I had a follow up appointment to get some scans of my eyes for my diabetes stuff and it all went smoothly and no big issues were found. This is a great place to get your eyes checked and the doctor is always upbeat and smiling and listens well.

They are so easy to work with. I contacted Walmart because I assumed Hall Eye Care would be too busy to get me in with such short notice. Walmart could not get me in until June, but Hall Eye Care got me in right away with several appointment options. I was running late and they still saw me. They asked about my family and just an overall great experience.

Dr Hall and the Eye glass Doctor were both very polite and friendly but your counter secretaries were very dry in their attitudes. Almost like they didn’t want me around or I couldn’t afford the services so leave type of attitude. I have been coming there for years and never have I been treated like that. Absolutely no smiling from the front.

This was my second visit to Hall Eyecare. They are incredibly nice and very helpful. I was in and out in a timely manner. The eye doctor talked to me about what he was doing and why! I won't go anywhere else now that I know how a trip to the eye doctor is supposed to be!

I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Brent Hall. I actually had to wait to get in to see him, but I was okay with that. I actually was seen by a young man who introduced himself as Zach Cox. He didn't identify himself as a doctor, so I really wasn't certain that he was doing the exam. I thought he may have been an intern and was doing a preliminary exam. He finished up and took me to the front to pick out frames and I was taken to check out. He seemed to be professional and was very pleasant, however, I never saw Dr. Hall, nor was I given the choice. I'm not sure about your office policies, but I was put off by the fact that as a new patient, I didn't have the option of seeing the Dr I scheduled with. I was referred to him not the intern. The young man who fit my frames and offered different choices for lens was very helpful, professional and pleasant. I appreciated his help.

An hour after my appointment time, I saw the dr. I could hear him in the next room, discussing with the patient at length, his lot at diamond head. I was in a hurry to pick up my children and his lengthy conversation seemed kind of rude-- even though I know he was not purposely being rude

The doctor was excellent. The woman that cashed me ou and took my payment did not break down the charges for me. I had to ask her how much was my contacts bc my bill totaled 100.00. My insurance did not pay so I paid cash. She was not friendly nor did she ask me if I needed my prescription. She was very dry. I was surprised by her cold demeanor. That made the experience a bad one.

I had a wonderful experience at your facility. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgable. A wonderful young lady (with a beautiful smile) initially helped me once I was escorted to the back -- I could literally feel the sincere concern she exuded regarding my vision care. Also, a very handsome young man helped me select my new frames AND went the extra mile and repaired my old trusted designer Sunglasses. I was truly impressed!!!!! .....and don't get me started talking about the wonderful Dr. Hall....he is truly a legend in his own time - honest, intelligent, and handsome. All I can say is Dr. Hall and his staff are all Awesome!!! Awesome!!! Awesome!!!
