Over good visit. I was just concern with sanitation in regards to X-rays. The tech touches a lot of surfaces including the button to take the x-ray. And the top of the camera where there is no plastic cover. I recommend changing all the plastic coverings in front of the patient.

Dr Imelda is super patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Her two nurses are both very kind patient and wonderful themselves.

Dr. Nagtalon, was a referral from a family member who was very pleased with the care he received from the entire office. John, received a recommendation for Dr Nagtalon, from a coworker. After my first visit, I will continue the referral process and am looking forward to my continued care.

I've been going to Family Dental Care for years now (started with their previous location). Dr Imelda Nagtalon is always friendly and makes sure I'm comfortable. I haven't had too many visits during the past 2 years due to having a lot going on, but overall, I've had a lot of visits.

Service was great, very clean and profesional. Doctor was very knowledgeable and caring. Informs you in what she is doing before starting work. Asks questions to make sure everything is ok.

Me and my family have been coming here for a few years and are very pleased with the service at Family Dental Care. FDC provides exceptional care to their patients while also providing a clean and safe environment. We love Imelda and her team!

It was the first time to meet Dr. Imelda, but you will know in meeting her that she cares about her patients and puts in the time. My dad was experiencing severe tooth pain yesterday and could not sleep. I literally called +20 dentists in the area, was able to confirm times with 3 for same day, but decided to confirm here as her ratings were the best on Yelp among the choices. My experience is summarized as follows: - They are extremely careful to take appropriate and precautionary measures for covid-19. Pre-screening questionnaires, stepping in alcohol bath for shoes, spraying down each patient with disinfectant spray (wasn’t inconvenient or irritable), and washing of hands plus mouthwash - all within minutes and before being treated. - Quick consult and multiple pauses with explanations throughout to ensure patient is not in pain and understands procedures being carried out. - after the work was done, provided a detailed explanation even with paper print outs to take home on steps to take towards speedy recovery. I’ve had multiple experiences with dentists who have similar charisma and care, but also recommend unnecessary work and aren’t up front about costly charges. This wasn’t the case with Dr. Imelda. I’d highly recommend her services for anyone who’s looking for a new dentist or are unhappy with your current provider.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Office was clean and they were very good about sanitizing everything. The dentist, front desk, and dental assistant were all very kind to my son and I. This was our first visit and an overall wonderful experience. I have to drive across town, but well worth it to continue as a client.

Dra. Imelda Nagtalon and her staff never fails to amaze us every time we visit their clinic and after their quality service procedures . Even in the midst of this ongoing COVID 19 pandemic - they accommodated us , made certain that we are safe and excellently implemented all their safety mitigation procedures and precautions - way beyond and much proactive than other major hospitals and clinics here in Bay area. They even have foot wash at the front door, before you enter ( to sanitize street shoes ) , safe disinfectant fumigation/spray before entering the clinic , brand new air circulation filtering machine , both at the reception and inside the clinic . All equipment's , tools and dental chair are all sanitized and disinfected before they perform the procedures and of course, Dra, Nagtalon and her assistant are wearing and equipped with ample PPE- " truly an excellent way of showing how they care for customer safety in addition to Dra Nagtalon constant quality excellent service to us. Thank you and Kudos to you Dra. Nagtalon and your well able staff. Keep it up and never stop innovating that will benefit customers like us.

Your patient care sucks! 1st no one called or discussed my benefits coverage when I called to give my new insurance info 3 weeks before my appointment. 2nd How do you schedule an appointment for 1 thing & take it upon yourself to treat my child without discussing with me or his father?? And try to bill me afterwards!! Really?? I didn’t signed anything or authorize anything!! I really cannot believe how horrible your office and service has gotten. I called your office to speak to you but all your receptionist can say was sorry. I will be calling my insurance company to see what i can do about this. And I will be looking for a new dentist.

I’ve been coming to family dental for almost 7 years now and I’ve had a lot of work done as far and fillings and extractions and everytime I come in I’m always satisfied when I leave and I’m never in much pain at all. It’s always a very friendly environment and she really cares about you and the work she does. Highly recommend!!
