Always a great experience at Eye-Site! Dr. Kollis is wonderful & very professional. Special shout out to Janae for making the process of picking out frames an easy and seamless one. She is patient, gives her honest opinion, and takes her time. All the choices in glasses is overwhelming and she makes the process stress free! I will always be requesting her going forward.

I really appreciate the front desk staff, the tech who helped me, and Dr. Larson. I do not appreciate the multiple phone calls, emails, and reminder texts. On Monday, I called for an appointment to have my pupils dilated at 4:00 the next day. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. I subsequently received both a text and email reminders.—for an appointment I had just made. With my appointment of a few weeks ago, I also received multiple reminders. To set up that appointment, I received a postcard and an email the same day. I realize that no-shows are a problem for clinics, but I’ve never been a no-show and it feels like these multiple reminders are intrusive. The care I receive is excellent, but I’m frustrated before I ever get there.

Friendly, intelligent, and considerate staff. Always impressed with the front office, assistants, doctors and those who help with eye glass selection. Love Dr. Morrow. She always answers my crazy questions and thank you to the hero who helped me sort through selecting new glasses. I can be indecisive and she crushed the process in the best way possible. Thats a gift!

My only complaint is the amount of waiting time. I was asked to show up at 2:45 for a 3:00 appointment. I didn't get to see Dr. Kollis until nearly 3:45. This seems to happen each visit.

I had never needed an eye exam before as I am able to see pretty well, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to schedule an annual check-up for the new year. I had never been to an Eye-Site facility before, but I was encouraged by a close family member to schedule with their team. I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked into the door to the time I walked out! The front desk staff were very polite and helpful with the check-in process. I am a first time mom and I had brought my two month old with me to my appointment. She was starting to become restless in her car seat and the staff at the front were very understanding and patient with my situation. One representative even offered to carry one of my bags for me back to the exam room because she could tell my hands were full, which I was extremely appreciative of! My wait time was very little throughout the whole experience, and the facility itself was absolutely stunning! I ended up seeing Dr. Anderson at the East side location, and she was incredible! She was friendly and accommodating when it came to working around my infants car seat in the exam room. She never once made me feel like the car seat was in the way of what she needed to get done, which helped me to be more relaxed during the exam. Dr. Anderson explained every step she performed during the exam, which I was appreciative of given that I had never had an eye exam before so I wasn’t sure what to expect!! Overall, I had a five star experience and I would recommend the East Side Eye-Site to everyone I know!!!

The staff is always welcoming with a smile and accommodating. I wore a mask because I was getting over a cold and they immediately asked if I wanted the technician and doctor to wear a mask. They immediately clean surfaces after use and are sensitive to making sure the chairs and surfaces are clean. The technician was pleasant and thorough. I find the doctor as detailed as I wish based on the questions I ask. He's hhonest and offers advice and suggestions when asked. Plus the location is a beautiful building that is light and comfortable.

We have been going to eye clinic since Chuck Howlin started it downtown decades ago. After he retired, we choose Dr. Kollas as our doctor. We have always received the most professional care. She is kind, positive, honest, and personable. She listens carefully and gives sound advice. The entire staff is pleasant, efficient, helpful, and seems to enjoy working at the clinic.

I have always enjoyed coming to Eye Site except for this last time. Both the two young ladies who did my pre-exam tests and fit my glasses made me feel like I was a little kid by their tone of voice and inflections: sing-songy and ending too many sentences with "okaaaay?" These ladies need to work on a more professional approach and communication style. I am a professional woman myself who appreciates confident and competent treatment.

I had a great experience with my first appointment. Dr. Rebecca Larson is exceptional. I can honesty say it was the best eye exam I have had in the last ten years. Dr. Larson explained everything to me in layman terms, where I could understand what she was stating. She explained her routine and standard of cares she will provide me, so that I knew what to expect in care. She forward my appointment with my medical doctor as well. I already have shared this clinic with others.I knew before I left the clinic what my insurance would or would not cover. It made it easy for me to know before I left what my cost would be. I hope everyone can experience the great care I received from this clinic!

Technician Brittney provided a thorough pre-exam for the doctor to come in and get right to the point. She was courteous and caring. Dr. Kollis-Young then gave me the most extensive eye exam I have ever received. Her attention to detail gives me all the confidence I could ask in helping me find solutions to my vision needs. I enjoy the convenience, friendly relaxed atmosphere of the location and the friendly professionalism of Dr. Lisa Kollis-Young, her attitude was comforting and it demonstrated her concern for my care. Facility is nice, nice staff and doctors. Frame prices are a bit outrageous in my opinion, especially for kids. I was unhappy to be charged for a contact lens “class” for my son, I was a lifelong Eye Doctors client and was never charged such a fee. It would be preferable that a medical institution have everyone wear masks while we are still in the midst of Covid, but we did appreciate that the techs and doctor wore a mask when we requested it.

I was referred to Dr. Haiar by my primary care physician. My initial appointment was excellent. I was impressed with the level of service provided by the front desk. Dr. Haiar did an excellent job explaining the results of my exam. I was impressed with the state of the art equipment used during the exam. The final step was selecting frames with the help of Megan. There was a large selection of frames and various lens types to choose from. Eyesite will be my vision provider. My initial visit was a very good experience
