Very good exam. Not happy with glasses. I ordered them on Jan 4th and had to be sent back because staff was not happy with lens and received them about 6 weeks ago. Tried them for a couple weeks and couldn’t see well with them when walkjing. Made me feel unbalanced unless I bent way over and looked down at the ground. Received the new ones yesterday and same issue but they adjusted that and it’s better but now I can’t see up close without holding my glasses up and looking through very bottom.

I really like Dr Sylt and feel he’s very knowledgeable and caring. I have issues with my eyes so it’s even more important to have someone that goes above and beyond. The only thing I don’t like is that they are still enforcing masks and I just feel like by now that should be a personal choice.

It was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. Scheduling was easy and I felt that there were going to be no concerns about what my insurance did and did not cover. I loved being able to fill out the new patient paperwork ahead of time online. Everything was covered well in my exam. And there was no hard sell on the glasses. They gave me options - and went with my decision. I will definitely be returning for my yearly exam.

I do not like that you have to make appointments to have a adjustment done. When your glasses are causing pain on nose or ears, you don't want to wait a week to have it fixed. Or if your out and about we use to be able to walk in and get our problems fixed, even if we had to return the next day again. My trifocals still aren't correct but haven't had a chance to come in due to family obligations. I know many others feel the same way about the appointments for adjustments.

I visited the eye doctor. Ordered new glasses and after a week I realized that I would not be able to adapt to them at all. I hated them! It's like they were not right for me. I made another appointment to discuss the matter. I was greeted by Jody. She spent over 2 hours working with me to find a frame that I would be able to live with. I have just picked up the new glasses about a week ago and love them! They are working out beautiful! I will always ask for Jody from now on when I visit! She definetley went above and beyond!!!

Originally had to switched due to an insurance change, and am so glad I did! Their team was wonderful with my family, and had extremely convenient appointment options. Even when our appointment was out a few weeks, they were able to get us in with last min cancels to accommodate the school's request for my daughter. Even my routine visit, I had no real concerns, and walked out with helpful information on blue light filters, and adjusting computer settings to reduce eye strain. Wasn't something I asked for, but was certainly appreciated!!

This time I came in because my glasses have been crooked since I got them in October; I had been in several times with that being one of the issues I was trying to get fixed. Heidi knew exactly what to do, made an adjustment & I am so happy that my glasses are no longer crooked & I am no longer constantly having to push them up on the right side. She does an excellent job!! And on top of that she is very friendly & personable.

Everyone is very nice. I had several tests done to look for problems that might start to occur "at my age." I got new glasses with a different prescription and have had problems getting used to them. I went in once to get them adjusted and to double check that it was the correct prescription, which it was. The technician explained that the size of the frames (larger than my previous glasses) could make a difference in how things were seen thru the lower part of the bifocal. When I picked out the frames, this hadn't been mentioned. The glasses still slide down my nose but it's too much trouble to make an appointment to get them adjusted. I just use them for reading.

1st time here and all 3 people we worked with on the appointment day were knowledgeable and very professional. I had every question answered. I was able to get my son in for a second eye opinion with in 3 days of calling. very convenient hours of operation, I was very happy to get my son in the evening after school and after I got done with work so I didn't have to take off of work. Place is neat and clean. everything was explained to me before and during the appointment so it went very smooth. I would go here again. I would like the mandatory mask wearing to GO AWAY AS IT IS VERY UNHEALTHY TO WEAR A MASK! I didn't get glasses. I did look and they had a great selection,but expensive, very Pricey! The exam price and contact fitting price was reasonable.

Moved to the area last November. Became aware I desperately needed new glasses. I wanted to find an EyeCare clinic near rather than to travel to Neenah where I last lived. I checked information for closer Clinics, checked with my insurance to see which closer clinics were covered. Thankfully Griebenow Eye Care was on the insurance was listed. Checked the web site and was impressed with the customer reviews. I found the staff at the clinic to be friendly and helpful. The eye Docter very through, She was patient, answered all my questions. Very pleased. I was the last patient of the day. Even though clinic was closed two of the staff stayed until I found the frames I wanted, they also answered all questions and were friendly, helpful and through. All in all I left feeling very pleased with the service provided. A wonderful experience. Highly recommend Griebenow! Thank You for your quality service.

The staff and doctors were so nice and professional. I enjoyed going in and getting my eye checked. The selection for glasses was so beautiful, I had a hard time choosing what I wanted. I tried on about 10 to 15 pairs. In the end I found some beautiful glasses I can’t wait to get. They follow safety protocols and after I touched each glasses I tried on, they put them in a basket to sanitize at the end. Over all I am Please with my experience and will be going back anytime I need new glasses. Thank you for being so wonderful to me.

Our daughter wanted to try contact lenses, and it was very disappointing to me that we had to schedule another time to do that. Such a schedule does not work well for school children and working families. I already took off of work early for the original appointment. If your practice allows for any person to walk in at anytime without an appointment to purchase glasses, why couldn’t a patient that had an appointment finish with their needs? A walk in takes precedence over an appointment.

Please ask your technician not to talk to patients while their blood pressure is being taken. A proper reading can only be obtained if a patient is seated, legs uncrossed, arm below heart and NO TALKING. And if, as stated by the technician, the wrist sphygmomanometer you use is "always way too high", stop using it and get a better one. Inaccurately high readings scare people.

Dr S is very friendly and professional during the exam. He always has a nice conversation with me before he starts to put me at ease. The ladies who help me with picking out a new pair(s) of glasses are especially helpful with giving their opinion on my final choice(s) and they are always spot on. And with me being an “eyeglass junkie” that’s not such an easy job. The staff greets me when I come in and when I leave, so on a whole a very positive, fun experience.

I dont like the fact that my contacts were in on friday then i had to wait for three days to get them when my glasses i had were broke . Then i call about my glssses at 10:30 am and they tell me there not in they should be in tje following week midweek and they were in later that afternoon that i called. When i left from my eye exam you specifically ssid you would call and let me know when they came in and never did if you say your going to call you should call. Plus you should find a way to put on the childs chart if the parents stuff is in because i was also in there two days befire i got my glasses and they were there had to make to many trips there just to get what was coming to me .

Argumentative Doctor — Angelina L.
The doctor "Mollie" was defensive and argumentative. She told me I had a test done last year that I knew for a fact I did not. Instead of leaving it alone she continued to argue with me, like a child. Finally she admitted that perhaps someone filled in the information on the chart last year but did not actually do the eye drop test. I'm thinking "Is this really happening? 'Is this professional arguing with me like a teenager?" And it wasn't really that big of a deal, until she became defensive and displayed terrible customer service. Prior to that I shut my eyelid and pulled away as a natural reaction to something she was doing. She was short with me and let me know I needed to open my eye to enable her to do her job. I knew that, and at the same time it would have been nice for her to be courteous and ask if I needed a few moments. At that moment I thought "I will NEVER bring my children here again." I have two of them in glasses. We will not be returning. Customer service means everything to me.
