Eye to Eye Care went above and beyond to try to help me find frames like I wanted, and I really appreciated all the time they spent answering my questions and concerns. We've been taking our whole family to see them for years, and they've never let us down.

The young man doing the pre exam procedures was just terrific. He rallied around my 82 yr. old sense of humor, was thorough, and was professional. It was my first visit with Dr. Koh and she couldn't have been more professional and was sweet and kind. Loved her.

I've been going to Eye To Eye Care for almost 20 years. Dr. Dell and the other optometrists great. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm always seen right away and I've never had an issue with glasses or contacts purchased from at there shop.

Love Dr. Moore! She is great! Very attentive and keeps working until she gets the right fit contact for you. Was very disappointed that my cafeteria plan card would not go through your machine. They tried it two times. When I called my insurance, they said I have plenty of money.

During my visit I had direct interaction with four people, all of which knew name but never volunteered theirs to me, I had to ask. If you’re not going to offer your name upon greeting, you should wear name tags.

I have serious vision problems (poor eyesight but also astigmatism and sometimes blurry vision) and I have struggled over the years finding an optometrist who can help me. I selected Dr Dell due to his excellent online reviews, and I was not dissapointed! Dr Dell examined and fitted me with eyeglasses a few months ago, and I swear I can see better than I've seen in years! He took adequate time with me, and was both professional and personable. Eye to Eye Care also has a great selection of eyeglass frames at reasonable costs and the opticians are patient and helpful. I am now in process of getting new contact lenses at this great practice, and I highly recommend it!

The level of care was fantastic— actually, the entire experience. The gals checking me in were incredibly nice, the doc was wonderful, and the gal who helped me pick out my glasses was terrific. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Truly great.

Eye doctor visit Doctor Nurdell (sure hope I spelled that right!!) was very kind, patient and humorous during my eye exam. I felt like he listened to me and my questions, lots of questions. I'll be back next year!

I have trusted Dr. Dell with my vision for 15 (?) years and would never consider going anywhere else. He has helped me through contacts, glasses and referred me when we both agreed I wanted/would benefit with Lasik. Most recently, he helped me with addressing my cataracts. Growing old is the pits!!

Very friendly and courteous. Explained my eyes 👀 on screen and what they were looking for and what they saw. I had the option to do eye drops or pay 35$ for drop less... chose the drop less and it was worth it. Many glass styles to choose from with an excellent selection. I used to live closer but I would drive out of my way to come here and did. James Parolne

The place is very nice and I tried to be as patient as possible but the doctor was going back and forth between me and another patient, which I sat patiently waiting each time. I think she left the room maybe 4 times and explained that the other patient was having a medical emergency so I understood and said it was fine. Later when I checked out however, the doctor told the receptionist to set up an appointment for my follow up contacts trial but she did not schedule one and I was only given receipts and no prescription. I understand why I wasn’t given the contacts prescription as the doctor wanted me to test the trial contacts first, but I don’t understand why I wouldn’t be able to receive the glasses prescription. I called back multiple times and each time they said they would email the prescription to me or they said they would call me back after talking to the doctor but I have not heard from them in a couple of days. They also did not mention the new customer fee to me about the contacts exam. When I first called them to schedule an initial appointment they knew I was a new patient as I said I’ve never gone here before and I asked the price of the contacts exam. They told me it would be $60 but when I checked out I saw it was $90. I asked after seeing the cost and they told me there is a new patient fee. That would’ve been nice to know prior to going through with the appointment. I also called back to schedule that follow up appointment for my trial contacts only to have her tell me she’ll call me back or the next available appointment isn’t until 2 weeks later. I am very dissatisfied with the service and am very frustrated about the difficulty of getting prescriptions I’ve already paid for.

I have been Dr. Dell's patient for around 30 years. He is the kindest doctor I have ever come across, and he is such an amazing professional. He diagnosed issues in my eyes that no other doctors could find, and he has helped me maintain and improve my vision over the years. With my I eye disease, I would have been blind by now if Dr Dell hadn't put me on the right treatment course 30 years ago. Yesterday, I found out my vision is actually improving from where it was 5 years ago. Many Thanks DOC
