email. I requested an email copy just listed the total. I replied to that email asking a more inclusive listing of the various items. I was wanting to know what my insurance covered or not covered. I stated that in my email reply. Nearly $1,000 for an exam and glasses seems very high considering I have insurance. If the case that Harmony Eyecare is not participant in Aetna then, I will most likely have select a participating Eyecare center. But, I am a little disappointed in the nonreply to my email. I always rembered Lola followed through on any questions or concerns.

Dr. Verbeck is extremely caring, knowledgeble, patient. She heard out my concerns and explained the solution in a way that I could understand. She explained how to care for my eyes in a way no one had bothered to since I got my contacts 30 years ago. She even drew a diagram explaining how my allergies were affecting my eyes, and how medication and better care for my contacts would help. I had had irritated eyes for months and had to wear my glasses, I am now back in my contacts and much more confident. I had already seen someone about my eyes at an urgent care, and she realized I wasn't really convinced that allergies were my problem and took the time to get on my level. Highly recommend her.

Dr Verbeck and her staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Verbeck does a great job getting my eyes corrected. I can’t believe how well I can see out of my multi focal contacts. They are amazing 🤩. I typically wear trifocals and did not think that I could ever be visually corrected with contacts. I also would Like to give a shout out to her staff. I give 5 stars to Dr. Verbeck but only 1 star for the office staff. When I ordered my contact lenses after trying the trial pair(that I loved). I received my new contacts after 2 weeks. When I put them in my eyes, I couldn't see. They had given me my old prescription. I called to let them know and was assured they would order the correct prescription at no charge and also order what my insurance would cover. I have waited three more weeks for them to arrive with no phone call. I checked on the order today and was told they were never ordered because I still owed an additional amount that my insurance didn't pay. I was never notified. I have now gone 5 weeks wearing the wrong prescription.

This is the second pair of glasses I’ve received from Harmonie Eye Care and they are 100% better than the last pair. Not sure why, but I can actually see without blurred vision with these new glasses unlike the previous pair that I wore around for a year “trying to get used to them” as recommended by the staff. The last pair, made me feel like My eyes were lifting weights by the end of the day and although they were trifocals and meant for me to wear all day, I couldn’t do it. I always receive such great support from Dr Verbeck, and my last visit was very thorough and helpful. She always tries to help me with all the symptoms I have concerning dry eyes. I have Sjogren's Syndrome and ocular rosacea which create many complications to helping me with my dry eyes. Dr. Verbeck always strives to help me in any way she can. I have greatly improved under her supervision.

This was my first visit and from now on will be coming here. I have been to a few different places with myself and my daughter. They eased her fears of seeing the eye dr due to no puff of air in the eye. After a mixup with registering for appointments and my daughters being scheduled but not mine they still took both of us in. My daughter said she never wants to go another place.

I was a new patient to your practice and really liked Dr. Seaver. What I didn't like was the charge for "contact fitting ". I have worn the same script for probably five years and the same brand of contacts. I saw no need for a fitting or a $63 charge and that's with insurance discount! Had I known that putting my contacts in and she looking at them in my eyes would have resulted in this out of pocket charge I would have refused. Every part of her exam I have had done before wirh it all included in examination price which was covered by my insurance. Just felt this was excessive. I would also would have liked to have had a printout of my services when I left and did not get one. It is supposed to be emailed but haven't received it yet. Not only should all patients have a detailed printout of services rendered, I also needed it for my husband's work for flex spending.

I chose Harmony Eye Care because it was close to home and they accepted my eye care insurance. When I arrived I found the staff very attentive. There was no sitting and waiting to be seen by the doctor, she was there as soon as I finished with my medical history. She explained why with everything she did without me having to ask her. She and her staff were very helpful, professional and kind. My husband has his first appointment next week, and we will go back next year.

New Harmony Eye Care is my newly selected eye care provider. I recently had my second eye exam and I am gaining confidence that this company does things right. Dr. Verbeck is very knowledgeable, professional and personable! The facilities equipment seems state of art even though I'm no eye equipment expert. On my recent Saturday visit a problem with my left eye was noted. I was contacted first thing Monday morning with an appointment time with a retina specialist. After his examination the specialist asked me how my eye doctor described the problem. I told him how Dr. Verbeck explained the situation. He replied, "she is right on the money. Your staff and Dr., was courtious.I liked the office interior design. Only thing was unatisipated,i was told glasses would be ready in 6 day's. It took longer because frame i selected was not in stock, and it took 14 day's to receive them. I also did not get receipt for my purchase after appt. I think you should send out paplet in mail for customers design choice., before appt, so they can call you to let you know which grange

Normally going to a doctor's office can be an anxious time, but it is always calm and relaxing time. Lola is so pleasant, she makes it feel like you are visiting you best friend's house. The examination is always relaxing and very informative. Dr. Verbeck is always willing to explain in laymans terms what is my condition and explains what is potentially to happen in the future.
