Worst, dishonorable and unworthy group I've encountered. THEY BROKE MY FRAMES, after I came in for a quick tightening up adjustment, told me it was my responsibility to get a whole new set of glasses, SO I WENT TO A NEW DR. ON MY NETWORK AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY INSURANCE.

Best customer service and patient with indecisive patients such as my 12yr old, they are amazing! I get my contacts there too and they go over what your insurance covers and what it doesn't in details so you can make an informed decision. I love that place!

The eye exam and pre testing were very through. The doctor answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The optician, Monique, was very patient and the highlight of my visit. She helped guide me through the frame selection process and lens ordering with humor and kindness which I appreciate. Unfortunately this office does not have a great selection of frames. I will return in the future for an exam and lens ordering but most likely I will purchase my frames elsewhere.

Overall I really liked the office and the staff. My only less than stellar feedback is that despite having an appointment I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen, and then was told that my glasses (which were a common brand and simple prescriptions) would take 5-6 weeks to arrive.

Dr. Goldstein has provided the most thorough eye examinations I have ever had. They have very advanced equipment and uncovered an issue in my eye I need to keep an eye on (Oh a pun!) The entire staff is incredibly professional and helpful. They helped me get the most out of my vision insurance and if you are leading on in years, most all of us develop some sort of issues with our eyes. I think my eyes are pretty important. This is the place to go! In addition, they are really putting in extra effort to ensure everything is cleaned and sterilized in between patients, which at this point where the new LA variant of Covid is not only predominant but highly contagious, this was a very welcomed sight!

It’s been about 10 years since my last eye exam. I never followed through with getting glasses. I went in yesterday and everyone was so welcoming. From working with Vivian, to the Dr. and then Monique to decide on my glasses. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless!

Strong push to add cost to glasses when my insurance provided 100% coverage on most everything. I told the tech that I could not afford to purchase anything additional. She automatically created a list of add ons that were not needed and included a premium progressive lens when my insurance covered 100% of the cost for a traditional progressive. I told her multiple times that I did not have money for the ala carte items. She said that if I didn't get the polycarbonate lenses that they would be too thick for my prescription. I don't have a problem with that. She then checked my chart because I had been going for years and admitted that historically I have not had them. In the end, after originally quoting me over $300 in add ons, I paid $29 for the eye scan and my glasses were covered 100% by my insurance.

My only negatives was the lady who helped me pick out my glasses, and I’m assuming the owner Mr. Goldstone. She consistently repeated out loud who my benefits were from and it’s my business. It was making me so angry! Mr. Goldstone walked in the exam room I was in, grabbed something didn’t say a word and walked out. I found that unprofessional. He didn’t say excuse me or my apologies. Nothing! Plus their glasses are extremely expensive!!!

First they say your glasses are free because they’re covered by your insurance and two weeks later they called you to say your glasses aren’t covered by the insurance and you have to pay actually almost two hundred dollars to get them. That’s wrong, unprofessional, a waste of time pretty much. I’m very but very disappointed with Goldstone Vision Center’s lack of professionalism truly speaking , literally ..

I have been visiting Goldstone Vision since I was a child. I am now married and have brought on my husband and stepson to be seen by Goldstone Vision Center. We love how friendly and professional they are. They are taking all per-cautions necessary to provide a safe environment for our visit by taking temperatures, sanitizing, and limiting the amount of people in the facility and rooms.

I was a new patient. It took about 10 min for them to get me the documents I needed to complete. Then another 30 min before they called me for my initial check (where they make you look at the balloon in the machine). Then it took another 30 min to see the doctor and then approximately 20 min with the doctor. It ended up taking up my whole morning. However, the staff were all very pleasant and Dr Goldstone was very kind. I will be back but will only come when I know I have nothing else to do that day.

I have been a Patient of Dr Goldstones for 43 yes 43 years back when he was In Zodys. I would not think of going to any other eye Dr if offered, well Dr Allen is doing a wonderful job. I have been fitted for my glasses, then my first pair of Contacts, then moved up to my laser. Now I just have my yearly checkup and love my Goldstone Eye Care office, They are the Best !!

Wait time is too long! I think they overbook. I used to go to Dr. Goldstone 10 years ago, and the wait time was the same (45-1 hour wait). That's why I changed doctors. After 10 years, it hasn't changed.

My appointment was at 330p. I arrived at 305p. I stood in line to get in. No one to greet customer. I waited in line for 20 min - I finally went inside and ask reception if anyone was going to update us about going in. She said. Give us a few mins. I said they we been waiting for over 20 min and no update. 10 min later one of the young ladies outside and took my temp. Then I was allowed to go inside. I know you are busy etc. but please keep your customers updated and not have them wait for a long time in line. I am 86 years old and can’t stay in my feet that long. Think about special needs of your customers. Thanks. !!

The last two times this month were awful experiences but this time it was right on the money. I felt welcome and she had a lot of patience in no rush to get me out of there. Even when I lived out of state I ended up flying in once a year for my eye appointments contacts and glasses from them because other Drs just didn’t compare to the care and service you get from this outstanding Optometry Office!

I made two appointments for an exam for my kids and to the very last minute they were given a glasses appointment only because the staff is so out of it, lost, distracted, worried about the virus guidelines that forget how to be professional and accurate with the patient's information. They did not check if my kids needed eye exams and glasses and told me they had appts for both and no! when I got there they didn't know nothing. Clueless, distracted, this was the worst two appointments I have gotten from this place ever!!! I didn't complaint before but seriously can they get their stuff together please!!! My youngest one needed an eye exam and got glasses only because they did not scheduled the right appt for us. I don't have a car so I have to use my husband to get there when he is off. I lost my job when I got sick on March. I am very frustrated and trying to get my kids glasses, my little one's glasses didn't work since March and she waited 4 months to get her new ones from this office and she did not get an exam and now I have to pay out of pockets for her new glasses for her new prescription.

When picking up my daughters glasses the assistant (with purple hair ) was so kind. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to purchase glasses . She was quick and helpful. I returned at 12 that same day , now for myself. The assistant was very kind and cheerful ( I made sure to tell her in person). She was very helpful, even though I was struggling to choose a pair. Her suggestion and sweet tone was the answer. So excited to pick up my new glasses in 2 weeks.

Dr Goldstone' office is the best! Many years ago, another Optomitrist Office told me I could never wear contacts due to my stygmitism. Being a person with an active lifestyle, glasses were not going to be an option. Referred by a friend, I went to Dr Goldstone- office. They listened to my reasons and told me having a stigmatism had no bearing on whether I wear glassesor contacts! It was a personal choice. I have been going to this office for 4 years and all the eye dr's. Are great. The whole office staff is friendly and answer all questions very simply to make sure you understand. Kudos to Dr Goldstone' office for making you feel like a person, no just another patient!!!

Sent several reminder messages that annual eye exam was due. Booked appt. Day of: front desk verified insurance. Exam occurred- needed change on lenses. Sat down for eye glass selection. Advised that insurance doesn’t cover new lenses or frames for another year. Wasted my time. Should have been informed at time appointment was made of benefits and coverage. Guess they just wanted the insurance exam money. This is the second time this office has failed to leave me as a satisfied customer!

I made a appointment for my daughter for 5pm I was called a little week later and they said they couldn’t see her at 5 it had to be by 4:30pm but no appointments for the same date was available so they pushed it back for another week week. Then the Monday before my appointment (weds) I was called and told the doctor had a important meeting to attend at that time so they needed to change her appointment for the following week in a Friday which was also my birthday and we had plans not not only that they pushed the appointment up to 3pm now which meant that I had to pull her out of school early. When I asked for a later appointment she told me I would have to wait 2 weeks out and it would be at 4pm. I was really upset the girl had an attitude and unprofessional as well .

Person assisting with choosing the glasses was also very nice and very patient, such a kind person. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service provided to my family. The office, staff and eye doctor were very professional. The office was very clean and modern looking. My only complaint was the wait time. I arrived at 9:30am for my appointment at 9:30am. After about 10 minutes I was given 3 exams for issues by the technician. Once I returned to the waiting room I was not called in for the actual eye exam until about 10:40am, over an hour after my appointment time.

I like how I did not have to wait extremely long to see the doctor. My appointment at 3:30 pm was acknowledged. I was seen about 10 minutes upon my arrival. I’ve been coming to your establishment for years. The front desk people are all young, new and therefore inexperienced. It made my check in a little difficult. I didn’t like the sales pitch during the pre-exam. I think you need to change it so we don’t feel so solicited. When I finally saw the eye Doctor (she was new to me), she asked me about any medical conditions. I told her what I had and she made note of them. When it came time for the part of the exam where I put my chin on a machine and rest my forehead against a bar so that she could look into my eyes, we ran into some difficulties. We were not able to find a position comfortable enough for me. After several attempts, by us both, she abruptly exclaimed “so you decline!?” I was a bit taken aback and explained that I’m not declining, your equipment is not able to accommodate my medical condition. I found her comment to be rather insensitive. She then said that I would have to go through my medical insurance and see an Opthalmologist who would have better equipment to accommodate me. I told her I can’t go through my insurance because I’m in the middle of changing my insurance and won’t have new coverage until January or February. She said “I’ll be right back”. When she returned she said “we don’t have your medical insurance on file with us.” 😕 Really!? I again explained my insurance situation. She said she would explain the problem so that when my insurance kicks in and I’m able to see an Ophthalmologist, I can give them this note. She gave me the note in which she had identified the problem as my back when I had repeatedly told her it was my neck. Very frustrating. This Doctor maybe very knowledgeable, but she is not a very good listener and could use some improvement in her “bedside manner”. I’m sorry to say, that after many, many years with your establishment, I will be looking for a new place for my eye exams.

One time i ordered glasses and i couldn't purchase them at a said time but when i did finally come in my $$$$ was nonrefundable. Never again wil i order glasses here. I will only order what my insurance covers or i can take my business somewhere else who will work with me and are more reasonable in pricing.

The doctor was very professional and helpful. The person who was in charge of selling me glasses didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. The price just for lenses seemed very high for a simple prescription such as mine. I decided to get glasses. The issues are always the frames. Despite the100's of choices; the best selection are the ones that fit. Miguel pointed out that my temple measurement was going to be the determining factor . The employees should be encouraged to suggest frames that will allow the best fit. Ultimately, fit not fashion, will result in customer satisfaction. You guys are the experts. It was the older Goldstone, he was awesome. He helped me understand my eyes more and was very informative. He made me laugh so much and I appreciate that since I am always embarrassed to get my eyes checked because of my astigmatism. Johnnie was awesome, I had so many questions and he didnt lose his cool, he actually broke everything down and when he heard that I was tight on cash he talked me through which plan was better to do. When I got home the axis was off because they didnt have mine so I came back and asked if there was any other one and the supervisor, I am unsure of his name, but he was a little thicker guy, hispanic and glasses, hes helped me before, he heard me at the counter for help and took me right in and made sure I had something to wear when I left. It was a great experience in all and I would tell everyone to come here, thanks guys.
