Good day. I did a deep cleaning and was satisfied with the work. Painless and neat. After the session, the doctor immediately agreed on the next one. I recently came to the USA and I still don't understand English very well by ear. But the doctor was understanding and we used an interpreter. that's great, thank you.

The receptionist were very polite and friendly. I did not have any wait time before being called in for my appointment. I was there for a cleaning and exam. Everything was explained to me as they went along. I had a good exam and no problems found.

Average dentistry. The dentists are friendly, but the front desk is not. I have never seen them smile. And I'm not satisfied with my new dentures, and there's nothing that can be done about it.

It was a great experience. I want to get my deep cleaning done and they got me in on time .the doctor numb my mouth without any problem, explained everything as the staff as far as the procedure and they got it done without hurting my mouth. The next day I expected to have a sore mouth and believe me it didn't feel sore at all. So that being said they did a wonderful job.

I enjoyed my visit at Friendly's Dentist office. I didn't have to wait a long period of time to be taken back to get my service. The staff was awesome and very professional. They did everything they needed to do to update my file and informed me of everything I needed to get done as far as dental work. Doctor Gonzales and then hole staff did a wonderful job. All staff are pleasant. We appreciate all that you do. We arrived on time to our appointments. I asked immediately upon arrival if the schedule was on time. The young woman sitting at the computer said yes. I felt badly as if I was being pushed til last. People came and went and we sat from 3pm til 4:50pm. My daughter waited for almost 40 minutes.

I had to ask patients to put on mask and felt VERY uncomfortable I’m your establishment! I told your receptionist TWICE before going to sit in my car. I admit every time I brought it to the receptionist attention they addressed it but it should not be the responsibility of your patients to ensure mask are worn.

Overall all went well. I was greeted, filled out paperwork, was called back promptly and then had x-rays and checked my gums. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was a little confusion on payment and pricing of services that I need. It was corrected with a phone call and explaining that my husband and I were purchasing the dental plan.

I have always loved bringing my daughters here, but during the pandemic I have not been able to go back for their cleanings. I understand this is a safety measure, but my kids are 4 & 5 and the 4 year old hates the dentist. Other dentists in the area are letting parents go back with their kids so I don’t understand why this office will not? My younger daughter now hasn’t had a cleaning in a year because I don’t want to send her back by herself. They also had no treasure box for kids after their appointment anymore which was my older daughters favorite part!

My treatment/care was great up until the Dr came in. She gave no introduction, was so fast and quickly explained what was to be done. I never got her name or anything. Very unprofessional considering I was there for 2 hrs and seen 40 minutes after my scheduled appt time. I am scheduled to come back for a filling and would like to transfer care to another dr please. The hygenist and woman who did my cleaning were awesome!!!

My last visit the dental hygienist was running late which is understandable, things happen I totally understand. I just wish the front desk would have communicated that with me. My husband left work to watch our kids and had to go back to work when I was done and told them a certain time. If it was communicated with me by the front desk, I could have told him and he could have told his work. I went back 35 minutes into my appointment, so I’m confused why they didn’t think to tell me anything at all.

I I was rejected because I said on my medical problems list that I have COPD, and a both a runny nose and cough from seasonal allergies. Due to an abundance of caution , the dentist refused to see me. I never got out of the car.

Very lax about pandemic guidelines! No social distancing receptionist had no mask when speaking to us. Wanted to have my uncle sign a waiver but we were not comfortable with the protocol, we canceled appointment and left. We will never go back to that office again!!!

I’ve been going to this location for a long time now! Everyone there is great! But the only complaint I have is that I knew of one cavity I had to have filled and they informed me I had two that actually had to be fixed. I knew nothing of the second one! But instead of asking me if I wanted them both done, they just went ahead and decided they were gonna do it without asking me first. I just wish there was more communication between the dentist and the patients other than that, I’ve always had good experiences with this office!!

Never saw a dentist, had xrays taken and was left sitting in a room for 20 minutes. When no one bothered to come, I left. I was told she was coming to do the exam. My appointment was with Dr Barrows and by his picture, he is male. I have been seeing a dentist since I was 5 or 6 years old and have never had this kind of experience.

This was my dentist till I relocated for a couple years. I was slacked since returning to the area and was 2 visits overdue. I got a deep cleaning on a Saturday which is very convenient for us M-F working people, AND set up an appointment for a root canal/filling, AND scheduled my next routine appointment, AND paid my portion of the root canal in advance, AND got my prescription ahead of time for the procedure! Get it? CONVENIENT! That is the key word and the reason I love this place!

I went in at 12:30 pm after I pretty much destroyed my tooth (my fault). This being my first visit to this dental office I didn't know if I'd even get that day but took a recommendation to go there. They had me fill out some paperwork and told me to come back at 2:00 if you have ever crushed a tooth before being able to get same day service can be tricky. Needless to say I was happy with that, got in to the office after waiting and they took some x-rays. The doc told me yeah you really messed it up and was able to do a same day on the spot root canal to make sure I got fixed (previous dentists wouldn't do that) again I knew that's what probably needed to happen so I was happy to get again same day service! While a root canal isn't something to be excited about the doctor checked every so often to make sure I wasn't in pain (which I thought would be worse) then Walla tooth mostly fixed (1 follow up visit required) All in all they didn't have Charge me an arm and a leg (only a tooth lol), they got me in same day and did a root canal same day (which I definitely needed) this makes my first visit (even under unfortunate circumstances) a great one and I am very thankful that I went to the Friendly Dental of Indian trail. If you guys read this I am Brandon and I want to say thank you, I thought my day was going to be much worse!

I went to the Friendly Dental Group in Indian trail North Carolina what a wonderful experience. I am 57 years old and have had a few teeth pulled in my life but this family dental in Indian trail I didn't even know the tooth had been polled which it wasn't even pulled but it came out .amazing amazing experience the people so nice and friendly all smiles .I will return I plan to get all of my dental work done at friendly dental group and Indian Trail North Carolina I highly recommend them . Everything was great! The only thing that I would like to see changed is the amount of time everything took. I was in the waiting room until 10:25, for a 10:00 appointment. I am hoping it was simply because I am a new patient. Nearly two hours for a cleaning was far longer than I anticipated.

I can't say enough about this practice and Dr.Gonzales! He was very patient with me and really did his best to put me at ease! I loved that he was very careful to make sure I was numbed up very well-freely gave me the amout of novocaine and time (for it to be fully working)that I needed-and he was kind and understanding throughout the procedure. I will need multiple visits to get everything done and I feel a lot more comfortable now and will make my next appointments a lot more confidently! I HAVE to commend the staff now as well. I am recently disabled and can't drive so I had my first Uber ride and the office ladies saw this. I can only assume it was because of this that they called me to say they noticed I hadn't picked up my prescription and they saw by my address that I didn't live far so they were bringing my prescription TO MY DOOR! This was WAY above and beyond! I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! Thank you ladies! I highly recommend this wonderful office,staff and dentist-thank you all again!

Terrible place to bring your kid. I understand the place is small but there wasn’t anywhere to sit in the waiting room. Then while we finally got called back, there wasn’t even any room for me to move, observe, etc the area was so small, I was literally stepping over equipment. They only brushed my child’s teeth, the asst. said that the doctor would come in and count my kids teeth, the doctor came in took a mirror, stuck it in my kids mouth for 2 secs, didn’t ask any follow up questions, no remarks, didn’t even ask me if I had any concerns. Just seemed like they were trying to get to the next patient without any regard to the current one. Luckily we have Medicaid and didn’t have a copay because if I did I wouldn’t have paid them a dime. Will be looking for another place to take my son.

I couldn't be more thankful for my experience at this dentist. I was seen by Dr. Robert Barrows. To begin with I was treated courteously on the phone and didn't have to wait for weeks for an appointment. They took my insurance info over the phone too just so they could run it and have it ready when I came in for my appointment to explain the benefits! Talk about above and beyond. Two pregnancies with nausea and vomiting all 9 months left me with a dread of this visit to the dentist. Although they found many, many cavities they didn't talk down to me or do a guilt trip. They worked on everything in the upper half during this appointment and I will go in for the rest once my insurance rolls over in 2018. This office runs like a well oiled machine, it was so well organized!! Lastly some notes about this specific dentist. Dr. Barrows is like the Captain America of dentistry. He is a perfectionist but at the same time super efficient, because gosh knows the last thing you want is someone dilly-dallying when they're drilling your teeth. You could really tell he knew exactly what he was doing. It blew every other dentist I've been to out of the water. I am so grateful to have found this dentist.

I am terrible with names. I cannot remember the name of the girl that cleans our teeth but my daughter and I love her. She does a great job and is super friendly. We have never had a bad experience with either dentist.

I can't thank enough dr. Pilar for her professionalism, kindness and ability to connect with kids. My 10 years old son was at the office for the tooth extraction last week. Wverything went very smooth so my son was at his gym practice a few hours after the procedure. Would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

I came in for a cleaning after moving to the area. The cleaning went quickly, and they catered to the fact that my children were with me for the first part of the appointment. X-ray photographs were quickly taken, a plan outlined, and the cleaning done. They were able to work me in that same day I had off work for some needed work. The technicians and dentists were gentle, worked quickly, and I was comfortable during and after the work (As comfortable as a few fillings can be!).

Although we were late for our first appointment, we were still seen and not made to feel like lepers but instead instantly processed through the system. All assistants were friendly, caring, and professional. Doctor had a great bedside manner and made decisions for my daughter that were in her best interest even if it meant him not making additional money for her visit.

I haven't been to the dentist in many years and my teeth are in very poor condition but neither the hygienist nor the dentist made comments that made me feel bad or judged by then. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately even with insurance I can't afford to fix things but at least I know now. I'd recommend this office to anyone.

I have 3 little boys and we embedded up having to wait a full hour until the first boy was called back bc an employee had called out sick. We live an hour away, if they know that there is going to be a long wait, I'd love to to have my appointment rescheduled instead of waiting hours. By the time we left, (2 boys being seen) it had been 2 hrs and 20 min. We were all exhausted. The people are nice but I dread going back. This is not the first time we've had to wait a long time.

I always forget my dental hygienist name but she is AMAZING!!! I love when I come in and she is there. Always so personable and has worked with me on figuring out things I can use for oral care due to an allergy. She is great. Dr. Barrows is one of the best dentists that I have ever had. I like his work ethic and paying attention to very small details. :)

I was a new patient and it was not explained to me that this visit would not include my cleaning. You were able to work it in for both myself and my daughter but this information would have been nice up front as I took the afternoon off work for this visit. In the future, possibly send new patient forms via email so that time isn't taken once at the office to eliminate some of the time. Overall visit was fine though.

Doctor didnt even talked to me, she just basically walked in like who is the patient, ok, opened Alberts mouth and said " this one ok, next" then she opened my little ones mouth and said smth about his front teeth. I asked if it was cavities then she said yes. Then she just rushed out of the room. She didnt even talked to me. And her assistant said that they gonna refer me to different clinic. I was standing there all confused. I asked a girl at front desk why am i being rerferred somewhere else, cant they do it at their office. She said that my little one needed white crowns and they only do silver ones at their office.

Obviously, Dr.Barrows, Juan, Jessica and the dental assistant. I am comfortable at Friendly Dental, assured that my health is very important to the dental team. My only suggestion is to make a customer feel that one is welcome to speak with, or have a call returned by the Doctor, if so requested. I prefer not to have an intermediate, when I have certain inquiries.

Advert. states walk in, so I did just that...At first they were booked for the day, but once they knew I was in pain, they did fit me in...Had to wait about 45 min, but it was well worth the wait...The staff and Dentist were great...The Dentist recommended a refer and is greatful for that...I will highly recommend this office to everyone I know...keep up the great work!!!

The first guy, the one that does the x rays looked very insecure and unsure of the process which was making me very uneasy. He wasn't friendly either. The receptionist was a sweetheart, helpful and efficient!

The lady that took the xray was so nice but the doctor was in there like 5 minutes he said either we save it with a crown and route canal or we get it taken out. then he rocomended that I get it removed and then that was it then I asked about what about the rest of my mouth and he said we were just looking at one tooth when I wanted to get all of them looked at. I will never come back there.

Lindsay was great! I was a surprised I was there for a cleaning and x rays and it took an hour and a half, most of which time was spent waiting. Eleven x rays also seemed extreme since the I have ever had in the past was five at one time.

This was my 2-yr-olds first time at the Dentist but you would never have known ot because they made sure she was comfortable from the waiting room to the Dentist chair. They changed the tv channel in the waiting room (to cartoons)for her, gave her plenty of compliments and gave her goodies for being a good patient.

I thought the over all wait was a little excessive I got to my appointment at 945 and did not leave until 12:15. Time is money. I did think everyone explained everything well and was happy with my cleaning. Also with what we had to do next. Thank you I just hope it's not that long next time.

It was a great appointment. I actually got there earlier than I expected and I guess there was an opening available and was seen immediately. The hygienist and the dentist reviewed my concerns, looked at what I was talking about and came up with a plan to take care of the issue while ensuring me that everything was under control. It has always been a friendly office and I appreciate the reminders of my upcoming visits.

I always have a pleasant experience with Dr. Gonzalez and the team at the Galleria location and the Indian Trail location. Dr. Gonzalez is a great dentist, who ALWAYS make me feel comfortable and well informed. He is very gentle and he never let's me leave the office without making sure my dental visit went well. I have been his patient for over a year now and have seen him quite a bit. His team set me up with a dental treatment plan and they have been wonderful. Thank you guys for being a friendly dental office and for being true to your name.

Thank you for always accommodating all three of my children with same time appointments. It makes it that much easier to take all 3 to the dentist at the same time. I really appreciate that we are in and out, or at least it feels like it. Our routine cleaning appointments last about 30-45 minutes, but your staff is so friendly and involved with the kids that it never feels even that long, to them or me.

It was mentioned that my kids needed to be brushing better, but nobody really showed them. I would have liked someone to sit down with them and show them how they can brush their own teeth properly. When my, now 16 year old, was little (in Colorado), we had a dental office play a video, use a puppet as an example, show her how to brush, watched how she brushed, and then coached her and manipulated her hands to understand how to brush the best way. I would love for this office to do something similar. But, I must say...you guys are great! Thank you so much for another quick and painless visit.
