My first visit was amazing, employee at front desk was very kind and friendly, and pre screening employee was amazingly friendly as well, Dr Hendrickson is waaaaay cool, “Lol” I’ve been to many eye dr’s through out the years, and i have to say Dr Hendrickson is by far THE BEST of them all, her technique on my visit is impeccable and most of the kind hospitality. With that said, i went a head and made an appointment for my Wife Lorna Youngjird. Thank you so much for everything. See you on my next visit

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Hendrickson's office. She was very thorough and explained all of the results of my exam and was extremely personable in nature. The staff member that checked me in and helped me pick out glasses was also exceptional. I felt very satisfied with my experience when I left and I will definitely go back!

From my first appointment with Dr. Hendrickson, I have always had complete confidence in the eye care I have gotten from her. She always gives me complete information on the condition of my eyes. During one of my first appointments several years ago, she had to remove a metal particle that had become attached to my eye, The procedure was accomplished with no pain. Amazing!

Even though it was more convenient when you were local, I have found the "main" office visits to be a very pleasing experience. Easy access, professional yet personal staff, very accommodating as allowed, and Dr. Kathy has gone above/beyond for me personally at times when a question/concern has presented itself. Love the fact that she is willing to connect with her patients on that level...it builds a lot of trust. Would recommend her, and her entire office, 10x's over!

I was early for my appt. but the cheerful dental assistant who met me at the door got me right in and we started. She was so professional yet personable and it was a very positive experience working with her. Dr. Hendrickson was right on time and very thorough like she always is along with being respectful and pleasant to work with.

With every annual eye exam, she also explains in understandable terms what she has found, gives me an update on any changes since the last exam, and gives helpful advice to keep my eyes healthy. I was impressed at all the different gadgets they have now to measure multiple different things of the eye and no longer some of the more invasive instruments I've dealt with in the past at other places. I feel so comfortable when I come in for my appointments. I know I will get a professional exam and a friendly conference on what I should do and my options. I know I should come in more often but with no insurance coverage for my eye exams, it gets very expensive when you are on a budget. I really like the friendly staff, they seem ready to help with all the questions.

Wonderful service thank you very much. However not sure what I did to upset the eye fitting lady. An FYI my nose had a nice little bruise on at the next day after she took my measurements for my face. Otherwise very family-friendly and warm inviting environment with smiles from all the other employees.

I'm a little biased here so take that for what it's worth. I've been gone from the community 15 years and gone elsewhere because of that. This was a very friendly, professional visit and I enjoyed seeing some familiar faces but also the rest of the staff was so friendly, competent and professional that I left knowing I was well taken care of. Very informative, making sure you understood what was going on with your vision. First time ever that I've had a thorough exam with explanations of my condition. I was pleased. The only thing that stood out to me in this vision appointment that could have been improved upon, was the frames that were available. Not enough variance in the styles, too many that were close to the same thing. Overall, I was most pleased with your service. Service that has been lacking in the area since Dr. Ed Tuhy had a clinic/office. Thank you.

Had to wait because someone got something in their eye. Not a big deal to me as i think the person with the emergency should be looked at first. I like coming in to your office as most people are very friendly. I can't say i was treated rudely by Joyce ( i think that was her name) but she doesn't come off as a very friendly person. She comes off to me like she doesn't want to be there and i am a bother to her. My daughter (Jessie) manages Sterling Optical in South Fargo and i know she doesn't tolerate someone not being friendly to the customers. She always says that first impression makes or breaks your business and having or not having repeat customers. Of course down in Fargo they have much more competion. Maybe i am wrong but that is my take on her. The other lady that did my other tests (i believe she is a RN) was very friendly and thorough and explained things very well. Dr. Hendrickson is so very thorough, friendly, and has a GREAT sense of humor.
