Something needs to be done with the phone system. It is darn near impossible to call and get connected to a person in the Orland office. Twice I left a voice message, which I never received call backs on, and another time I was told they would connect me and I was disconnected. The purpose of my calls was to order contacts.

I found Family Eye Physicians through my insurance company's list of providers and I was pleased to find an Ophthalmology office in my backyard. After making an appointment I received an email with a link to upload my medical card and driver's license which eliminated a couple of tasks upon my arrival. I received a thorough exam of my eyes with confirmation of the anticipated expected diagnosis along with and a plan of action to address the issue with my eyes. I am pleased with my first visit to Family Eye Physicians and have no reservations about keeping my follow-up appointment or recommending the practice for anyone needing specialized eye care.

Staff knowledgeable and answers questions in easy fashion. Problem was that I had the first appointment, but waited 20 minutes after the office opened to start the exam. Some employees entered after 8:30.

My visit was wonderul. I'm having trouble seeing double so I believe we got the problem solved. The Dr, was very though and asked me alot of questions. I was vey happy.

I was treated same day after calling in telling them I was having a medical issue with one eye. Very appreciative for their attention.

Every employee at Family Eye Physicians I have come in contact with have been extremely professional and very nice. Everyone is looking for a way to help you out. I have already told a workmate about how much I liked the service and people as he was starting to look for a new eye doctor.

Everything was good except for when the girl had to place a drop on my son's eye. She accidentally dropped the doppler and she tried using it after on my son. When I asked her to change it to a new one, she tried saying that she cleaned it. I had to ask her a couple times to get a new one and after she finally did it but she seem upset.

Scheduler did not communicate accurately with my provider regarding the urgency and nature of my issue. Provider aid gave me push back saying I would have to schedule another time. Provider was asked and graciously adjusted to provide needed care, and followed up appropriately. Dr. Zilinsky is very professional.

The staff and doctors are friendly, professional and responsive. The wait times have been minimal. I am somewhat disappointed in my results in one eye but do understand that I have a physical condition that caused that.
