Dr. Anny Kim, the optometrist was very professional and thorough. Dr. Kim gave each of my husband and myself a comprehensive eye exam. She was very patient and answered all the questions and concerns we had. Mike Poccynek, the optician was very helpful when we had to select glasses to address our nearsighted and farsighted refractive conditions. The only issue I had with Good Eye Care is their policy to not be liable should our glasses get damaged during shipping. The policy is not fair to their clients. I feel they should be liable until the glasses are in their client’s hands. For that reason, I am giving them an overall score of four.

Yesterday, March 6, 2023, I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Zefanne Bergado. It was my initial visit with her, since Dr. Matthew Epstein's retiring. I'm happy to say that I was very impressed with Dr. Bergado's services, that far exceeded my caliber of expectations. She was friendly, cordial and professional while being very thorough, explaining her every step of the exam. She also intently listened to my concerns. In my opinion, Dr. Bergado is a real gem in the medical arena. If you are looking for a competent and great optometrist, look no further....Dr. Zeffane Bergado is your answer.

I arrived at 9:05 for my 9:15 appointment. The door was locked and I was left waiting outside for at least 5 minutes even though I could see persons at desk. When I was let in I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me in a moment. Others came in after me and were serviced before me. Other than this the actual service provided was great as always.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed meeting with Dr. Bergado. I was scheduled for the vision exam as well as my eye health exams. Dr. Bergado explained each process so that I could understand what was happening, she listened to me and answered all of my questions and she did not make me feel rushed as doctors often do in order to just get to the next patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for years and he is responsible for saving sight in my left eye. He detected bleeding in the back of my eye which would have undoubted led to blindness. It was very difficult to get my son’s glasses. He broke his so we had to order a replacement frame and it took over month to get them. We called numerous times and found out they were delayed because of business changes and then took a long time after we brought the issue to the office’s attention. It was only the frame and normally takes a week but this whole process was ridiculous and no one seemed to care it took so long.

Usually I am stressed going to eye doctor as I know my eyes are getting older and something else is going to go wrong. Dr. Kim put me very at ease. She took time to explain cataracts and another issue I was having with my eyes due to age. Felt more informed and relieved after appointment.

This was my first time visiting this office, and everything about them completely blew me away. I saw Dr. Kim and she was outstanding. She's incredibly knowledgeable, and breaks things down so you can understand what's going on with your eyes. She's completely honest and goes over all possible options, both presently and what may happen in the future. The rest of the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help make sure you find the perfect pair of glasses. I typically hate visiting the eye doctor, but this was the most at ease I've ever felt at one. I look forward to going to Dr. Kim for years to come.

I have just seen Dr. Anny Paek Kim for my yearly eye check-up and as usual, I leave her office highly satisfied for her thorough check-up of my eyes and for explaining to me in detail what she has seen from the eye scans and other tests. Where some doctors want to usher you out of their office in ten minutes or less, Dr. Kim listens to your concerns and tells you upfront what she has gathered from the tests you have just undergone. She is very pleasant and people oriented, as well as, knowledgeable and intelligent. She cares for her patients and it shows. She might be a diminutive lady but as an optometrist, she has magnitude beyond compare.

When I arrived I was informed that there was a situation earlier in the day which caused a delay, so I was not surprised when I had to wait. When Dr. Kim saw me she didn't rush or try to make up for the delay. She took her time with the exam and explained everything in detail. There was another patient who was complaining loudly and was somewhat argumentative. Each staff person he encountered remained professional and treated him with dignity and respect. By the time he left, he was apologizing for his behavior I always get excellent care

I asked for my Rx as well as my authorization release from the insurance so I could buy my glasses elsewhere. (you do not carry the brand i like) Neither was done as I got to my eye place and you were closed by 2pm on Friday (even though I asked for this to be done immediately) Very inconvenienced having to call you back today and missing out the time spent at the eye place only to not be able to purchase or order anything because of your hold and you not faxing my RX to where i had asked while in your office.

When I first got to my 8:00 appointment, I was about 8 minutes early and the girl wouldn't let me in the door. She told me to come back in 5 minutes that the computers weren't loaded yet. Ok so I couldn't come in and wait, fine. I came back at 8:00 and she took my temperature and told me to check in at the front desk so I walked up and the girl didn't even acknowledge me. She literally didn't look up from her computer as I stood there for about 2 minutes so I just sat down. Finally the other girl who took my temperature walked over and asked if I was checked in and I told her no. So she checked me in. I've been a patient here for well over 10 years and they didn't seem to have it together and if I didn't like Dr. Kim (Paek) as much as I do I would find another practice. Sam was very helpful when I was checking out as well.

The office staff was quite friendly and helpful. However, Dr. Epstein was not as friendly as the past. I felt like he just wanted to get me in and out in less than 5 minutes. When he determined that I may need cataracts, he seemed to push me out the door. No “good to see you, take care.” I have been seeing him for close to 20 years. This was the most unfriendly and insincere office visit I have ever had with Dr. Epstein.

I have been coming to Dr. Epstein for years and will continue to do so. Dr. Epstein was responsible for detecting bleeding at the back of my left eye and his referral to a specialist saved the sight in my left eye. I don't like the idea that glasses are expensive even with insurance, but it's hard to put a price on the value of sight. My wife had a stroke which caused blindness. I will always be an Epstein and Associates customer.

I recycled my previous frames to cut down the cost of getting new lenses. It still cost me over 400.00! I had to stop features from the new lenses in order to drive down the cost, which I feel are not helpful for my overall vision health. In the future I will look elsewhere to purchase new prescription lenses.

Dr never introduced herself. I have always seen Dr Epstein and love him! He referred me to see the other doctor due to screening findings. No one explained the test or prepared for the test. Girl that did the test had never done them before and no one stayed with her to help her. She had to go out twice to get help. Took forever.

I have been with this practice and Dr Epstein for many years. I have alway be pleased with their services. The office is neat and clean and lots of seating that is socially distanced. Everything is run very efficiently and on time. Dr Epstein is very caring and takes time to make sure all is well. I have so many friends that are unable to wear Bifocal contact lenses but Dr Epstein has fitted me with lenses that have worked for years. I truly don't need readers!

Very friendly and professional staff! I was treated with the best quality of care and felt very comfortable at my eye exam. The staff ensures that COVID precautions are maintained by having temperatures taken before entering the building, and sanitation methods being performed between patients. I was seen by Dr. Pok whom was polite very professional. She was also informative with my eye exam by kindly explaining in detail some of the things that are taking place inside of my eyes as she performs the exam. Dr. Linen Pok is a wonderful eye doctor. However, the office is a hot mess!!! It is always at least 45 minutes after your appointment time of your lucky!!! They always over schedule! The staff never knows your chart. I called to ask if I was being Dilated and the receptionist said no. I get there by myself and guess what. I had to be dilated and drive myself home. Not a great feeling!
