I lost a filling in a front tooth. I called early in the morning. Your phone staff was WONDERFUL - helpful, cheerful and friendly. The found an appointment for me that day!! I was seen immediately upon arrival. My tooth was repaired and I was out-the-door in less than a half an hour. I absolutely love this practice.

I recently changed dentists. This office came highly recommended from a friend. My first experience was very positive. My initial exam and cleaning was performed by a very experienced hygienist, who was attentive to my concerns and conveyed them to the dentist. I was seen then by Dr. Rostani, who addressed an immediate concern, spent a good deal of time explaining the options that I had. I will definitely be back to this office for all of my future dental needs. Very impressive first visit!

When inserting the needle for the numbing - some Doctors. massage the jaw as the needle goes in to help with the pain. That does not happen here. It makes a big difference to patients who have been traumatized with other dental offices. May be a good idea to review to make sure patients are comfortable.

I have been going to Greater Prosthodontics for about 4 years now. First of all, I cannot thank Dr. Linnan enough for fixing my teeth. I had very bad tetracycline staining and a botched fix by another dentist before going to Greater Prosthodontics. It is a hike for me, 25-30 miles depending if I am going from work or home, but well worth for the kind, courteous, and professional care I receive.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the Dentists are knowledgeable and expert in all areas of dentistry. My personal hygienist, Lisa Lyons, is excellent and after my routine dental cleanings I leave feeling my teeth and mouth have been well examined. Lisa's gentle but thorough cleanings leave me feeling refreshed and motivated to continue my dental hygiene. The dentists are fantastic. Not only do they do excellent work, but they care about your appearance, they take a lot of pride in what they do and they aren't out to make more money than the next guy. They recently gave me 3 options, priced from roughly $3,000.00 to $25,000.00. I decided to go with a plan in the middle and after another dentist consulted, he suggested something that cost even less. I'm not signing up for dental in 2018 with my employer. I'll put more in my health care saving and continue with this practice for all of my dental care.

I can't say enough good things about this office from the employees to the dentists! The dentists are "Top Docs" and I truly believe they can fix any problem you may have. They have their own lab so all work is done on the premises and if you have an emergency they will find a way to fit you in. They can pull teeth and do root canals at the same office. If you need dentures, they will explain the different options/cost for your situation and you make the decision based on what you need or can afford. No one is ever pushy and they work hard to make their customers happy and satisfied. I highly recommend Greater Baltimore Prosthodontics!!

the assistant, Pam, was totally incompetant, I had a broken tooth and after 2 times with her looking, she couldn't see it. I said "I can't believe you can't see this, she then thrust a 6 inch mirror and told me to point to the tooth- I don't see how one can look down and at the same time point a very large mirror to pinpoint what should have been obvious. She then said she would get Dr. Brooks to see if she saw anything.. When Pam and Dr Brooks came back into the room, I explained my situation and the fact that after 3 tries, Pam couldn't see my fractured tooth. Pam said, maybe I'm losing my eyesight, but I don't see anything Dr. Brooks was wonderful in every way, but Pam was irritated and slamming drawers and instruments except when Dr Brooks was in the room. Pam aggressively dug into my gums and the gauze was going down my throat, Dr Brooks had to do 2 impressions because there was liquid in the first- Pam either didn't stop the bleeding or failed to dry the area. and so had to have a 2nd impression, when she did the opposing impression she worked so sloppily that there was no way I could have closed my lips over the gel. She also didn't have the correct tooth number on the chart asking is this 12 when it was 13, I believe. I am very happy with all of the care I have received at your office, but I do not want Pam on any of my cases. I hope you will honor that request. that Pam Dr Brooks saw immediately the problem and

The staff at Greater Baltimore Prosthodontics is great. From the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors, everyone is so professional, so skilled and so caring. You can really feel they care for you as a person and worry about you when you have a dental issue. I had a dentist who recommended i have a tooth pulled and replaced with an implant five years ago because he said I was going to lose it eventually so I may as well go ahead with removing and replacing it. I came to Dr. Rostami and he saved my tooth and I have held on to it all this time. This is a very challenged tooth but Dr. Rostami understood what it would have meant to me to lose it. He shows compassion and his skills are unparallelled. I know because I have had a lifetime of dentists and oral surgeons and periodontists and he is without a doubt THE BEST! The office staff make it very easy to submit your insurance claim and always submit the same day I visit so I can be refunded as quickly as possible. I also feel that they keep their rates at a reasonable level compared to other similar services in the area and I really appreciate that. You will not be disappointed with the services provided by Greater Baltimore Prosthodontics.

He fixed my front one there straight away! He booked me in for the following week, ordered new parts for my other tooth and feels positive he can save it! Nice friendly staff too! There is nothing I would change about this office. Everyone is pleasant and professional. The office is attractive with lots of magazines to keep yo occupied. They send out a reminder about your appt. and are always pleasant if you need to make any changes. I would highly recommend this office.
