I could not recommend this dentist office more. Everyone was very welcoming. I have a tough schedule with work and the front desk continued to try and get me an appt. Once I got in the dental hygienist that took care of me was so thorough and made me feel at ease. They took X-rays, completed a cleaning and came up with a plan moving forward. I felt I received amazing dental care. Thank you!

We all want good dental care although our needs may differ. The best thing you can do to improve my home dental hygiene routine is to share home mouth care information while I'm in the chair: I will have questions enough to guide you if you let me ask. The hygienist and dentist should know a lot more than I do and upon request should share that information while I'm there.

I appreciate the quality service. The staff is friendly. The clinic is clean with state of the art equipment. I like that I can get in and out for teeth cleanings fairly quickly.

It was fine, but I have three complaints: First, the woman cleaning my teeth was also pushing her breasts into my head. There was enough pressure that there's no way she wouldn't have noticed. I could have said something but I was just to flabbergasted and anti-confrontational in the moment, and that's on me. She was very nice so I'm sure she would have moved, but also there's no way she didn't feel what she was doing. Second, when doctor Thao came in and explained I have cavities his explanation on the next steps was muddled and confusing. There is some desire for clearer and more concise communication there. Third, when I went to check out I was given a bill, and when I double checked that that indeed was the correct amount with my insurance the woman at the desk found inaccurate data in the insurance calculations and it was then deemed that I didn't need to pay anything. Getting that right the first time is absolutely necessary, especially when I am being asked to pay immediately after treatment with no time to verify the accuracy of the bill I am supposed to be paying.

I am an original patient of Dr Patti, who has chosen to stick along for the new practice and dentist. I have immense dental shame and anxiety and it was unfortunately intensified when Dr Le during the short initial exam made comments like “Oh gosh” and that he “didnt realize how bad it was” while sighing heavily. It felt very shameful and not at all the experience I’d had with Dr Patti. I am nervous to continue services as getting to the dentist is already so mentally difficult for me.

Obviously the transition from Dr Froeber to Dr Le is significant. Dr Le clearly has a great deal of concern about patient dental health. His exam was very thorough. At the same time, part of what made Dr Froeber's practice compelling was the level of personal interest she took in her patients and the culture she built in the office. When I was asked about my visit, I described it as clinical - just another person in a chair. Dr Le should invest more time getting to know his patients. A simple acknowledgement of the 30 years I've spent going to this dental office would have been appropriate. I will be watching to see if the current staff stay or if there is turnover.

I have been a patient with this dental group since 1989 or so. I'm a union member with Local 49 since October of 1975. The service and professionalism at this office is outstanding and consistent year in and year out. I live across the street at the Cobalt condos and recomment your service to every new person I meet.

I was putting off going to the dentist for years because i've had some bad experiences with my childhood dentist and I knew I had a list of issues. The hygienist, Amanda and the dentist Dr. Le were welcoming, kind, funny, and made me feel cared about. Dr. Le made sure he explained everything to me so I understood what was going on. Even though I am not looking forward to getting dental work done, I am very relieved that It will be Dr. Le working with me through the process and I look forward to seeing Amanda and the wonderful front desk staff again. Thank you to everyone who made me feel cared for and reassured, even when I was anxious.

Overall the treatment I received was good. There was however confusion during the billing process. Generally my provider submits the bills to my insurer and they pay what ever is covered. They then send me an explanation of coverage and tell me what portion I owe if any. After you had received the insurers portion you tried to bill me the difference which was suppose to be a write off. You also billed me directly for portions of the service that you deemed not covered without getting that verification from my insurance. I have also never been billed for PPE equipment. That is usually billed into the service.

I brag to everyone about how awesome my dentist office is. Going to the dentist is never a "fun" time, but they've really gone above and beyond to make a normally very stressful experience as comfortable and positive as possible. They have blankets, headphones, and fidget/stress toys available to use during your appointment. They provide sunglasses/safety glasses, and a neck pillow as well. I have never felt shamed about my frequency of brushing/flossing, and Patti and team are always just grateful that you've made it to your appointment, and that you allow them to help you stay healthy. Everyone always describes what is happening and why they are doing what they do so that you understand the purpose of each step of the cleaning/exam. They are the gold standard for health services, and proof that it is possible to actually CARE about your patients/clients.

As always, my latest visit was an entirely stress-free experience. With Ann as my hygienist, even though I can feel my body occasionally tensing with that built-in childhood dental trauma, I catch myself and think, “Relax! This is a piece of cake.” And it is: (In fact, I guarantee I would never be shamed for EATING a piece of cake.) The team always asks not just about my teeth but about my life, always remembering what had been going on last time. My mother recently became a client of Patti’s and the team even remembered what SHE had been telling them about our recent adventures. This office truly feels like a relaxing, safe place to visit and catch up (while my teeth are tended to perfectly, with all the latest intel and equipment to make sure I’m healthy and on track!) Professional excellence AND personal care. That’s a winning combo.

I have not been to the dentist prior to this visit for many years. When I went in for my appointment I was greeted by every staff who was working which was great, already made me feel less anxious about the whole situation. At one point I wanted to leave due to my severe anxiety but both staff working with me gave me time and patience until I was ready to come back. Overall I had an amazing experience.

If you have anxiety about dentist appointments I highly recommend Patti Froeber and her team. With all my bad experiences in the past I've always had anxiety about the dentist. As someone who seems to have more dental issues than the typical person my age, finding the right professionals for treatment can have a huge impact on my life. The difference in quality between my last dentist and Patti is vast. Patti must have either studied the psychology of treating dental patients, or she has a natural talent for it. At every point of the process, whether it is remembering your personality when greeting you, complimenting the positive progress of your dental health, or writing detailed emails to your other dental providers, Patti takes great care to ensure you are comfortable, confident, and feel that you are truly being heard. Too many dentists assume that all they need to do well is fix teeth, when in reality, the personal and emotional qualities of dental care have a huge impact for many patients. My other favorite thing is how she always explains exactly what the issues are, reviews all treatment options in detail, and generally makes sure you are educated about everything that happens. I used to feel very confused about why I needed certain treatments or what the next step in my plan was, but since switching to Patti I always know all the details, almost like we are a team making informed choices about treatment together. She also steers me away from over-treatment, so I am sure that she only recommends what is necessary. I highly recommend anyone to have Patti as their dentist, in particular people who experience feelings of anxiety, fear, or shame around dental care, as well as people who have numerous or intimidating dental problems to address. Patti will take care of it.

Dr. Patti has been my dentist since at least 2010. I chose her practice because it was in-network, within bike-able distance to my home in uptown and work near the University, and she was taking new clients. I stayed with Dr. Patti because she treated me with respect, patience, and a good dose of humor. Her staff are consistently excellent with high retention, so it's a friendly and familiar atmosphere every time I'm back. As a team, we took my numerous cavities and periodontal pockets down from 6 mm to 2 mm and addressed night grinding. The mouth guard was pricey and lasted me nightly use for 10 years - WORTH IT. One question everyone should ask themselves after this pandemic is "How did (fill in the blank) do during COVID-19?" Patti Froeber's office went all-out to make the environment extra hygienic and followed all the current health precautions & more! When it was important step-up for their clients they did and that should tell you what you need to know to trust them.

Very nice service. I genuinely walked out of here thinking "Wow, that was good service", which I haven't experienced at a dentist before. Dr Froeber is clearly passionate about her work and is willing to go the extra step to make sure you understand what they are doing with your teeth. At one point she handed me a little mirror to actually look at what she was pointing at in my mouth so that I could understand what she meant! Good stuff.

My first appointment with the Froeber practice was truly a new experience. Assistant Amanda did a great job of taking and explaining the x-rays and Patti went over the x-rays and my teeth with a thoroughness that was amazing, explaining just what she was doing throughout the entire experience, as well as what they would do. They have dental equipment that I never knew existed. I never thought a dentist visit could be FUN but it truly was.

My first visit with Patti and Amanda was absolutely lovely, and I never thought I'd say that about a dentist visit. They were both pleasant, and expedient, and thoughtful. Patti had actually read my intake form, and came in with specific suggestions for how to improve some of my concerns, and then by the time I left, I had an estimate for treatment options (calculated through my insurance!). I learned more about oral health in my intake visit than I ever have with any other dentist I've been to in my life. PLUS - SHE PUTS COCOA BUTTER ON YOUR LIPS BEFORE DOING ANY WORK IN YOUR MOUTH. I have very sensitive teeth and some general sensory issues, so having people poking around in my mouth can bring out some pretty intense fight-or-flight responses. (At a previous dentist I once pushed my way out of the chair in the middle of a procedure and was halfway down the hall before they caught up with me.) I am so grateful I found Dr. Patti and her staff. Everyone in the office is friendly, patient, gentle, and understanding. They were easily able to accommodate my needs, and they make note of and remember what to do to make me comfortable. Whenever I come into the office, there is a cozy blanket to put on my legs, numbing gel for my teeth/gums, and headphones so I can listen to my own music. They patiently explain everything before they do it and make sure I know what to expect. They are also incredibly supportive people who treat all of their clients like cherished family and friends. Every single experience I've had there has been exceptional. Froeber Dentistry is actually outside of my insurance network, but I don't even care. It is worth every penny to me to stay, and I won't ever go anywhere else. I am constantly recommending Dr. Patti to everyone I meet. She and her staff really are that wonderful!

She went out of her way to get repairs done extremely quickly to a broken partial that included front teeth, in time for a relative to attend his daughter’s wedding. This is by far one of the two best dental practices I have ever dealt with. Everyone is very professional, but in a super friendly manner. They make you immediately feel comfortable. They are easy to work with when scheduling, and they're good about explaining procedures and cost. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Seriously!!!

I used to just about NEVER go to the dentist because i hated it, now I go every 3 months!!! Everyone is so dang nice and they make you feel like family right when you walk in the door...wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I absolutely LOVE going to the dentist here! Everyone is so kindhearted and they keep the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing. They explain and sometimes show you what they are doing during cleanings so you understand what is happening. I had a deep cleaning done in August of 2018. To be honest, at first I thought it was unnecessary since I have never heard of the procedure, but I actually felt a difference afterwards and had improvements in my gums at the next appointment. The cleaning was not fully covered by my insurance (understandably so) but I believe it was under $80 out of pocket which is manageable in my opinion. Dr. Patti, any dental hygiene specialist, and front desk women are amazing and I am almost sad that I only go in twice a year. I would highly recommend Froeber dental!

They helped make scheduling work great for me and they handled insurance information easily. I had not visited a dentist for a while, so I was naturally a bit hesitant about what my experience would be like. Now I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I wish you were closer to me so you could be my main dentist. I go there for the sleep apnea device 100% of the time I am greeted by name at the front desk and Patti talks with me like she is a long lost friend. It is an awesome place to stop in at.

Froeber Dentistry provides the rare combination of knowledge, skill and cordiality. Everyone in the office knows her job well and performs it with precision and conviviality. As is always the case I received an unbelievably high level of service. A friendly, personal greeting, timely and professional dental care, and assistance with every all of my dental needs and beyond. The office manager even offered to help me find a handyman! I highly recommend Froeber Dentistry.

Excellent and thorough care. This is the place to go if you don’t want a factory to treat as many patients as possible. You are treated on a personal level. You will see the same dentist every time, who gets to know you.
