It was fine, just not great. Staff was not very friendly, office was difficult to find, and I had to wait for 20 minutes. Walls are thin, so conversations can be heard from waiting area. The clinic looks run down overall. Did not see sinks or supplies for hand hygiene in the clinic rooms. I didn’t go for any major issues, but the doctor seemed nice. Appreciated the convenient, free parking.

I have been a patient of both Dr. Leff Goldstein and Dr. Sailor for many years because they've both earned my trust over the years to do a great job caring for my eyes. They both provide excellent care and are both very caring and knowledgeable. When Dr. Leff Goldstein performed my cataract surgery a year ago, she did an excellent job, and I had an excellent outcome. My husband decided to use Dr. Leff Goldstein to perform his cataract surgery this year when he was found to have cataracts. He also was very satisfied and had an excellent outcome. We will both continue to come to them for all of our eye exams and any eye concerns. I highly recommend both of them for anyone needing good ophthalmologists.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feinberg for over 20 years. I greatly value Dr. Feinberg. I was asked by Dr. Feinberg to have a Field Vision ( peripheral) test that was not administered during my last appt with him. Had transportation problems and could not get back to see him at his locations. Called appt center last week and spoke too Tracy Ann. I asked if it was possible to have ONLY a Field Vision test done at the Snellville location to be sent to Dr. Feinberg. Aware that he does not practice in Snellville, but wanted to know if this test ONLY could be administered at that location. Tracy was not very pleasant...in fact I felt like I was a bother to her, however she said I could have only the Field Vision test at the Snellville location,, and I also made an appt with Dr. Feinberg for my usual yearly. I did not feel comfortable with the information Tracy Ann had given me , as she was so abrupt. I phoned again a few days later and spoke to Danny in appointments. I asked Danny if I could have a direct number to be certain my Vision Field test ONLY at Snellville location would be fine with everyone. Danny assured me I would have the Vision Field test ONLY and there would be no problem. She also said she could not give me a number to phone to speak directly to the office. When I arrived at Ga Eye Partners, Snellville, I again addressed the receptionist:" You understand I am here for Vision Field test ONLY". Her response " Yes, we are aware this is for Vision Field only. I was given the Vision Field, and then told they needed to complete my exam . I told Dr. Saylor, I had checked and double checked and had been told ( by three people... including the receptionist.... that I was there for Vision Field Only. Dr. Saylor insisted upon taking further pictures and doing the usual eye exam. During the time I was trying to explain to her that I had cleared this before making the appt....Dr, Saylor looked at the tech and "rolled her eyes"

I took my daughter to this practice for an annual eye appointment. I probably won't be returning. The assistant did most of her exam. We saw the actual doctor about 10 minutes while we were there. She had some sort of reaction or side effect to the dilation drops. That is the best guess that I have. She became nauseous shortly after they were administered to her. She left the exam room to go to the bathroom ( she threw up). Before I got my turn, we went together for the exams. She continued to be sick. As a mom, I was trying to figure out what was wrong. As the doctor returned, she grabbed the trash can in the exam room. As she rushed to the bathroom, I overheard the technician in the hallway ask the doctor if it was the dilation drops. I was confused but didn't think too much about it until I got home and started research to see if she was having an allergic reaction. It didn't seem to be, but there were many entries about people who have bad reactions to the drops. I called the doctor's office back only to find out that I had to go through the appointment desk of all things to get a message to the doctor! Then when they called back my phone said NO CALLER ID SPAM RISK! Who would answer that? I was left a message by the assistant that said the effects would wear off within 24 hours, and I could call back if anything else was wrong. I was so glad that I had researched this, or I would have taken her to the ER. She was also anxious about the appointment, but that was evidently not the problem. The side effects did wear off, but she threw up all day. I do wish that I had been warned that this could happen. I will not be back.

Although under the same umbrella, the Snellville office visit was not nearly as good as at the Northside office. I was hoping because it is closer to my house, it would be the same. It is not. I saw the actual doctor for perhaps 10 minutes the entire time I was there. (which was about 2 1/2 hours) The technician did most of the examination. I was a bit surprised by that. The office/check-in staff was amazing, very friendly, and thorough. She answered all my questions, as one of my online registrations didn't come through electronically.

I've been a patient since 1977 so that should tell you something. I first went to the Decatur office and later to the office in Snellville. I've been with the same group through regular checkups, contact lenses, progressive lenses, and then cataract surgery. They do a great job. Everyone is courteous, competent, & communicative. My cataract surgery was performed by Dr. Leff Goldstein, and I have a better outcome than anyone I know. She is highly skilled and very kind.

Dr. Gayle Leff-Goldstein has been my ophthalmologist for many years and I always find her to be very knowledgable and dedicated as well as very nice. She has treated me for a corneal ulcer and dry eyes in the past and more recently performed cataract extraction with placement of pseudophakos for both of my eyes. My husband is now suffering from cataracts and so we naturally decided that he be treated by her as well.

The thing that stands out for me is the personal attention! Greeted immediately on arrival and quickly connected me with the name on his PC. Taken back shortly and the same level of attention. No waiting. Eye exam was thorough. Very pleased except the cost of a contact evaluation. My daughter visited the same doctor and was charged $85 for contact evaluation. I was going to be charged $350. I will not return.

My cataract surgery provided me with excellent eye sight, best since I was 8 years old, I was well cared for during and with after procedure appointments. Accidently poked myself in the eye the other day resulting in a broken blood vessel. Called the next morning for an appointment, and they saw me that same morning for a checkup and inspection of the eye. Very satisfied.

I saw Stephanie Sailor this Thursday, June 9th, who I have not seen since 2018 when she worked at her 465 Winn Way, Decatur location. And now she is with Georgia Eye Partners. To see her sooner I asked someone at her location for a much earlier appointment in Snellville instead of waiting to see her July 20th in Decatur. She was great and determined my right eye needed some eye surgery correction with another eye medical company. She is GREAT as usual in her determining what I needed in my right eye.

When arriving at Georgia Eye Partners I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and courteous gentleman. When escorted back to the examining rooms, the staff was professional, thoroughly explained the reasons for exams and demonstrated competence when doing their jobs. Dr. Goldstein reviewed the tests results and explained all options. I met with Emina who scheduled surgery dates, provided thorough and detailed information about prepping before the surgery. Also, she shared information about billing. She is extremely personable and professional. Please commend Ashley who carefully performed my tests. The office manager during my office visit apologized for the wait time(I personally felt scheduling and time for exams were most reasonable) and thanked me for my patience. Forgive me for not naming all employees who assisted with the process. Given the professionalism and attentiveness demonstrated by this team, I am more than comfortable with the upcoming surgery. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

My original appointment was with Dr. Goldstein but was rescheduled due to her having to be out of the office. I know I specifically asked to be rescheduled with Dr. Goldstein when I was contacted by the office staff. I have built a trust Dr. Leff (who is retired) and Dr. Goldstein. I was informed halfway through my appointment that I would be seeing Dr. Sailor. I was not pleased with this surprise. I was having eye issues and wanted Dr. Goldstein’s opinion. There have been other numerous errors that the staff has made in the past pertaining to my and my husband’s visits.

Since this company has merged the service at this office has changed. I have been a patient of Dr. Gayle Leff Goldstein for a long time and been happy with the service until now. I found out on this visit that they no longer have their eye wear boutique. It would have nice to get a notice from the office notifying customers. I had an eye appointment on July 2, 2021, asked Marisa, eye technician about scheduling an contact lens polishing appointment at the lab nearby. The eye wear boutique normally would schedule an appointment for me to get my contact lenses polished and make adjustments to my glasses. She asked me to give my chart to front desk so she could schedule my appointment for contact lens polishing later. In the past I was able to get my contact lenses polished on the same day. I an still awaiting to hear back from her about when I go over. I don't have anyone I can go to for eye glasses adjustments. I found out that to get a contact lens and or glasses prescription I will have to see the Stephanie Sailor, This would result into another fee and an appointment. if I had know this I would have scheduled an appointment with the optometrist doctor. I was told I would have to pay $175 for optometrist visit examination for contact lens/glasses This appointment was a complete waste of my time because I wanted to order contact lenses. I wish I would have been asked if I wanted to be fitted for contact lenses and or glasses when scheduling my appointment. This score is for the office, not Dr. Gayle Leff Goldstein. I give Dr. Goldstein a 5 star rating.

Wonderful, caring staff. My long-time doctor has retired. Dr. Sailor stepped in and provided an excellent exam. I scheduled an appt for a refraction, but Dr. Sailor reviewed my medical records prior to my appt and determined that I should have a full exam because it had been awhile since I had had one. I was contacted prior to my appt to inform me that I should have a full exam. This is the type of attention that a professional, caring medical provider provides. I've been a patient for over 25 years and during that time I lived in NC for 6 years, but I made sure to drive the 7 hrs to get my eye exams done at this wonderful practice. There's none better!
