It is rare for any of us to "enjoy" a visit to our dentist. Dr. Marcus and Ann, are very different. They always make me feel comfortable, check regularly on how I am doing, and let me know what to expect each step of the way. Even the checkout process was easy and quick thanks to Ashley. The team removes any anxiety in the process. I have just had an implant done and there was virtually no pain in the process. Dr. Marcus made it a point to text me that same evening to see how I was doing. This is a very different practice and I will always come back to them. I have only very positive comments.

I have been going to Annette for cleanings for over a year now, every 3 months. She is amazing and my teeth have never been in better shape. Along with the cleanings, she taught me the right techniques to use for my gums and teeth. Once you have your teeth cleaned by her, you will never go anywhere else. The office is also extremely clean, their appointments run on time and everyone is very nice.

I had seen another periodontist for an infected implant. The suggested treatment was extremely aggressive as well as expensive. I was very relieved to hear a second opinion from Dr. Marcus that addressed the problem with a lot less trauma (both physical as well as mental) . He took a ton of time to carefully explain the procedure which we chose to go forward with. I would highly recommend Dr. Marcus for his patience and the expert care as well as his terrific sense of humor !!!!

I came in for a periodic cleaning with Annette. She is very thorough, keeps well detailed records of past visits, problems, observations, etc., and always looks out for the patient's healthy signs. She knows how to spot potential problems and how to solve them either by herself or with Dr. Marcus. This is a well organized and highly expert office. Recommended to all.

I was very nervous to have my tooth extracted. From the greeting I received by the receptionist, to Dr. Marcus and his assistant, everyone was nice and assured me everything would be ok. Dr. Marcus was amazing. Not only didn't I feel any pain whatsoever, he explained each step of the procedure, so I knew what to expect. My technician, Annette, was very thorough, informative and fun to be with. Her many years of experience reassured me that I was in very good hands. I only saw Dr. Marcus briefly . mainly I suppose, because I was given a clean bill of health. I liked him. Because he came highly recommended from a former periodontist as well as a neighbor, I have every confidence that should future problems arise, he'll definitely be the one to tackle them.

Having a tooth extraction and then getting an implant is not usually a pleasant experience, however Dr Marcus and his staff do their utmost to be sure you are comfortable and pain free during the entire process. the procedures were done at the highest professional level I can imagine. Not only was Dr Marcus and the staff very professional and thorough, but, most importantly, the extraction procedure was quick and virtually painless. I also had a couple of follow up questions the next morning, called, and received immediate answers. I went to Dr. Marcus for a consultation because my dentist said, “If you have any gum and/or bone issues he is “the” go to guy, I highly recommend him.” Dr. Marcus is that and so much more. Yes, his credentials are impeccable as is his reputation but thrown in with all of that is a gentleman, a truly good hearted, caring man that called me back immediately when the office was closed and I was having issues. Dr. Marcus performed laser surgery on my gums and cleared them of infection, enhancing not only my oral health, but also my overall wellbeing. Extremely knowledgeable Doctors and Staff. They explain your options and make recommendations without trying to upsell. Dr. Marcus performed laser surgery on my gums which improved my overall health by eradicating an oral infection. The treatment halted further bone loss and saved my teeth. This was years ago, and ever since I have been having my teeth cleaned periodically by their highly qualified hygienists. They are friendly, experienced and thorough. If you want to keep smiling, I recommend them without question.

As always Dr. Marcus and his staff were able to accommodate my infected tooth, the same day. The entire office was very Covid safe, which I certainly appreciated! I was taken right into my room where his very organized and friendly nurse attended to me before Dr. Marcus came in. I live in Souderton and know there are any number of practitioners whose offices are much closer to where I live than that of Dr. Marcus in Floral Vale. Let me be crystal clear on this. Being a patient of Dr. Marcus is worth every minute of the 60 minutes it takes me to get to his office. He is an outstanding professional, and his staff is equally talented making every visit a comfortable experience. Trust me, I have had some very some very involved and intense procedures performed there always with positive outcomes and as little discomfort as possible. Remember, Dr. Marcus teaches continuing education to other professionals and is a dental school instructor. This certainly comes as no surprise to me, and it won't be to you if you elect to be his patient.

I was in yesterday (7-30-20) for my semi-annual perio-maintenance with Annette. All went well, as usual, with that experience. Also saw Dr. Marcus for a possible implant consultation later. I wasn't expecting to have any work done immediately, but since I have had no ill effects post surgically, not an issue. The bone has to regenerate, regardless, before I can have the follow-up implant surgery. In addition, Dr. Marcus texted me at 5:18 pm and inquired as to my well-being, so that was a nice gesture.

I was very disappointed in the procedures with this practice. In past experiences with specialists I have been told upfront what will be covered by insurance. I was presented with a bill for a biopsy that $675 and submitted both my dental and medical insurance beforehand. I am being told I am not covered by either. I feel this was the responsibility of the practice to find out my coverage or ask me to before the procedure. I have never had a problem like this before and I frequently use my insurance as a cancer patient. I called and was told that I could call back in a week to talk to the billing department which is also unacceptable. Unfortunately, I live on a budget and being out of almost $700 is financially difficult.
