Dr. Cook was an absolute professional. He was informative, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to get to know me a little and also shared a little about himself, which i greatly appreciated. The staff was great too! The lady at the desk was very welcoming and kind and the girl who worked with me before the exam was so patient with me and a true professional. Lastly, the girl who helped me with my glasses, loved her! She knew exactly what she was doing and was fantastic! They have certainly earned my trust and my business!

Staff and Dr. Cook very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone that worked with me was nice and friendly. I felt I was in good hands, was comfortable, and wasn't rushed. Came home to recommend your office to my fiance. I know alot of patients don't want to hear the truth about glasses looking good or not looking, but I found it refreshing and greatly appreciated Mary (I think that was her name) and her honesty, she was very nice and fun to work with. I liked her alot, she is a GREAT ASSET to your office.

This is one of the best eye care places I have gone to- and I have gone to a lot in my lifetime! The staff is the friendliest and most helpful in picking out new frames, plus the selection is larger than most, with new frames and styles frequently. The doctor is experienced and knowledgeable of all conditions and his recommendations have worked perfectly each time. The equipment is the latest technology, with a digital eye scan (NO DILATION NEEDED NOW) and I can return to work immediately after my appointment. I trust the doctor, and the staff always make me feel so great!! Such a positive experience over all...Job well done!

If I hadn’t had a problem with two lens in my glasses in less than a year, a film like expanding across the lens I would have given you a 10. As an example I was in the bank before coming for the exam and the lady who waited on me asked what was wrong with my lens. I told her I didn’t know but it was the second in less than a year. She then asked who the eye doctor was so she didn’t go there. I didn’t mention any names.

Staff was considerate and polite. Office clean and in good shape. I liked the lay out of the office. Dr Cook seemed nice. But felt I was rushed through the appointment. I am used to an appointment taking 30 minutes to an hour depending on what was being done. So taking 15 minutes seemed too quick.... especially for a new patient. In fact, I was rushed so much that he didn't even allow me to give him all of my medications. He asked me what I was taking and I started to list them and then he cut me off and then changed the subject and never got a chance to finish. I haven't decided if I will be returning next year when its time to get my next exam. Like I said, Dr Cook seemed nice enough as a person... but just felt like I was rushed through too quickly.

I had a good review, learned many things about my eyes and their condition and got a new prescription that should help my driving vision. I did have things explained to me that have never been explained before. Everything was explained so that I understood. Things are good!! Thanks!!
