My appointment with Golden Eyes Optometry was great. They started my appointment promptly upon arrival, the Dr. listened to my concerns and addressed them easily. I even spent forever trying on all the frames and the girls at the front didn’t get annoyed with me once. Most importantly I can see and everything from my contacts to my new glasses are comfortable.

Received very thorough exam, probably a little more time and detail required due to some new and unusual vision symptoms I was having. All staff extremely courteous and helpful. IMO, this is a very customer-friendly optometric office to utilize.

My eyes are terrible and have been for years. I was seeing double during the test and dizzy from it. Not only did Dr Campana listen to everything I was saying he spent time to ensure he could correct exactly what was going on. He did patient education, told me his concerns and how to followup. He didn’t just rush through the test and make sure I could read the letters, he truly listened to what I told him and worked to address it.

Dr. Ngo listened to my daughter’s concern of not being able to see the class board clearly. The doctor was very patient. My daughter also has ASD so some of the pre tests affected her sensory and was difficult to get an accurate result. Also, during the exam when choosing which lens was better the doctor tried various approaches to the question because she noticed my daughter may have not understood the difference. My daughter was excited to get new frames and loved all the pink and purple selections and frame styles to chose from. Clean and modern office and friendly staff, definitely would visit again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Relaxed atmosphere, no upsells unless it can benefit the wearer. You can call or book an appointment online easily. I like that Dr. Ngo takes her time and does a very thorough exam. My eyes are somewhat complicated since my cataracts were removed, so I appreciate it very much. Their office is very clean, neat and organized with abundant frame choices, lol. Both Christopher and Dr. Ngo have assisted with helping me pick the best frame for my face and lens needs. The staff always make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. My other eye specialists (Retina, cataract/dry eye) have spoken highly of Dr. Ngo, so I know I am in good hands!

I was initially disappointed the office wasn’t conveniently located inside Walmart anymore but I am so impressed by the new office! It is beautiful and still close to home for me. Well organized, clean office, large selection of frames, more new & updated machines to test eye health than I've ever seen in any other optometrist office & the staff is super awesome! At Golden Eyes Optometric I receive a personalized consultation each time I see Dr. Campano. Dr. Campano is patient and takes the time to explain in details all findings. I'm 65 years old and have worn glasses since I was six, so needless to say I have seen MANY eye doctors. I can't recall ever having such a positive experience as I did with Dr. Ngo and her staff. This doctor is not only a real pro, her office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a machine that takes an MRI of the eyes. Two thumbs up!

I am very excited to get my new glasses. I have worn a heavy prescription since a child and was not happy with my vision using my current progressive glasses. I was very surprised to find out my prescription had been too strong and not balanced between my eyes. My husband was able to obtain a pair of Enchroma glasses to help with his color vision. Dr. Campana & Dr. Ngo are wonderful & caring OD doctors. Dr. Campana really took his time to thoroughly exam my eyes and listened to my concerns. He gave me a couple of recommendations for my dry eyes and really explained what he saw with the state of the art technology of his equipment. Even though he did not take my insurance, I still will only trust him and Dr. Ngo with my yearly eye exam. Their new office is really nice, clean and beautiful and they are very conscientious about wiping down their area after each patient. They have a wide selection of glasses and Dr. Campana took his time taking measurements and also making adjustments when I received them. I highly recommend these two for your exam.

Walked in with question about acceptance of my insurance, which they did. They had a cancellation and asked if I had the time to be seen right then, which I did. I was seen by Dr. Ngo and it was a very pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and takes her time to explain everything and she really listens to patient. The Doctor was very friendly and I was able to see him as soon as I walked in. I was really impressed, because his scheduler was not there. Amazing! He was very thorough and did a great job. I asked him for a referral to see an Opthalmogist and he gave me one right away. My husband had gone to see him also! All around an excellent visit!

I was a happy customer until this last visit. I was given sample contacts (a total of 5), and I ordered 9 months worth from Walmart but would not get them for at least 5 business days. When I called the secretary to see if it was possible to get more samples, he said they did not have any more samples of the particular contact. I asked him if he could talk to the doctor about a different brand (this visit I changed to a more expensive brand) and he told he he could not, and they would not interchange the brands. He gave me no other options and made me feel like I was wasting his time..... Time to find another eye doctor!!!!

I lost my only pair of glasses yesterday and was going to make an appointment for today until the Dr. realized I had no glasses. She made time for me right then, got my exam taken care immediately so I could order new glasses that day. This was a very kind and compassionate thing to do at the very least. The exam was very quick and professional getting me in and out so I could meet an appointment I had just an hour later. Fast service. High Quality. I made an appointment at Costco, they couldn't handle a same day appointment so I made it for the next day. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that the person before me had still not seen a doctor, walked out. I called Golden Eyes and made a same day appointment and when I arrived the doctor was waiting for me.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I inquired! The receptionist gave me paperwork to take with so when I came back later in the day here was virtually no wait. The eye exam was quick and we had everything complete including picking out and paying for eyeglasses in less than one hour!

Love going to see Christopher at Golden Eyes to get my eyes checked. He takes his time and you do not feel rushed, but you also do not feel like you are spending excess time just waiting. He knows (or quickly checks without me knowing) what your eye medical benefits are and makes suggestions to help you keep down your costs (retired now on limited income).
