While visiting the area I had an unfortunate dental mishap. I chipped my front porcelain crown tooth on a pistachio nut. After receiving a glowing recommendation about GS Dental, I made the call and was given an appointment the next day with Dr Potter. He repaired the crown beautifully. I was so impressed with Dr Potter and the entire staff, that I decided to move all my dental care to GS Dental.

I have been coming to GS Dental for several years. The experience has always been good. I was uncertain about what it would be like when Dr Giombolini retired but Dr Potter has been great. During my recent visit he explained everything and followed up later in the day after the procedure to check everything was ok. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate all the great technology meaning its mostly a one stop shop. Last year it was fun to see the machine making my new crown. I didn't see her on this visit but I have to mention Corinne. My last dentist seemed to have a revolving door of hygienists. Corinne is great and a reason to keep coming.

I went to GS Dental to have two cavities filled and some old fillings removed and replaced. I also had a procedure done to repair my teeth where my gums had receded. Doctor Potter worked on the right side during the first visit and the left side on the following visit. Therefore, I was able to compare the before and after results. It was amazing! Doctor Potter did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the results. Plus, it was pain free!! I have recommended GS Dental to my friends and family. Charles McGinnis

Ana had some pretty big shoes to fill when she replaced Patti as the hygienist, but wow, she does a great job. Ana and Dr. Sill keep an eye on things and let you know way in advance if something may need to be addressed. They are very caring and always ask how we are doing when they are working. They have funny animal videos up on the screen to take your mind off any work that might be getting done. The office staff are pleasant and professional and quick! The office is always immaculate and that is a must! They have all the latest technology, too. So, a crown can be milled that day! So, no need for a temporary and two visits, they do it right there and that day! I cannot say enough about how well they treat everyone and how efficient they are. If you need a new dentist or hygienist, give Dr. Sill and Ana a call.

I've been going to doctor Sill for very long time. At 1 point, my insurance changed, so I went to a different dentist. I went right back to doctor Sill and just did self pay. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are kind and he is gentle. I don't think he's ever hurt me, no matter what I had done. I never want to go to the dentist, but I'm not afraid to go to him.

Visit was good did not have to wait long. Staff was friendly and helpful. Teeth cleaning went smooth no problem Anna did a great job . She also gave me some advice on some toothpaste paste to use for my sensitive teeth and suggested when my teeth get straightened to get a fluoride treatment. Doctor sill visit on my teeth was good also he also gave some suggestions on having filling done on front teeth to make my teeth straightening look better. Over all a great experience teeth cleaning, X-ray , checkup.

Dr. Sill has been my dentist for several years and continues to offer me and my family extraordinary care. He explains conditions thoroughly and honestly helps me determine which procedures need to be done immediately and which can wait a bit. Ana is so thorough in cleaning my teeth and always offers helpful and creative tips on how to reach those tricky places. When I need a more complicated procedure, I am given an estimate so I can save up and not be surprised. I am truly blessed to have such wonderful dental care.

Dr. Sill and his staff are nothing short of AMAZING! I began 2023 with a toothache of all toothaches. My dentist was closed that day, and had to find someone on the fly to have my teeth looked at. I was highly referred by a friend to Dr. Sill's office. Upon calling, I was brought on as a new patient that very day and was checked out. Turns out, Dr. Sill said it was a root canal that was needed, and referred me to an endodontist to be further checked out. (I then had a great experience with Dr. Robert Hochberg, who then said I needed to go back to Dr. Sill for the crown to complete my dental work.) Upon returning to Dr. Sill, he did a same day crown. It was pretty remarkable that I could be in the office for <3 hours, and have everything done that same day! Also worth noting I'm not anxious when going to a dentist, but it's also not my favorite thing to do. But with Dr. Sill and his staff, I was completely at ease, not in pain that day or any other day thereafter, and wouldn't mind going every day if I had to. That says a lot!! If it was possible to give them 10 out of 10 stars, I would, because they're that wonderful, gentle, communicative, and professional! Thank you to Dr. Sill, Sydney and Amanda!! :)

I was very impressed with the office staff and the dentist in this office. They seem to work together very efficiently and I didn't have to wait long to get in. Dr. Sill has a very calming presence and I felt very at ease explaining my problem to him which he resolved. I will definitely be back.

I'm sure that very few people actually enjoy going to a dentist office. However, the crew at GS treated me with such attentiveness, courtesy and kindness that I immediately felt relaxed. The nurse (I'm not sure of her official title) who worked on me, cleaning my teeth, and taking pictures, x-rays, etc,, gave me thorough and interesting information in virtually every aspect of my dental situation. She was a really friendly person and made me feel totally at ease, and I am totally grateful for that.

This is the BEST dentist office in Albuquerque. My entire family is always 110% satisfied with their work. Very kid friendly, I have a 7 and 9 yo and Dr. Sill is so patient and walks them through everything he does to make them more comfortable. Couldn’t get any better, thank you all!!!!

As always, my visit was very good. Johnny, my new hygienist, y was wonderful. She was extremely thorough, working hard on places that are difficult for me without my telling her. Not only did she not miss a spot, but also did not injure me. The next day my gums were not tender at all. By the way, Dr. Sill was super. I appreciate the info on my jaw issue. See you soon. So many of my friends already go to you, but I'll keep referring.

Covid protocol was excellent. Temp taken and questionaire was done to reduce the chance if treating someone who had been exposed to covid. When dentist did not have time to immediately treat root canal, was referred to another dentist who could see me immediately. This is the type of excellent customer service thst i have come to expect from dr giombolinis office. I highly recommend them.

You Guys are doing great with Covid! Except for one thing. They do believe it is airborne. Your receptionist should keep her mask on at all times unless she asks a customer and her colleagues if it’s OK if she takes it off. The plexiglass is not 100% protective for the customers because it is not a full window it’s just hanging there.

No one would call going to the dentist "fun", but GS Dental makes the experience as pleasant as possible. The staff is always professional yet warm and welcoming. Dr. Giombolini is great, but honestly what keeps me coming back is the dental hygienist, Corine (I hope I spelled her name right). She is the epitome of compassion and customer service.

Effective procedures in place to protect patients and staff. I missed seeing Jan, but Cici did a great job with cleaning. Dr. Sill did his usual patient, competent job, this time doing some reconstruction on a couple of teeth. A very good experience in a scary time.

Implementation of your waiting room protocols for covid 19 were haphazard and increased my risk of exposure. I did not feel comfortable waiting in the waiting room for nearly 30 minutes prior to being let into the work areas. My understanding of the purpose of the process of waiting in the car to be called in is to minimize the risk of too many people congregating in the waiting area. As instructed I called from my vehicle upon arrival (about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time) and was instructed come right in. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment start time there were now 5 patients (including myself) either waiting in chairs or standing and talking to your front office staff ALL ON 1 SIDE OF THE ROOM. While most maintained 6ft distance and were masked, the numbers of people who entered and waited or passed through during the full time I waited was about a dozen. After 30 minutes of waiting I told the staff I was going to leave the lobby and would wait in the car until you were ready for me. I would also add that one of your staff (Janet) visible from the waiting area was unmasked for the entire time I was in the waiting area. Needless to say in these stressful times, my cleaning visit was off to a very unsettling start. If being behind schedule was the cause of this delay and breakdown of safety protocol, then the right thing to do would have been to have your front office staff inform me of the delay and give me the option of waiting in my vehicle until you were ready for me or reschehduling the appointment.

DR. Sill installed a crown on a broken lower molar. From the check-in through the check-out, EVERYONE was pleasant, professional and obviously dedicated to providing the best service possible. If you have not experienced the latest dental technology, it is amazing to someone like me who saw his first dentist about 1950. The new crown, manufactured on site, was installed and I was out the door in less than two hours. All of the staff was working under the prescribed COVID-19 restrictions but still managed to make the experience as pleasant as any dental procedure can be.

I went in for a cleaning and a filling. All of the folks were pleasant and easy to deal with - they made a person feel welcomed. The processes were quick and efficient. Amazing!! I have only had the best service and care with GS Dental and their staff. My hygienist remembered me even though I had been away for a bit. That is amazing!! They provided me with good dental advise which has improved the health of my teeth over the course of the many years that I have been coming. I get anxiety but they listen and make me feel like all is ok. I have referred many people to them because they are quality family dentists.
