Doctor is very capable and staff, tech, receptionist, etc are wonderful. However, high staff turnover at this location makes me wonder why people keep leaving. In past year, 3 different doctors and 4 technicians have rotated through this office.

The technology, eye care, expertise, and advice, as well as the friendliness of all of the staff,are always top notch. A great eyeglass salon too, when needed. We have been getting excellent eye care here since 1980!! Still have great and vastly improved vision, thanks to these folks.

I had started here with Dr. Kraft many years ago before going to Florida for 11 years. Upon returning to Buffalo Grove in 2016 I immediately returned to the practice even though Dr. Kraft was no longer here. I feel very fortunate that I am receiving the same wonderful care as before. I have been asked where I go for my eye care, and I tell anyone who has asked me.

After 3 attempts to make an appointment on the website---no luck--I called and thought I was calling the BG office. It was a calling center and I made an appointment for 10:15 last Wednesday. When I arrived at BG there was no slot for me. I was told I would get in and I was. When brought back to the examination room the student said she would start the exam. I told her I was there for my annual eye exam and the exam began. After the right eye left eye portion my eyes were dilated and she did the glaucoma and "bright light" portion for much longer than usual to the point my right eye felt blinded. She repeated the exam giving me the impression she was not familiar with the equipment or she was seeing something I should be worried about. This was done without a DR in the room. When he arrived the exam was repeated but did not take as long. Everything was normal but DR Kraft would advise if he saw issues with blood pressure or diabetes. Instead I received a lecture on washing eyelids with no recommendations on what product to buy. This was a drastic change from the service I have received over the past 20+ years.

I’m very impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff is.I can not say enough good things about Everyone from front desk to tech and the doctor. I called shortly after they opened because I felt I had something stuck in my eye. They fit me in the schedule as close to my lunch break as possible.

Dr. Khaja skillfully and painlessly removed my ingrown eyelashes. In addition, despite the CO-19 fear of contamination, I felt completely safe in the office. Patient visits are stratified, thus no other patients were present. The always friendly and efficient staff were fully masked and the environment was clean. I highly recommend this practice.

I haven’t gotten my eyes checked for about 7 yrs and of course I stopped using my prescription glasses; even so I brought them in and they were more than happy to be able to fix them up for me even though they were out of days.

I have a huge huge phobia about people touching my eyes or getting anywhere near them. I hated being in the same room as eye doctors and my last one fired me because he couldn’t treat me. Dr Kraft, and now his amazing staff, have made it past all my fears and I actually get a complete appointment done in one appointment! I trust them completely and they provide quality knowledgeable care and treatment. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk, to Nicole who keeps me calm and then the doctor who could also be a model who is patient with me, everyone is just exactly how you would want them to be at this practice. I may still have my phobia, of course, but they help me through it every time, never rush me or get frustrated that I know of and they provide me with care that I know will keep my eyesight and eye health at the most optimal level. Highly, highly recommend!!!

My 11 year old son went in for an appointment to learn how to put in and take out contact lenses. Everyone involved was incredibly patient and helpful. The dr made sure they fit his eye accordingly and we were sent home with very helpful information and were also told to please call if we had any questions at all. The staff could t have been more professional and supportive! Thank you!
