My appointment on 4/18 to see Dr. Bender was scheduled when I visited six months prior. When I arrived on Thursday I was informed that Dr. Bender was off and I could reschedule or see someone else (Dr. Allen), it didn't matter. It was obvious they were ready to call it a day.

I'm very pleased with the staff and how they helped me get my medication. I've been trying to get my medication for Accredo pharmacy for months now to no avail. Upon my arrival they nurse asked reason for the visit. I explained that I can't get my meds for the pharmacy. They had me talk with one of their team members that deals with the medications. She called the pharmacy and spoke when them about with holding my medication after being on the phone with them for some time. She explained that they would call me in 24-48. I had no hopes of accredo pharmacy calling me as they said on multiple occasions. The next day I did receive a call and medication was shipped out to doctor. Thanks to the staff so much as I've been suffering for many months. Thanks, May God bless you!!!

Very happy with the doctor and treatment, and especially how quickly an appt was available for a new patient! They were wonderful with my 7 year old. The only negative was the wait time was long- we waited almost 45 minutes. This could have been due to putting in new patient paperwork and information. Once we were put in a room, the doctor came right in and we were out fast. We have found our new office for sure.

Dr Bender removed a skin cancer on my chest. I did not feel a thing. He is an excellent doctor and very personable. His nurse was excellent also. She removed my stitches and was so nice and personable.

Check in was easy. I did not wait long to be called back into exam room. I did not wait long to be seen by Jessica Davis. I believe I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Reederis fantastic! She is a great clinician & very detailed in her examination. She keeps her patients fully informed of her clinical findings, and explains her treatment recommendations. The medical support staff are friendly and very supportive. Some demonstrate a good sense of humor. The clerical staff are proficient and well organized. My only continued objection is the office phone system. Navigating that system is always a headache; sometimes worse!

Dr. Reed was the greatest. She knew what was going on with the rash around my mouth probably within the first 15 seconds of the exam. The medication she prescribed has already begun to work which is a relief after dealing with this rash for a good three weeks. Thank you so much Dr. Teed!

This was my first visit to any Dermatologist and this practice. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment using the web site. The reception was cordial and the waiting area was roomy and well appointed. My consultation was like meeting someone I had known for a while. The PA I saw observed, listened and explained the situation clearly and prescribed a remedy.

The med tech who removed my stitches was delightful. I arrived on the date and time on my appointment card. The front desk had no record of my appointment as it had not been logged in the system. Everyone behind me was upset because of the delay at the desk. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for showing up on time for my appointment. You can do better.

I arrived for a dermatology for an appointment that I read on my calendar. It was wrong, probably a message that repeated annually. The input clear listened to my story, I thanked her, turned to leave, she called after me, I returned to the input desk, she said since your hear, would you care to see a different doctor, i replied, thank you that would me great. The appointed was only 15minutes than mine. Shortly later, I met with a female doctor would was very professional and friendly. She asked what was I wanted, I showed her my lower, outer side abrasion of my leg. She said it was a small ???, nothing to worry about, order me a prescription. The appointment saved me a return trip, more importantly, it relieved my anxiety. Thanks again to Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Center for outstanding medical service. Sincerely, Harry l. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The doctor was terrible. I came in with discomfort and rashes on my eyes. She didn’t even get close enough to look. Tried to prescribe me prednisone for it, when I asked for another steroid or a cream, she laughed, was rude, and gave me a cream that my insurance refused to cover

I had cancer cell removed from my ear 2/23/22 and my experience has been a night mare with the poor response from the whole staff , nurses,doctors and medical records on the surgery. Dr. Dunn prescribed an antibiotic and never was puit on my medical records according to Brandi, the nurse. Also, a week and half ago Dr. Sharpe told me the lab would be done during an office visit to let me know if a different antibiotic would be needed to heal my inflamed ears and they would let me know a send me a prescription for it, never heard anything from that. Today the nurse told me the lab results from that test showed a staff infection and asked if anyone let me know. My answer was NO and she would get Dr. Dunn and he came in a said that he was going to prescribe it to help my ear infection heal. I told both he and the nurse that i was highly irritated about the way all the staff at Advance was giving me.

Definitely rates five gold stars! P.A. Greg Sharp is a bright, caring and outgoing clinician. I am elderly and have a severe body rash complete with watery blisters and was referred to Forefront Dermatology by my immunologist. I was seen almost immediately, Mr. Sharp took one look and zeroed in on the cause, ordered confirming biosy, developed a temporary treatment plan. I have seen him twice since, had another biopsy and will be returning for confirmation and new treatment plan. The office staff is very caring and efficient.

Even though everyone's hands felt like ice, it was a warm reception and very friendly. I was lucky to get an appointment the same day I called due to cancellations. The exam was Thorough, and I was kept informed at every step. I had to have a biopsy, which was painless! I personally know Dr. Stanford and Renee and that is the only reason I use this practice. The girls at the front desk are always kind and helpful but there appears to be no one who cares about answering and following up on the nurse's line. As a retired RN, this is very disturbing and disappointing! I should NOT have to text my Dr. to get any results! Again, this is unacceptable.

No longer live in region but continue with yearly check-ups at AD&SCC with Dr Stanford. We were in area for dentist and ENT appointments. I noticed a mole on my back of my shoulder a few mornings ago; it suddenly stood out . I stopped in to see if anyone could just check it out for my peace of mind. They fit me in, told me that it definitely needed to be removed and removed it. I'll get results in next 7-10 days. This is why I've chosen to continue with this practice. They know me or 'of me' and I've depended on them for the last 21 years. Many thanks!

I came in regards to a past skin problem and got my first two prescriptions but on the third one it was too expensive but they call me back with cheaper version but when i go to pharmacy they say it was not called in. Its the one that was suppose to be $18.00.

Dr Dunn did a good job with what he had to work with. My concern is that Dr Bender took about 18 months to do a biopsy. If a biopsy had been done a lot sooner, I would not have had to go through nearly as rough a time as I’m going through now.

I was in this week because of a red, itching pussy scalp. I was diagnosed with a yeast infection and given $180. worth of medications. The rash spread to my forehead and cheeks. 4 days later I called my doctor and she asked if there was "tingling pain" and there certainly was. She diagnosed me with SHINGLES and put me on different meds. I am finally getting some relief. I am not upset. I didn't tell the dermatologist I had tingly pain and evidently I should have. I am just discouraged I spent so much money on meds that I can't use.

My leg issue has been going on for 6 months and several doctors have seen it, but nothing has helped. After seeing it through the telephone and talking with me, Elizabeth was able to prescribe a medicine that has improved it greatly in only two days.

First I would like to say that Dr. Dunn and the nurse who assisted him with my procedure, and the nurse who removed my stitches were absolutely amazing. Very professional, approachable and top-notch! I Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. With that being said, about a week after the stitches were removed, my incision had opened a bit....no complaint here....I have had several surgeries and this is not uncommon for me. However, with this being a facial surgery, I was a bit more concerned about scarring. When I had the initial procedure, both Dr. Dunn and his nurse reassured me to contact them immediately with any concerns. The wound bed, this particular morning, was slightly open with a milky white slimy appearance. There was no reddening, odor or heat present. I was not concerned about infection, but rather widening of the scar. So later that morning, this past Friday, I called the office and was told that they could see me. I arrived and was seen by a woman, I believe she was a nurse practitioner. I told her my concern, she glanced at (not closely) and told me that the white slough was “granulation”, that it was fine and that she would give me a prescription for antibiotics if it made me “feel better”. When I told her that I agreed and that infection was not my concern, she told me again that she would prescribe antibiotics if that was what I wanted. I declined the antibiotics. I am no doctor, nor am I a nurse. I have worked in the health field for more than 30 years and attended many wound care trainings, seen many actual wounds in various stages of healing, and had previous surgical wounds of my own. Never have I heard anyone say that granulated healing tissue appears as slough.....maybe I am wrong.....and maybe I am not...... Either way, the way she presented herself was like I was an overreacting fool. So sad to see that not everyone at this clinic is as professional and supportive as Dr. Dunn and others at this clinic.

I walked in the office on a Saturday just to get some information. The receipt was very nice, and I was able to see Dr. Elizabeth Simpson in just a few minutes. She did a complete exam and saw several spots she was able to take care in no time. So glad I stopped by! Will get a check up every year from now on.

Was given no instruction for aftercare for both the biopsy and Mohs surgery. Both resulted in infection. During biopsy an atetery must have b nicked. Ruined my car’s upholstery and a pair of brand new shoes. My biggest complaint is after SPECIFICALLY ASKING what I needed to do to care for the wound site’s after both procedures, I was told there was nothing special to be done. Which ended not being the case and ended up with infections after both procedures. I had read some great reviews about Advanced Dermatology and felt confident in choosing the practice. Unfortunately it appears that I need to start the search all over again for new dermatologist. As I’m not able to give no stars, the one star is for the friendliness of the staff.

I went to talk to Dr. Dunn about the surgery he had done on my head about a month ago. I was told when they did the surgery that I could let it heal on it’s own, have a skin graft or see a plastic surgeon. I told them I would let it heal on it’s own but was having second thoughts. He and his nurse assured me it was healing great.. but was going to get a plastic surgeon to call me just to reassure me. He is the best!

I was in for a laser treatment for my rosacea. The new “improved” laser that was being used instead of the Excel V was a huge disappointment. I didn’t get any improvement. That has never happened before. I will be looking for another practice that has an Excel V which works like magic to improve my red veins and actually makes my skin glow. It was like I was being plunked! Holly was unprofessional and didn’t appear to be confident . She was rough on my sensitive skin. I would not see her again. It was an all around horrible experience. Laken, Amanda, and Jessica were all awesome. I would give this treatment zero stars if it would let me. I would refer friends to Dr. Bender and Dr. Reeder, but no longer for laser treatment.

Well pleased with everything from the call for appointment to exit. Everyone was so nice in the reception area, then we went back with a nurse named Shirley and she was such a sweet person. She then sent in Dr. Bender, who was so personable and very nice. He gave a thorough exam and biopsied two places. So happy we found these doctors. I have been to other dermatologist (4 others), and this was the first time we walked out saying how wonderful we felt to have found this place. Proud to recommend this dermatology center.

I had an allergic reaction to antibiotic medication. I went to an Urgent Cara Facility. The doctor gave a steroid shot, and suggested I return to Advanced Dermatology. I left a message on the voicemail Saturday afternoon, and I was a walk-in at 07:30 A.M. on Monday. My usual doctor was not available, and was sent almost immediately by another doctor. He suggested I discontinue the medication, and re-schedule in 2 (two) weeks, if the swelling had not gone down. I am improving.
