I had a medical emergency with allergy eyes. Within 30 minutes, the Dr. was able to see me, treat it, and I was on my way to a meeting out of town. The staff is always courteous and the Dr's know what they are doing!

She did not try to push for new glasses because as she said she did not feel I needed new ones because of eyes exam. I would and have recommended her and will in the future. More friendly than in the past. Prompt appointment timing. Not on our insurance network. $ 20.00 copay for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and other diseases of the eye. This copay exceeds the $10 copay charged to specialists. These are medical issues are are NOT related to prescription eye glasses exams and related services.

They got me in within 15 minutes for an emergency appointment. The service is always fast and wonderful, and any issues are always fixed quickly! The doctors are always kind, and willing to sit and explain things to you until they are sure you completely understood what is going on.

We waited about 46 minutes to see Dr. Stuever for a simple pressure check for glaucama status and paid $20 copay. Exorbetant since the copay for a specialist is $10.$5.00 for a regular MD. Dr. Stuever is aa doctor of optometry.

Family Vision Care of Ponca City is amazing! They got me in and out in less than an hour for a routine eye exam and their selection of frames is very extensive. Everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful and welcome questions of all sorts. Definitely reccomend!!

Office is well equipped and has clean exam rooms. The staff could be more friendly. The copay is atrocious since the service for disease of the eye is all that is evaluated. nothing is done for vision related issues. The clinic is not in our network of providers The eye glass lenses collect smudges very easily and cannot be cleaned easily. I have to clean the lenses several times a day which is aggravating. The lenses did not be used to be this difficult earlier. The yellow chairs are flimsy and difficult to get out of since they have no arms..

When I arrive at my appointment the staff speak to me by name and are friendly. My wait time for my appointment is short usually less than 5 minutes. Dr. Campbell is thorough and always takes a few minutes during the appointment to ask how I am doing in general. One time I had a problem and was seen the same day. I was afraid and was relieved to be able to be seen right away.

Staff is always courteous, even when I do things like show up and ask for my 3 family members to be seen in a different order than we were scheduled. Drs. Stuever and Campbell have worked us in two different times when we had immediate eye issues. I like that they have the training/licence/qualifications to prescribe medicine when necessary - we don't have to go to multiple doctors for eye issues.

Very helpful. I called to make a follow up visit from going to Urgent Care for a problem with my eye. They said no follow up you come in now. Went in and the doctor checked it out and I had an infection. Different meds and it it 100% better. Tha k you so much for your concern and taking care of me.

I felt so appreciative of her taking the time. If you’re looking for quality vision care in northern Oklahoma, this is the place! I got hit in the eye a few years back on a Saturday and Dr. Campbell took my phone call on her day off to make sure I was good. She got me in immediately and helped me get it healed.

Friendly staff, always willing to answer questions. I think Dr Kelly Campbell is super nice and always tries to know her patients. It's common to see her out in the lobby or at the front desk helping people out. The girls always help you pick out frames if you can't decide and give you pointers for a better fit.

I can not ask for more caring and helpful people. I’m always put at ease and all of my questions are answered. Nice selection of frames and they also have contacts. One other thing is they tell you about what they will keep up with in the future as you age. I would recommend this group as one to try. I don’t feel you could go wrong. Thank all of you. I would also like to say more visits would have happened if covin would not have shut everything down because of some leaders fear pushing.

Very professional, explaining everything during the exam. I have had numerous eye exams and have never gotten to see xrays of my eyes ! Very clear and concise explanation of my eyes. Very personable people working here. Even with Covid restrictions, I felt welcomed at this facility. I appreciate the extra precautions taken during this crazy time.

Family Vision Care provides competent and friendly service. Drs Stuever and Campbell are qualified optometrists and have modern, up-to-date equipment to diagnose and treat vision defects and some eye diseases. They do prescribe medications, and prescribe vision correcting glasses and contact lenses. They are not trained to do surgery procedures such as cataract surgery and the required lens replacement. They are trained and authorized to use YAG laser therapy in their clinic.

And Dr Stuever is really good about telling you what he’s checking, what changes have happened, answers questions and is really willing to just sit and take time with his patients. That really means a lot and makes you feel like more than just more money for the business or just one more patient. I’ve been a patient for quite a long time and I wouldn’t switch.

Awesome experience. I had used Dr. Sandy my entire life and well,no one thinks they'll like change but Dr. Campbell was very kind , explained what she was doing which I found interesting and I was very excited when she suggested bifocal contact lens. By far the best eye exam I've ever had. Everyone from the Dr. to the receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. Their website makes it easy to schedule appointments and all the forms you need are ton the site. So you can print them out and be ready to go when you get to the office. I also think the price of the frames and lenses is fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone to go for your next exam and glasses needs

If you know there is a problem with prescriptions not being received by the pharmacy, why do you keep sending them the same way? My prescription was sent electronically to the pharmacy but two hours later when I went to pick it up they had no record of it being sent. I finally got back in touch with Family Vision the next day and was told this has happened a few times before. Has anyone contacted the pharmacy you are having issues with so this problem could be solved and not be such an inconvenience to your patients? I am from out of town, work 12-13 hour days and don't have time to be running back and forth!

There was a family in the waiting area with very unruly children. The children were extremely loud and distracting from my purpose of selecting new glasses. I understand children aren't always well behaved, but this was a case of the parents not trying to keep their children under control. It was horrible! I only select new glasses every 2 years and I'm not sure I even selected some glasses I will like, I just wanted to get it over with and leave! Other than that family the office environment was good.

Excellent service/treatment! Made sure I knew what my out-of-pocket expenses would be and how much my insurance would pay. The doctor gave me plenty of information and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my experience!

My name is misspelled on this survey, it should not be hard to copy down the correct name from my info sheet. We had to wait in the waiting room for a very long time. The Dr. was great and wonderful and very sweet and kind, however the receptionist is not kind. She acts like we are bothering her when making appointments and checking in. She was literally watching videos on her phone while Dr. Campbell helped a customer.
